The appartment is in a good location, and it was very clean. But I was very surprised when the outside window shutters started moving at 2 am. And they made so much noise... There was also no air-condition, which makes your life difficult when the temprature is higher than 25 degrees in Berlin.

It all seems to be pretty decent until you realize that the cleaning service doesn’t work as it should and you see rats everywhere, trust me you don’t want to book any room here…

Spacious apartment, comfortable rooms. A great night sleep. However our daughter's IPod disappeared from on top of her suitcase after the apartment was cleaned. Be sure to use the provided safe. First and last time we will stay at AMC Apartments.

Worst experience ever! Can seriously not recommend anyone to stay in this appartment hotel. Service is terrible. When we arrived, a email message was supposed to be sent automatically that we would get the WIFI access code, it never came. I had to call a number to ask for an email. And the wifi is limited to max. 5 devices. We booked the biggest appartment there with 6 beds and wifi for 5 devices?! Funny thing is that it turned out the wifi is not working 80% of the time. So there is almost no INTERNET at all!! Even TV is not hooked with internet. When I called them and asked , they said TV hasn't been hooked up with internet yet. Now, the more terrible things. Toaster is defective, microwave is defective. There is NO supplies at all in the kitchen, not even a kitchen roll. IT is probably not supposed to be used at all but just to be a DECO. The fridge was turned off completely when we arrived , we had to turn it on and wait for hours for it to work. NExt thing, there were only 2 coffee crema capsuls provided for the coffee machine for an appartment that is for 6 persons. When I asked for 2 more capsules , they said we have to pay 2 bucks each!? The capusles were a gift supposedly. Seriously? We paid 340Euro per night for this appartment. Altogether there were 4 toilet paper rolls there. On the fourth day of our stay, a Sunday, we called them to ask for extra toilet rolls since we are running out of this. They said they would bring one or two rolls to us. When we returned to the hotel at 22:00 on a Sunday evening, guess what? Of course they didn't replenish the toilet paper roll and we were left without any toilet paper rolls for the evening and the next day till we checked out. A homeless man slept and had his bed/pillow etc. the whole time next to the buidling. On the third night of our stay, he moved his place and slept directly at the main entrance!!!!!!! And all his stuff was there the whole time. Since there is no reception in this so-called hotel, nobody to turn to and on the mailboxes after the entrace, there are literally a hundred of different pamphlets and paper trash people left on the mail boxes. The staircase and area between staircases are filthy and extremely dusty. One last thing: check out time was 11:00 am. At 10:30 the cleaner rang and wanted to come to clean the appartment. We told him to come back in half an hour when we were ready. We left the appartment at 20 minutes later and when I opened the door, he was standing exactly at the door, waiting at our door the whole time probably. Unbelievable.

Having already been residents at AMC Joachimsthalerstr. 19 in Berlin a few years ago, we noticed certain slight marks of wear & tear. In June 2022 we booked AMC for a full week, but we lost 2 days because of cancellation of an easyJet flight Bordeuax-Berlin on 15th June. The height fixation of the shower nozzle was worn out, so it descended always to its lowest level. The draining off the handwash basin was very slow. There was no longer a conciege at the reception, his office was closed. The electric system of the blinds was sometimes doing what it wanted. But apart from this, everything was clean, quiet and of course we appreciated the location at a few minute to the Kurfürstendamm and the Meineckstrasse, Fasanenstrasse and other streets in this area with their shady trees rather than the 'blue collar worker's' atmosphere of the terrible Alexanderplatz and Postsdamer Platz. I think it was not so good an idea to do without a receptionist to whom you could refer for small repairs if something goes wrong.

Hello ! You thought that I could not leave you a review?) I do not recommend this Apartment !!! We wanted to get greasy on New Year's, but the registration did not work for the apartments, neither the website nor the link to payment, the Apartments knew about the problem, we wrote off with them! We did not move in without registration! Canceled this reservation, I was charged 463 euros! The apartment has problems with payment and registration, but I pay for it with my own money !!!

Th apartment was really big, clean & nice. We stayed there for 3 nights & we were given 2 dishwasher tablets which was a bit disappointing. Rest all was good.

Nice big flat that has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay. Close to the ubahn. Only two negatives was that the tv did not work properly and there was a smell of fish waste outside the windows, presumably from the local shop. If possible it would be nice if the fish waste could be moved.

A great experience living in your aparthotel. The room is clean, warm, comfortable, new and modern furniture, good mattresses on the beds allow a great rest. The room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. We would love to stay in your hotel. Thank you for the comfort.

Great location! Super comfy, clean, well and above equipped All the communication went through mail/whats up which is great for late arrivals I super recommend staying at this place in berlin My family is bit large (4 kids) and everything was comfortable and nice🧡

A very pleasant experience. The apartment was large and had everything we needed. Check in was easy.

Clean and comfortable. The service was quick and reliable. The only negative point was that our windows faced the roof of the neighbouring building and on hot days the heated asphalt on the roof can make the room hotter if you open the windows.

I like the apartment since its in the center of the city , everything is so close and its modern and applied with everything you need. But the only thing i didn’t like was that in summer there is no AC and its super hot , they need to provide AC since the weather heat is hitting 40 degree , I think it will be perfect for winter but not for summer, would definitely recommend it for winter not for summer

Excellent location, and a simple check-in process. It was a spacious apartment and there was help readily on hand to deal with queries when they arose.

The apartment is great. There is a lot of room, large windows, equipped kitchen, we loved it. The check-in process was awful. You can only check-in online, but it is a long and exhausting process that has a lot of bugs (e.g.: can't enter birth year after 2000). We didn't receive any link to the online check-in, and it was hard to convince the guy in the hotel's office to help us. Eventually, after the guy in the office recognized that the problems are due to the website, he finally did the check-in for us, but then we first found out that the apartment is 10 minutes walk from the location that we chose.

A good experience overall. Parking was really near only 1 min walk. It was almost in the center of everything. Dm, rewe, bakery, all brands were only walking distance. Zoologischer garten main station was also nearby around 700 m.

Pay attention if the room you get is on Joachimstaler Str. 19 which appears in the publications and is a central location, or on Bundesallee 203 which is 15 minutes away on foot and you have to walk with your luggage if you want to store your belongings. The local taxi driver revealed to us that many customers make the same mistake as us and are disappointed Also, the code to enter the building did not work and we had to wait almost an hour in the street with our luggage after a flight, and they refused to send someone to open the door for us, until they managed to fix the problem and the code worked. Please also note that there is no room cleaning except for an additional fee. The room itself is large and well equipped but the service and treatment we received was very disappointing.

The location is convenient. In room facility is essential, including laundry machine. We are happy to choose and this unit in our week-long stay, Though there are two elevators, you need to carry your luggage up half floor first.

Spacious studio with good customer service. Washing machine was in the bathroom with soap provided. Location is great for shopping and dining out. Comfortable beds. The only drawback is the absence of air con which was a bummer since there was an heat wave.

Great location. Near several metro stations, grocery stores. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the stay.

Was not really clean with used tissues and clogged shower drain plus 200eur a night price tag.. wont go there again

The hotel is in an old building. Don't bring large luggage, there is no direct access to the elevator from the street and you need to take the stairs one floor up. No air conditioning in the room reminds you of the 1970s in summer

Central and great location for visiting Berlin. Well equipped flat suitable for a family of four … and a furry family member. We are definitely coming back

These apartments are very nice, the sleeping couch is rather hard to sleep on though, could've been good with a small mattress on top of it, but it's great with the shower and washing machine and kitchen stuff! I'd definitely stay here again!

Good location and clean in the apartment. Rather impersonal feeling with no furniture other than beds, table and chairs. A comfy chair or sofa would have made it a little more home-like. Strange positioning of TV. Stairway and outside the apartment had a very strange smell and didn't seem so fresh. Staff was nice and helpful. No problem to get late check out ( at an extra cost of €25). Good value for money.

Great location, great staff ! The apartment is big and very comfortable. The beds are the best and the kitchen fully equiped. There is even a laundry machine with complimentary pods in the bathroom. Just loved our stay at AMC Apartments Ku´damm in Berlim.

Very nice place to stay if you're visiting Berlin. Self catering apartments, with friendly & helpful staff. Very accessible area, near train station, also easy access to buses, 15-20 minutes you will be in Central. You will also find Lidl Store, located just at the back of the building. Highly recommended👍👍👍

Very comfortable apartment in a really good location, near to all public transport. Very clean apartment with big windows (501). Views to the roof, but it doesn't matter. Very quiet. We missed a bit more heating as it was cold outside. All necessary cooking elements in the kitchen, big fridge for such a small apartment. Very comfortable bed, enough space for two persons. Easy system to do the check-in even if you get to the apartment when reception is closed. We really recommend AMC Apartments for a stay in Berlin.

Great location, functional, clean, decent wi-fi. What’s not to like? I was here for a 4-night business stay and this apartment offered everything I needed.
