Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned every day, bath room and shower super clean! They offer 2 beers in the room...always nice when you return from a busy day in Berlin. There is also a waterboiler in the room with tea and coffee. Breakfast buffet is very good. There is an extractor to make your own fresh juices (carrots and oranges). Metro station across the Street. They also have a luggage room where you can leave your things at check out if you want to visit Berlin on the last day if your stay.

The female staff at our arrival is not very friendly. A bit dated room, noisy at night if you open the window for some cool air

Hotel is very impressive for its price in the capital of Germany. It's located close to city center near riverside with beautiful views and Cafe and restaurants around. We booked apartments with 2 merged rooms and kitchen corner with necessary appliances. It also has 2 bathrooms for this option which is very convenient. We found bottle of water and beer for every person, so it was very nice of Hotel staff. Also they suggest breakfast by additional cost if you want. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very good place, quiet. We booked a room for 3 people, we got two separate rooms with bathrooms and a common corridor. There are 2 bottles of beer and seltzer each in the refrigerators. Nice!

I spent two nights in this lovely German Hotel I love the wood inside it looks like a very authentic German Hotel in amazing way. The room price was a little bit higher than what I expected but it's affordable. The Crow was extremely nice friendly and willing to help. The location is good and close to bus station and around 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz. The room size was good. Checking in and out is very easy and fast. They can store your luggage if you want which is good if you have a late flight or train to catch in the evening.

Spent 4 nights here. We had a 2 room apartment with a small kitchenette. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We like the fact there was beer and water free of charge in the fridge. The beds were good, but the pillows were too soft and the hotel need to get some firmer ones in. We had breakfast 2 morn8ngs and enkpjoyed it, plenty of variety. The hotel is only 20 meters from a tube station so is in a great location for exploring Berlin.

I stayed 4 nights and was charged a reasonable rate with great service. The reception desk was very helpful with directions to the hotel from the train station and to other desired destinations. The room was perfect for my needs and I particularly appreciated the daily refill of 2 bottles of water and hot tea available at no extra cost. The Haribo gummi bears on my pillow and the hard candies on my arrival were also a nice touch. I liked the location of the hotel (near Nikolai Viertel, a charming old town section and a grocery store, in a more residential neighborhood that was within walking distance of most major sights, and close to public transportation options). As a solo female traveler, I felt safe at this hotel and in this neighborhood.

We booked business class room to stay in Berlin for our trip for 4 days. We came to Berlin for sightseeing / attending music festival. I greatly enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The room was very comfrotable, the location of the hotel is great - it's located in the City center, metro/bus are just 1-2 minutes away so you can go anywhere without any difficulties. Stuff was professional and friendly. Fransicsa helped us with sending postcards. I am really greatful for that. Breakfasts were lovely. In the restaurant on the first flour you can try out delicious Indian kitchen. dunno what I can add more. I will surely recommend it to all who want to enjoy a comfortable stay in Berlin, and especially to my friends. Thank you Derag Living Hotel Mitte! 5+

Loved our stay at Living Hotel Berlin Mitte. Room was great (appreciate the free beer), beds were super comfy (did not miss my bed at home at all - where do I get those pillows?) and the staff were affable and super helpful. Location wise, perfect! Pretty much central to anything and everything. Will stay again on our next visit. Thank you for having us.

Living hotel is a great place to stay, very clean and excellent location. A nice touch were the bottles of water and beers every day. We had an issue with the room on a Saturday evening, it was sorted within 5 minutes. Would recommend anybody to stay here on a visit to Berlin.

I booked the family two bedroom option as I’m traveling with my 16-year-old son. I can’t get over how beautiful and elegant the rooms are, how well appointed they are; we have two separate bedrooms two separate bathrooms a couple of mini bars that are stocked daily for free. The ambience and lighting, the attention to detail is such that I feel like I’m in a Woody Allen movie with the subtle lighting and dark paneling. Centrally situated, this is truly a find!!

They absolutely did not want help and understand the situations. I got auto e-mails in response. I had a problem with the reservation, I wanted to send a message to the hotel asking about the cancellation of the reservation, but I canceled it by accident in the application. I asked to re-book the same day or a refund or a partial refund. But I only got auto messages from them. I highly do not recommend this hotel.

I was there in August, the most annoying thing by my residence there, was the air conditioning, the weather was hot but the air conditioner was so weak to the limit I couldnt sleep at night, every thing else was ok.

Nice place but the Wi-Fi is terrible. You get 2 free beers though. Also to note there is no AC. That was fine during our stay because it was quite cool out.

Beautiful room with complementary drinks. Great location with the metro less than a block away. The workers were kind and accommodating.

Good location and the metro station literally 20 steps from the hotel entrance. Room was clean and washed everyday. They provide 2 waters and 2 beers daily free of charge. They will store your bags if you arrive early or fly late in the day you check out. Staff is friendly. Completely good experience, highly recommend it!

I enjoy every bit of my stay at the Derag Livinghotel. It is very clean, comfortable, and simply classic. The staffs were very friendly. Its location and accessibility to the city centre are other advantages of the hotel. I loved also their bed. I have noticed that some reviewers complained about the breakfast. I cannot comment on that, because I did not take any Frühstück. If one thinks that the price was too high, just go to a café elsewhere: there are plenty of good cafés in Berlin.

I stayed at the Living Hotel Berlin-Mitte with friends for two nights. The family room is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Rooms are clean and silent although one of the two was smaller. It would work very well for a family with kids, since it also had a small kitchenette. Location is perfect, the Underground is right across the street and you can walk to Alexanderplatz and all the museum. Breakfast is good, the buffet is quite complete although Selection is moderate. I would use it again.

ongoing construction work in our room which we were not warned about before checkin. upon checking in, we were told an electrician would be in to replace the router in our room. we were told this would take less than 5 minutes and involve no other disturbance. unfortunately, this was not the case. the builders entered our room 4-5 times throughout the day, set up a ladder blocking the door, and were drilling and shouting to each other in the corridors. i understand the builders had a job to do, but this did not make for a restful or relaxing holiday. the builders were also tearing down the walls outside our room and replacing the wiring, so we had to climb over a construction site every time we wanted to come or go. we went out for breakfast one day and upon returning discovered that the builders had left our door open with no builder or member of staff in sight. when we reluctantly raised these issues to the manager, he was condescending, unpleasant, and unhelpful. he also became visibly frustrated as the conversation went on as we tried to explain our concerns, and initially offered us one free breakfast voucher. eventually we agreed upon a 15% refund, which came to less than €35. this was extremely disappointing, for obvious reasons, and we will not be returning to this hotel.
