Amazing Company regards from Uganda 🇺🇬

Unfortunately it's no longer what it once was! We had to point out to employees the cheapest and shorter flight and then, despite the expensive long-distance call, they didn't give us any help other than what they needed! Other fellow travelers had everything organized by their travel agents! Expressly not recommended! Without service, you can book everything online yourself for the same or better price!

Excellent service, really good attention, always taking care of my needs and interests. Highly recommended. Btw, that can speak perfectly English and Spanish.

I dealt with Nancy a manager. Initially she was quite helpful . She booked me a airline ticket to Germany and the to Ukraine. But when I tried to change the ticket on the last few days before my departure She only worked four days that week. So I wasn't able to change flight and wound up just going home as scheduled.

I have now booked with Nancy for the second time and am very happy with the decision. I planned my first long-distance trip quite casually and felt like I was in good hands during my trip. I'm looking forward to booking the next adventure.

I booked a flight with STA from Hamburg to San Francisco in 2014. It was supposed to be a flexible ticket which stated that I could rebook the date in case something happens. Well, my visa process took longer and I wanted to change my flight accordingly. The customer service booked some flight and needed my confirmation per e-mail which I did not look up. I did not receive a call. The ticket wasn't rebooked to a week ahead. It wasn't refunded.

Unfortunately we are not satisfied. STA advertises that it specializes in young people. However, 80% of the other guests on our tour with Nomads in Africa were seniors. This is definitely not what we expected when we turned to a specialist for young people. We would therefore not book with STA again.

Thanks to Carolina's knowledgeable and tireless research at STA Travel Berlin Georgenstraße, I saved valuable money when taking out long-term international health insurance without having to accept any loss of benefits. I found her interest and persistence in finding the best solution for me fantastic. She also answered repeated questions from me (because I wanted to be super sure about some points) quickly and in a friendly manner via email. Exemplary customer service that focuses entirely on the needs and benefits of customers. I give at least six out of five stars :-)

STA Travel Berlin had prepared a trip around the world for me in 2017, which began at the end of December 17 and ended at the beginning of May 2018. The responsible employee, Ms. Marlene Gojer, regulated and organized everything perfectly and always responded to special requests with a lot of patience. Even during the trip I received information about flight changes. Everything went well - thank you very much, STA Travel Berlin!

Incredibly experienced when it comes to booking complex flight routes, STA can find flights at affordable prices that are not available on the Internet. The service (luggage registration), information about visas, etc. is also brilliant. The employees have been overseas a lot and have a lot of experience. Nancy looked after me. She is incredibly good at finding flights and very reliable!

I have already traveled with STA Travel once, so I contacted this travel agency again. The employee, in my case Monique who looked after me, was so helpful and really did everything she could to help me find the right flight (since I had precise ideas and was limited by time)! I have never experienced such perseverance in a travel agency :) Absolutely commendable! It was really fun and in the end we were really happy when we booked successfully! I've been to other STA Travel offices but nothing beats this one!! TOP TOP TOP!!

Every time we had a great experience. The STA team works quickly and reliably, even if the exchange takes place exclusively via email. It responds to all your wishes and patiently looks for offers until you are actually satisfied and can no longer do anything other than book. I would love to see more customer service like this!

When WOW Airlines ceased operations, we were stranded in Berlin. We found STA Travel near the UBahn and went there as soon as we could. Marlene greeted us and spoke good English. She checked many options and helped us get a flight home for a good price. Thank you so much!
