It can happen that when you change your shift you are completely forgotten or that you are repeatedly examined from the front by different nurses and doctors. My child, 6 years old, was offered strong pain relievers three times in two hours. Each time I had to tell the doctors that she had already been given pain medication. I don't know why this was not recorded in the file. Simply life-threatening! Please just pay attention !!! In case the hospital wants to know who I am. Karimi Station 61. 16.09.2020

(Translated by Google) The assistant doctor at the emergency room came in and the first thing she says is, she sees no reason to treat me and whatever I can think of to come at night, in times of Corona. I had no chance to tell about my suffering and my motives. It only occurred to her to insult me. Now I stand there, untreated, with unbearable pain. This is also called failure to provide assistance. I don't come at night for no reason. In this hospital you have to half die to be treated. ! Find a hospital but not this one! They don't see the person in you!

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. I ended up having to go to this emergency room after having a staph infection which got later worse and worse even after taking antibiotics from my local doctor. The emergency room wait was about 2 and a half hours and I finally got to see a doctor there. They told me my white blood cell count was too high and I needed to stay in the hospital, what they didn't do is they didn't even bother taking a swab to even see which bacteria was growing inside of my skin. The antibiotics they gave me through the IV worked for the first day but then my arm started to swell up bad again. The one guy who checks the patients in the morning kept saying we will check your arm tomorrow , tomorrow, tomorrow even though he clearly saw that my arm was spreading with the infection and getting worse at the second day. I finally had to complain multiple times and finally tell a doctor that I can't stand the pain. They finally decided to give me an operation which I believed went ok but after my release they gave me the wrong antibiotics. The reason I know this is because they didn't want to give me my ANTIBIOGRAMM test after I had already asked them like 20x and my infection started to come back after my release.... so i went to their office yesterday and got my lab results, it clearly shows which antibiotics will be sensitive or resistant to the bacteria I have and they gave me ones that didn't match. Don't go to this horrible horrible hospital, even the nurses there were whispering to other patients in my room to go to a another hospital, because even they know that their practice is bad!!!! stay away!

The employees at Köpenick Hospital were very friendly, but apparently also very overworked. Sanitary facilities were not cleaned for over 24 hours even though they were extremely dirty. After the operation, I lay in the monitoring room and pressed the call button for 45 minutes in vain and then had to help myself with hello and calling for help. After two days I was placed in the normal ward and was in a room that, as described, was not particularly clean. The other two sick people in the room always had their diapers full and were put on the pan and I was supposed to eat my food in the same room. I found it unreasonable and didn't eat anything the whole time I was there. The drain was supposed to be removed at midday, and due to time constraints it was only removed at 10 p.m. in the evening. I don't know if this is common practice in all hospitals. I would probably take a single room next time. In this case they wanted €150 for it. I'd rather go home then.

I was lucky enough to spend a week in Köpenick Hospital, where I underwent kidney surgery and was then cared for in the comfort ward. From start to finish my experience was simply outstanding. The medical staff was extremely knowledgeable and caring. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable. The surgery was successful and the care afterwards was excellent. The comfort station offers truly first-class service. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the nursing staff was always on hand to make sure I didn't lack anything. The food was varied and delicious, and they even took into account my individual dietary needs. What really sets Köpenick Hospital apart is the human touch. The staff showed genuine compassion and interest in my well-being, which made my stay here even more enjoyable. I can fully recommend the Köpenick Hospital. If you are looking for quality medical care in a warm and friendly environment, look no further. Many thanks to the entire team for the outstanding support!

(Translated by Google) From 30.01.-21.02.2020 my mom was first in the emergency room 2A and then in the geriatrics 1. The care was really great at both stations. The dealings were so friendly, relaxed, especially at the geriatrics again and again "Don't worry, we will remind you ..." My questions and requests were also always answered. There is really nothing to complain about in terms of the treatments and, above all, the comprehensive examinations to diagnose and assess the overall condition of my mother and the description in the findings. THANK YOU!!! DANKE!!!

(Translated by Google) The nurses and doctors work really crookedly here, in not really optimal hospital conditions. There are few staff and too many patients. Unfortunately also those who do not go to the family doctor because of a sore throat, but go straight to the emergency room. Unfortunately, it is precisely these people who treat hospital staff like serfs, with little respect or understanding. Unfortunately, we humans only see our problem and not the bigger picture. This hospital does what it can, every day of the week, every second, 24 hours a day. If a nurse or doctor does not strike the right note, it should not always be taken personally. We are all human and we all have emotions and ailments, including doctors. It may be tragic if you just cut off your fingertip, but it doesn't kill you instantly. All patients who do not have life-threatening illnesses who do not wish to visit the rescue center, please remember, not whoever shouts the loudest receives immediate help. The job would be a lot easier if you didn't have to talk to people all day and justify yourself. I was able to gain experience on both sides, as a patient and as a worker. This hospital is not as bad as the "ignorant" claim here.

(Translated by Google) My grandma was treated there a few days ago. And every employee in the healthcare sector has our complete respect, especially in such a difficult time. But seriously, was it too much to ask my grandma to get a blanket because she was cold? Or rather, that you are thirsty and cannot get any water? That has nothing to do with excessive demands but with inhumanity !! This woman spent a full day in the emergency room while she was cold and did not even get a glass of water. On top of that, she is sent home the same day on the grounds that it was nothing. Dear Vivantes Clinic, you had a heart attack !!!! It's a shame, the hospital used to have such a good reputation, and now the relatives of the sick can say what the diagnosis is sooner than the doctors. Great job! Super Job!

My husband urgently needs a diagnosis and the appointment for admission has been postponed again and again since December (it's March) because, for example, they only realize the day before that it's a public holiday or that he's not in their appointment calendar and they are him not planned. So a very disorganized hospital. There is no trust there.

I went to this center precisely Onkozentrum Berlin OZB. I travelled 1.5 hour to get to center. Upon reaching on time to do MRI as per appointment , receptionist told me because you cannot understand German we cannot do MRI because instructions are in German and person who is operating cannot speak English. They sent me back and told me to come only if I have someone with me who understands German. Because mobile phone are not allowed in the room. I then told a lady I have done A1 can I give a try , may be I understand few things and my MRI can be then done. She refused. Considering the globalisation and expats who are coming to Germany and pay heavy taxes, you cannot get treatment because you cannot speak German kind of situation is pathetic. Clinics and staff should be more inclusive and should support patients in English. This center needs to train their radiology department staff to speak basic English.

Did my bladder stones surgery here. The operation took less than 90 minutes and it went smooth. I stayed one night and left the next morning. I spoke German with the nurses and English with the Doctor. My only two complaints are: 1) The male nurse with a ponytail was critical when you ask for something like a pillow or adjusting the bed. He mocked my German and said something like "He speaks German like his native language" in frustration and had to listen to a lecture from him about not using the bell unless it's an emergency. 2) There were no pillows left and I had to sleep on a small one.

(Translated by Google) Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I was from July 23rd to 30th. on the wards 1a and 6b under treatment. I would like to thank all of the staff working in the hospital. Special thanks go to the entire team of the house, the nursing staff, to Marvin, who always drove me from A to B in a nice and smiling manner, to the nurses on the wards, who always do their job in the current special situation with friendliness, helpfulness and personability Mastering the charisma, with my "general" the occupational therapist Irene - who really rebuilt me, and the entire team of neurologists. KEEP IT UP!!! I felt that I was in good hands and looked after on the wards at all times. I will be happy to recommend the stations and the entire workforce. The only very big drawback is the absolutely poor food supply. If I had a pig at home, I wouldn't even feed this food to them. It is likely that savings will be made at the wrong end for cost reasons. Best regards Thomas Grunwald U.N.V.E.U. MACHT WEITER SO!!!

Lack of respect to people! I have to change my appointment. I called the general number. Extremly not polite woman on the line. Sounded like she hates her job and hates people that dont sound like native speakers. I've chosen this clinic because it's close to my home, but I don't want to be shouted at, when I ask to repeat something.

My mother was admitted to the palliative care unit shortly before Christmas. A very bad time to come to the hospital. Due to the holidays, the examinations were delayed and the results were delayed. Thank you to everyone who looked after my mom so well. Thanks to the doctors, nurses and the wonderful service staff. They couldn't take away the terrible diagnosis from my mom, but they could give her a good feeling that the best possible thing was being done for her. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and hope that she will be received and treated just as well at the DRK Lung Clinic in Mitte.

In the Emergency department, I was registered by a very helpful, friendly and sweet woman. She was speaking English and tried to help us as best as she can. Overall I am pleased with the service here. I didn’t wait for long and the process was not complicated for an expat like us. Thank you! But the biggest thanks to the nurse with the awesome tattoo in the emergency - Anmeldung room :)

I was looking for a doctor with an infected hand for an hour. No one wanted to see me or help me. I was shown to the nurse station - they saw my infected hand and refused to help me because they were closed “go find help somewhere else”. After an hour I finally found the ER on my own because everyone refused to help me and waited there for more hours - All with an infection on my hand. 0/0 not recommended if you need serious medical attention

(Translated by Google) I had to go to the emergency room of the Köpenick hospital because of a cut in my finger with my hedge scissors. Here I was treated by a medical student or an assistant doctor Müller. The assistant doctor appeared so arrogant, which showed no human competence. After my wound had been taken care of by the student's sewing shop, my family doctor had to find out during follow-up care the next day that the wound was only partially sewn, the wound gaped in the middle because the thread was only stung on one side, not connected! The assistant doctor praised the student for his good work?!?! I can only say, not only work on human, but definitely on technical competence. I hope that the two doctors are the exception, because so far I have only had positive experiences in the DRK hospitals.

I was prescribed antibiotics. After 3 days the pain continued and even worsened, after which I went to another hospital. The diagnosis is a fungus in the ear. The entire hospital doesn't care about their patients and they clearly have no desire to practice their profession, which they clearly show to the outside world. I did not get a slip of paper regarding the "treatment" you did because the doctor saw what the problem would be. (Translated by Google) CATASTROPHIC! One star is way too much for this hospital. Driven to the emergency room last night on the recommendation of the lady on the phone of 116117 after severe pain and hearing loss in the left ear. Once there, nobody wanted to know what ailments I have. When I tried to describe my suffering several times, I was always slowed down and had to hand over a slip of paper filled out by the nurse to another employee and then just sit down until I was called. The only thing on the slip was my name and the note "ENT complaints". After 3 hours of waiting, plagued by pain, I asked how long I had to wait, but there was no specific answer. Another half an hour later I asked again if I could at least get ibuprofen because I was in great pain. Then the nurse, I should just wait a short while, the doctor will be there in a moment. After 4 hours of waiting, a doctor came who did not call me but instead asked, staring at me: "And you are?" Then he treated me for about 1 minute and said I should just go to the ENT doctor on Monday (2 days). Meanwhile, many very needy patients were placed on their beds in the middle of the hallway. One of them, an elderly man, complained and said several times he was cold and thirsty. The staff just walked past him several times without even starting to respond to him. This place is shabby, neglected, and has a bunch of incompetent staff. I would advise against everyone to get "treated" there, unless it is a matter of life after death. Even then, I would not personally seek treatment there! (Original) KATASTROPHAL!

I was at the DRK Haus Köpenick from March 20th to 22nd, 2024 because of a cardiological procedure: 1. The implementation of the complex procedure by the team Dr. Atmowihardjo was, as far as I can tell as a layman, very professional. The operating room nurses were very friendly and tried to take away my excitement. 2. At the monitoring station I felt very well looked after by the attentive and helpful team. 3. I can only recommend the comfort station: cozy, nice nurses, excellent food, very clean, good media facilities. What more could you want after a serious operation? 4. And last: the procedure was successful. I'm doing well!

Simply fantastic experience. I went there to get an emergency consultation. I don’t speak German but the staff were always ready to go beyond to get to know my problem and provide the much needed medical care. This is really remarkable service. I was amazed by the speed of getting things done and making sure the required reports are prepared. I would definitely recommend this hospital for anyone who is looking for treatment in and around Berlin.

Just left DRK after staying there for 2 nights for a surgery after being processed through the emergency room. I really appreciated the help I received there. Any of the staff who did not speak English tried their best to understand me and to communicate with me slowly. All the doctors spoke English fluently and explained everything to me quite clearly. Finally, the nurses who helped me in 5A were super friendly and kind and I really appreciated their help, Especially in their attempts to communicate with me. Big shoutout to Nadine, Kathryn and the other nurses in that unit who tried their best to help me I hope I never have to go require the services of DRK again but if needed I would definitely go back.

Impossible and inhumane treatment of people with breast cancer Final stage! A woman with severe pain caused by cancer is simply sent home again and again. Examinations to make a diagnosis can only be carried out on an outpatient basis and not in an inpatient setting and are then spread out over weeks. Of course, treatment can only be carried out once all the results are available. So much valuable time is wasted!!! During the evaluation meeting with the CHIEF DOCTOR, there are still no results and the treating patient is sitting there for absolutely nothing... only the question and statement is part of the evaluation: "What do you want now, to be treated in hospice or palliative care?" She can’t stay here!” that’s just a rough summary of this misery. We are now in Rüdersdorf! It's far away but humanly, professionally, warmly... maybe something can be made up here that was missed in Köpenick!

I really enjoyed my stay on the A2, the staff was friendly and always helpful. The food was perfectly fine and varied. Here and there you had to wait a bit (recording) but everything was within limits. Unfortunately, there are drawbacks when it comes to pillows (they are extremely uncomfortable because there is no filler left in them) and rooms (no functioning blinds, curtains are just decoration and the light from the AWR shines into the room all night long so that it is bright at night and during the day) I would still like to come back.

Around Christmas time, my grandfather (86 years old, actually fit) suddenly found himself wandering through his neighborhood very lost. He rang a friend's doorbell, they contacted us, we called the emergency doctor and he was taken to Köpenick Hospital. There he was not examined neurologically, even though he had suddenly suffered a severe loss of cognitive performance. Pneumonia was diagnosed. Although we had clearly stated when we were admitted that either my mother or my father would be contacted upon discharge (to pass on information about further treatment, medication), my grandfather, still in a confused state, was released early and simply given to someone. We had to call the hospital one day to clarify further treatment!!!! “They are not a nursing home.” Aha. He wasn't confused before!!!! But there was no test for a stroke. I'm speechless. The treatment of my grandmother, who also received treatment in this hospital and died there, was similarly disappointing.

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, my wife ended up in this hospital. After vomiting several times, she went into opiad withdrawal. This was recognized at the ITS and also treated well, except that the sisters were unfriendly and made unsuitable statements. After the requested transfer to another ward, she landed on the IMC. After a gastroscopy on request (you couldn't figure it out yourself), she landed on ward 9b. There the urinary catheter was roughly removed without gloves or other protection, with the result that you had a bladder / urinary tract infection. My wife then went against medical advice, because you can take tablets at home. After a phone call, we were told that the doctor's letter would be sent by post in 1-2 days. After a week we were there to ask again for the doctor's letter. We were told by the doctor at the IMC that if you go against medical advice then that's the way it is and you have to wait as long as you want (doctor has dark, curly hair with glasses St.9b.). Now after almost 2 weeks of discharge, he is still not there. When asked by phone, we were told we have to wait because she went against medical advice. Conclusion. It's good except for the sisters. IMC totally lousy and do not manage to print out and send a doctor's letter in 2 weeks, although the treating doctor has this practice because of the medication. St.9b lousy. Catheter removal without protection. All in one a bad hospital and not recommended. You will never see us here again and if an emergency doctor wants to go there, I refuse to come. Fazit.

One of Berlin's best hospitals, professional from top to bottom. I have no critique whatsoever. I've been there twice, for two-and three-week stays, and the only reason I opt for St. Hedwig over DRK is travel distance: Hedwig is in the middle of the city, five minutes from my flat... DRK is out in the shady green forests of Köpenick.

Was soll ich sagen ?

Although the rescue center was full, ALL nurses and doctors, without exception, were friendly, attentive and competent. Even then, only friendly people on station. From the cleaners to the kitchen ladies to the nurses and doctors. I was also told at the weekend what I had, what kind of medication I was taking, what side effects they had and what was being done about them. I felt well looked after all around. There is also a small park at the hospital for a short walk. Now I'm feeling well again, but I will always choose this hospital if possible. Thanks to the whole team.

Amazing department with great staff who is also English speaking. I was treated by Dr. Anne and nurse Anne who were nothing but kind, professional and compassionate. Only reason why it is 4/5 is due to a 3-hour waiting time. Vielen Dank Anne und Anne 😊

Lightning ice in Berlin! Unsuspecting, I went to our balcony that morning! The concrete floor (in winter) looked completely normal. That was very deceptive! After taking the first step with my right leg, I slipped and hurtled at high speed into the front balcony wall. There I was, my foot lying in a somewhat unnatural position. An emergency service was called and brought me in my neighborhood hospital Köpenick, the DRK Kliniken Berlin Köpenick. I had successful operations there twice! This hospital has something special. There is a geriatric ward there that has been specially developed for us older people, where I felt very comfortable despite all the adverse circumstances have ! I was given the feeling: “Here I am human, here I can be!” Thanks for that !!!

Yesterday I had to go to the hospital as I am quit sick. All the staff were very kind with me, especially the nurse who saw that I am super nervous and anxious about me being there. I told her I was afraid of the needles and she was starting to ask me questions like “which is your favorite movie, which is your favorite place on earth etc” in order to make me feel calm and get tested. Unfortunately I don’t know her name.

I had to go to the emergency room at the KHK at short notice. It was Friday afternoon and the emergency room was packed. Despite all this, the nurses asked me very friendly and respectful questions about my problem during the admission interview. To my surprise, I was treated further by the urology assistant doctor after a relatively short wait. I would like to thank you for this very professional medical treatment.

(Translated by Google) I had an outpatient gastroscopy today. Just in time for my appointment, two very nice sisters called me. The doctor, who only made a strict impression, was totally lovely and explained everything well. I slept during the treatment, the nurses made me feel good when I fell asleep. When I woke up I was already in a separate room. The sisters there were very accommodating, asked about problems and offered me coffee. In between, the doctor came for an evaluation talk. In general, I am very happy with the Gastrololi department in the hospital. Everyone is very nice, courteous and comforting for me too. The doctor is very good because he explains everything very precisely and responds to questions. Pain medication must be requested additionally. Moreover, under the flag of fighting the crown, they prohibit being in the waiting room for family members of the victim. Referring to the ban on visits. Marasmus. When asked what is given as a pain reliever, they begin to lecture. Terrible. Such personnel have no place in first aid. (Translated by Google) After a recommendation I came to an appointment with the "boss" because of a long-term problem with the esophagus. I should go to the ward for a detailed examination. Everything was very professional, friendly and understandable. All doctors, nurses and employees always tried hard and you always felt that you were in good hands. Despite intensive examinations (4 days) using all possibilities and technical options as well as an understandable interest in longer stays, operations, etc. I was honestly told that I couldn't really find anything and that direct treatment was not necessary . I call that very serious and fair. During the conversation with my family doctor, who had already studied the findings, I also received praise for the preparation of the findings. These are very understandable and detailed. He would seldom see it that way and it was not usual to get such good quality work! I have now no comparison to other KHs, since it was my first inpatient stay, but I would recommend the house with a clear conscience!

But there is more ... the patient repeated several times that she had to go to the toilet, not a soul came, well then it was changed and the pain happened. My family member has had an open wound on his foot since December (I have been repeating SINCE DECEMBER) with the statement "this is going to happen again", only a bandage was wrapped around it and the heel cushion which MUST be thrown away. "But you know what you are doing" - quote from the doctor ... Disrespectful of how elderly people are treated there. Got incompetent doctor Dr. Anwar at emergency department. Had rashes on my body, dermatologist said it was just allergy (with no idea on what - flower, food, animal, etc). It got worse in a few days, went to Charite and doctor immediately recognized allergy because of linen mites and explained that it got worse cos I put on same clothes that I had when I got them (supposingly in cimena or ubahn). If the doctor in Vivantes told me that on the first day, i would already got rid of this problem. He actually asked is I was bitten by insects, I said I haven't feel this. He also asked if I was in the park or forest recently and after I said no he decided It wasn't allergy because of insects. Moreover, people in my shared apartment also got the same problem coz we didn't know the source of rashes and mites were spread from my clothes to my neighbours. Hope Noone else will get this doctor. Also gave me on this list lots of other not necessary remedies. he also said that my heart wasn't getting oxigene enough and that created the inflation on my body. Today I went to another doctor that said that is all wrong good you came here, stop all this medicament now. Vielen, Vielen Dank

There was a playroom with everything your heart desires and lovely teachers. We felt completely at ease and in good hands! Thanks to the team! In the emergency department, everybody was treated very respectfully. I was impressed by the staffs patience with complicated people. The communication was good. Afterwards, I was told that such an injury is normally operated immediately. I wonder why they sent me home and told me to visit the doctor on Monday. Now, two weeks after, the operation is getting much more complicated.

I was treated here for Tuberculosis which required me to stay at the hospital for 2 months. The doctors and nurses are empathy towards you. They really care for their patients and are always there to answer any questions you might have regarding your health. I am currently an outpatient as well at the hospital and I wouldn't have asked for a better treatment. I recommend the pulmonologist department for their work.

(Translated by Google) So far I've heard mostly negative and was positively surprised. I had to go to the rescue center on a Sunday because of a cut in my finger. I found the approximately half an hour waiting time to be absolutely appropriate - I had expected significantly more. The surgeon on duty was very nice and, as the resident judged on the following day, she sewed very well. Danke :)

Went to the ER because I’ve badly cut my finger. Everyone was really friendly and professional. Waiting time is ok given the amount of people. Overall given the circumstances a good experience. Thank you!

Zur Not ja.

Where to start with this hospital? Horrible food even though you book the comfort station for an extra €150 per night. The ladies who serve the food are as motivated as Jesus on Good Friday. From a medical point of view, you have to hope for luck. In any case, I can understand all the bad reviews here. That's sad.

I had surgery at the DRK Köpenick at the beginning of the week! I was happy with the doctors, nurses and nurses so far! However, and that's really not possible, I was taken out of my room at 1:30 a.m. on the grounds that... I need the room now, you have 3 minutes to pack up your things!!!!! I had an operation on my cervical vertebra the day before and was really putting up with a lot... BUT, I repeat myself... THAT WON'T WORK AT ALL!!!!! UPDATE, the phone number in the answer is not taken

My husband was admitted to urology on February 29, 2024 and was looked after very well from the first second. On March 1st, 2024 he was operated on and 2 days later he was taken to the comfort stadium, where he received exceptional care. From start to finish he received excellent care and treatment there. We would like to thank all the doctors, nurses, dining staff and Mario. The comfort stadium has super clean and comfortable rooms, a lounge and a coffee machine. Every wish was fulfilled and all questions were answered. We would recommend this ward to every patient, even if the extra charge is not very cheap.

My father has been in her clinic for three days, and it was only today after three days, after my mother, who worked in her hospital for over twenty years and treated hundreds of patients, was obviously upset, that she received information. The tip of the iceberg was that the doctor also "hit on" her about why she spoke to the staff in this way. So if you've decided to go into the medical field, you have to be able to respond to worried, upset family members. How can it be that on the third day there is still no doctor able to give information about a patient's state of health without having to make a "commotion". They should train their staff unconditionally, it is unacceptable. (New, young staff, crystal generation, you can no longer open your mouth if you just expect information and participation in a crisis situation. Whether the doctor preferred to be at home on a Sunday instead of being on shift, what can you say about that? It's very worrying. Whether the nurse likes how you talk to her, she doesn't have a family member lying in the hospital without a diagnosis. If the staff can't deal with such daily situations, it's very questionable to respond to such situations (completely authorized) staff must be hired, without question. Unfortunately, this experience is very disappointing.

I was admitted to this clinic with a stroke. Unfortunately, I discovered that people are being robbed in this clinic. 400€! This doesn't seem to be an isolated case!

I recommend that anyone who has more than one cold not go to this hospital because it is a fact that people who go in come out sicker than they were! The simplest little things develop into complicated procedures that shouldn't have had to be a small cut in the finger that becomes infected and you are forced to take antibiotics because the supposedly educated doctor is of the opinion that the wounds should be tied with a 3 cm thick bandage so that you can get underneath them sweats and every wound becomes infected! The simple appendicitis that leads to the intestine being slit with the laser and the affected person almost dying in the Köpenick hospital, no problem at all, they can't hear anything, these complete idiots, they are murderers, I don't recommend anyone to go there for my mother's cancer in the first half Year everything is fine! At the second follow-up examination we can no longer do anything for you and she has died. If I ever meet a doctor who claims to be the doctor from Köpenick Hospital, God forbid, I will kill him

emergency room Very nice employees. The ladies from Röttgen, however, without words. If you can't pronounce a name, you should ask politely how to pronounce it instead of gossiping about what everyone got. Sad from the staff.

I was a patient on ward 2B from February 5th to February 15th, 2024. The medical staff was competent, caring and friendly. My surgery would make me a type 3c diabetic. Of course, there were many questions on my part, which were answered in detail. I can only recommend Khs Köpenick, Station 2B Many thanks to the staff and doctors Marina Kakuschke
