Aber was für ein Unterschied!!! Das gesamte Team - Empfang, Schwestern, Pfleger, Ärzte und sogar die Reinigungskräfte waren so lieb und nett und zuvorkommend, dass ich glatt vergessen habe, vor der OP Panik zu bekommen. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich und sogar das Essen war gut. Und dabei möchte ich betonen, dass ich KEINE Privatpatientin bin. Ich hoffe sehr, dass dort so weitergemacht wird. Auf der Station wurde man bestens umsorgt. Schwester Amalia und anschließend Pfleger Heiko übernahmen die Schicht. Ich fühlte mich wirklich professionell umsorgt von einem Team mit dem Herzen am richtigen Fleck. Vielen Dank!!!

Ambulante OP mit Allgemeinanästhesie (Vollnarkose). Musste 1½ Stunden vorher da sein, Anmeldung und OP-Vorbereitung war zügig und routiniert. Ich war relativ nervös (erste OP), die Anästhesistin und der Pfleger wirkten aber sehr beruhigend, OP verlief komplikationslos, die 2 stündige Nachsorge war auch gut. Habe mich stets gut und sicher aufgehoben gefühlt, so stellt man sich eine ambulante Operation vor.

Schade das es nur fünf Sterne gibt …! Ich werde mich kurz halten. Ich wurde von Dr. Werthemann behandelt ( immer noch) alles lief bestens. Mein Urologe Dr. Straubinger, empfiehl mir meine Nierensteine bei Dr. Werthemann behandeln zu lassen. Nach den ersten kennenlernen (OP Besprechung) folgte schon in kurzer Zeit der Eingriff. In seiner Analyse und Beurteilung, fand er immer wieder die richtigen Worte. Auch wenn die „Schiene“ nicht mein Freund geworden ist (Schmerzen + Unverträglichkeit), wofür niemand etwas kann, war es auch Dr. Werthemann der hier beruhigend eingewirkt hat.
