(Translated by Google) Waited several months for an appointment. 3 times (‼️‼️) asked by phone what to bring to the appointment. Got a 6 cm tumor that was 5 cm recently and wasn't treated in the end because my health isn't worth more than a test ‼️ Vaccination status was the priority and I was told I should never have been let in because I didn't have a test . I explained to them that due to my health it is not possible to drive back and forth all the time and I was not given any information about a test. It is also not a hospital but a branch with outpatient treatment. Even the referral slip was not recognized because I had to have a new one issued in between (from another doctor), since I had been waiting forever for an appointment. Avoid this facility, staff unfriendly, I can't say anything about the doctors, I didn't get that far. More than sad for Germany. It's not about people anymore ‼️‼️‼️ (Original) Mehrere Monate auf einen Termin gewartet. 3mal (‼️‼️) Telefonisch erfragt was zum Termin mitzubringen sei.

(Translated by Google) Disappointing. I've been waiting months for an appointment for the hair consultation because I've been suffering from extreme hair loss for the last year. After almost 2 hours of waiting, I was finally called in to see the doctor. I described my problem to her and she commented on it with a smile: "To be honest, you can't see anything". That's just something you don't want to hear in such a situation, you need help and you probably have a very high level of suffering when you make an appointment there. Pretty unprofessional I would say. She only briefly pulled my hair and looked at my scalp and then called the head doctor in my presence and told him again that "you wouldn't see anything". It's completely absurd, since she doesn't even know what my hair looked like before, which I also told her. Because I see the big difference very well. I've lost over half my hair, which I held in my hands in bunches and strands in the shower and yeah, I'm also glad I still have some *at all* and not completely bald yet, but it helps with suffering standing person simply ZERO not to be taken seriously. Just awful. You'd think a "hair consultation" would involve a few more elaborate tests, but that's probably not the case. Was then only sent to draw blood, that's it. Months of waiting and hoping for not even 5 minutes of meaninglessness. When I asked if the hair loss was due to the Covid vaccination, it would eventually get better or if the hair would grow back, she said that she was not allowed to give any information because I should continue to be vaccinated. All right, great experience. Unfortunately, we haven't had a single good experience at the Charité so far, which is a shame. :( 0/0 Stars! 1 star goes to the super nice woman taking the blood, at least a nice ending. Alles klar, super Experience. Leider bisher keine einzige gute Erfahrung in der Charité machen dürfen, was echt schade ist. :( 0/0 Stars!

(Translated by Google) Best hospital in Germany? I'm disappointed . I've been calling for weeks and can't get through to anyone there! Then I was told to come to the open hour on Monday and Friday. I go and am told I will not be treated, only by appointment. “The earliest you can have an appointment is in 5 months” The woman who made the appointment was extremely disrespectful and rude! I can only say very good things about the doctors. Competence, medical expertise, interdisciplinary communication and a lot of empathy. I felt extremely well looked after at the Lupus Special Consultation Hour there. I am very disappointed with the ambulance team in the administration department. Rude, disrespectful and bold. For a few weeks I tried every way to reach the Derma Ambulance. Email, fax, calls. Without success. After I wrote that I would contact the doctors directly, I suddenly received a call. I was told in an incredibly cheeky tone that around 60 emails were received every day, that my fax probably hadn't arrived and that there was no staff available to answer calls. I was told that I didn't need to contact the doctors at all. That's what the ambulance employees here say. Then I would like to come here again Ms. Dr. Bindke, Fr.Dr. Karimian and Dr. Thank Domos. I had my documents sent to me.

So overloaded. It's hopeless over the phone, only a cancellation by email, an acute consultation with hours of waiting and the feeling of being a nuisance. The good thing is that I got the medication I needed and couldn't get it anywhere else. I have a follow-up appointment after 3 months, I might need medication sooner and I don't even dare to try to bring the appointment forward You might get help, but the circumstances are catastrophic

The worst hospital in the world. Avoid this clinic if it is possible. I’m an international client was in the clinic within Charité International. Administration: I give 0 of 5, they do not answer emails and phone calls. The only email I received was a request to pay 11,000 euro ad deposit and sign all documents. All other my emails they do not answer, still waiting for them to return my deposit. Doctors: I give 1 of 5, doctors are good, but the whole system goes not work. Finally I paid 11,000 for doctors to see me 2 minutes and and all work yo be done by students.

Had a great experience at the Dermatologie department. Registration was quick, I had to wait a bit longer for the doctor though. Frau Peytavi and her colleague were both very helpful and answered my questions about my son's skin problems with patience. Lets see if the treatment works :)

By far the worst hospital in Berlin. There you are not patients who are treated with empathy, but rather guinea pigs for the trainees and interns. The doctors in the derma area are no better. “University clinic” exactly. Get treated by real doctors in other hospitals. All reviews speak for themselves anyway.

Was there today with a transfer to no avail. It was about an allergy test (base metal) from my dentist. Since my local dermatologist couldn't carry out this test, I was referred to the Charité. In the party recording, admission was refused. "We can't just do allergy tests like that." was the answer from the staff in the allergology department. This patient receptionist claimed to have the authority to decide who was admitted and who was not. That's why I didn't even go to a doctor. Is that what you're talking about there? doctors' competence. Issuing transfers? I think every doctor knows what he or she is doing when he or she makes a referral. It is not up to the staff to refuse admission.

(Translated by Google) Catastrophic clinic, it couldn't be more inhuman; People wait 3 hours for the doctor and then wait another 1-2 hours to (possibly) get their turn. What most of them have already written here: rude tone; Incredible waiting times, during which there is not even an assurance that you will be treated at all; nobody knows what the other is doing, etc. Nobody answers the phone. Emails, even with anamnesis and photos, will not be answered. The only thing that helps is to pray that amputation does not follow the necrosis. What is going on in this republic?

(Translated by Google) But a star only for the things around it and the great sisters. The clinic itself is really well organized, you draw a number, first come, first paint. It's all OK. The sisters were also really great, very, very kind and understanding. BUT, the most important thing namely the medical examination was a disaster. She looked at a birthmark, in her opinion not at all dramatic and when asked a second one, which she also did not find so wild. Joar. Could she then persuade that I want to remove it because I had a strange gut feeling. Appointment for this one month later. When asked if I could be accompanied because of severe fear: Nope. Well noticed I was there for an examination of 5 minutes, but 4 hours in total. You can find out for yourself whether it was worth it. Was it then different in a private clinic, it is hardly possible to be taken seriously and lo and behold. The mole was severely dysplastic and bordered, and another one on the foot, which the doctor at the Charite had not even looked at, was even more noticeable. But whatever. Why should you also look at all the moles when one is already noticeable, a pure waste of time or dear Charite? Aber was solls.

I went there (private outpatient clinic) because I had a facial injection with hyaluronic acid from another “clinic/doctor”. Unfortunately, my body developed an immunological reaction, i.e. H. my face continues to swell. I was then injected with Hylase several times. The doctor is very friendly and competent! Thank God I was able to get help there. I was very desperate! I've been to other private doctor's offices before, where it's all about money! A terrible procedure because you initially pay a consultation fee. Then incorrect diagnoses are made! I am happy and very grateful that I received help in the private dermatological institute outpatient clinic!

I never would have thought that 5 years later I would be able to cope with my life again like I can now. There is a lot of pressure on the ward, sometimes doctors had more, sometimes less time. Basically, I have to say a big big thank you to all the doctors who treated me. You gave me my life back, even helped me dry my tears sometimes. Of course it would be great if such a treatment is possible for everyone and there are more capacities in the future, in favor of the patients as well as of course the treating persons. Not everything is perfect, but I have to say a big thank you to everyone in the station for where we are!

The doctor apparently couldn't take care of my case, even though I came via the emergency room. I should make an appointment. The tone of the staff at registration was very negative and rude. Even though I'm immunocompromised, I didn't get an appointment for another 4 months. When I mentioned to them again that I was a high-risk patient, they didn't really respond. No appointments ! No matter who, apparently not even for private patients because they don't have any.

From short-term appointments to threading pull :..... It couldn't be better!! Miss Dr. med. On August 23, 2023, Marisa Klemp (Benjamin Franklin location) surgically diagnosed me with basal cell carcinoma in the area of the right. Eyelid removed. Thanks to a perfect incision, Dr. Klemp removes the tumor in the first approach without leaving any residue. Although this is a very sensitive surgical area, there was no major bruising or disruption to wound healing. The scar has completely healed and is almost invisible. Miss Dr. Klemp did a great job and I felt like I was in the best hands with her and her team. I would like to take this opportunity to once again express my deepest thanks and my full recommendation to Dr. Klemp and her team.

The outpatient clinic is completely overloaded and the waiting area is very unsightly and unclean. The patient toilets are unhygienic and unclean, especially when patients are waiting with wounds. The surgical staff appears in the hallway at lunchtime in green surgical clothing to stock up on food and drinks at the snack cart and then disappears back into the operating room area. To make matters worse, we received a completely wrong diagnosis.

I had a problem with the referral from the specialist, but the Charité staff managed it anyway instead of sending me home. I also received enough different appointments (such as tests, etc.), unfortunately not immediately, but in 2-4 months, which is unfortunately typical for German practices. The doctors (e.g. Dr Grünhagen) also took enough time during my appointments to calmly determine and explain everything
