(Translated by Google) I have just spent a few days at the Waldfriede Hospital on Station 5. I went to first aid on Monday. After the examination, I came to the station and a little later, I was already operated. Unfortunately, it has been diagnosed with cancer, but from the very next day onwards, every imaginable measure of recovery has been initiated. CT / MRI / colonoscopy. The first appointments for the radiation and chemotherapy were organized for me. The social service takes care of the applications for the rehab. I thank the whole team from the hospital Waldfriede that helped me so fast. For all whiners and know-alls the Waldfriede is NOT a HOTEL but a hospital where you have to compromise on comfort and food. It is important that all who come here get well again. The doctors do everything here. The nursing staff is friendly and nice. And then there are patients who do not appreciate that. Dear Team of the Forest Peace Thanks again for everything keeps it up. Almost forgot here there is free Wi-Fi and there are safes (5 euro deposit for the card) Addendum: Now I was once again a day in the forest peace on the station 3 and what should I say? I had a stent installed here. The doctors were as thorough and efficient as can be. However, the nurses were the worst I've seen anywhere in the world. I was a heart patient at the hospital and in the cardiology intensive care department on the seventh floor for 3 nights. 3 worst nights of my life. The night shift nurses were laughing out loud at midnight and then super loud yelling across the hall way starting at 4:30am. When I had kindly asked one nurse to please keep it down I was yelled at saying they have to work. I didn't see how laughing out loud and yelling was working. I couldn't believe this one nurse would yell at someone whose just had a stent installed. This could be a very good hospital but the nurse situation simply has to be improved. Especially the night shift nurses. They're rude, bullies and just unbelievably terrible. Obviously they are unhappy night shift workers on the seventh floor. One must also feel sorry for them I guess.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. I ended up having to go to this emergency room after having a staph infection which got later worse and worse even after taking antibiotics from my local doctor. The emergency room wait was about 2 and a half hours and I finally got to see a doctor there. They told me my white blood cell count was too high and I needed to stay in the hospital, what they didn't do is they didn't even bother taking a swab to even see which bacteria was growing inside of my skin. The antibiotics they gave me through the IV worked for the first day but then my arm started to swell up bad again. The one guy who checks the patients in the morning kept saying we will check your arm tomorrow , tomorrow, tomorrow even though he clearly saw that my arm was spreading with the infection and getting worse at the second day. I finally had to complain multiple times and finally tell a doctor that I can't stand the pain. They finally decided to give me an operation which I believed went ok but after my release they gave me the wrong antibiotics. The reason I know this is because they didn't want to give me my ANTIBIOGRAMM test after I had already asked them like 20x and my infection started to come back after my release.... so i went to their office yesterday and got my lab results, it clearly shows which antibiotics will be sensitive or resistant to the bacteria I have and they gave me ones that didn't match. Don't go to this horrible horrible hospital, even the nurses there were whispering to other patients in my room to go to a another hospital, because even they know that their practice is bad!!!! stay away!

If you want to get sicker or die, this is probably the place to be. I was admitted after a traffic accident with various serious pre-existing conditions that could quickly lead to me being in a wheelchair again. 10 people were tearing at me, but no one really listened or talked to me about what the next steps were or what was happening to me. Very uncomfortable and frightening in this situation. An access was accidentally ripped out of my arm and temporarily put back in my arm with a “don’t you think so?” After the CT scan and other things were done, the orthopedic surgeon came around the corner with the question “I heard you had spinal damage and something on your spinal cord - I wasn't listening before, is that bad?” - this statement doesn't need any further assessment. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional and, in the worst case scenario, harmful to my health. When I asked to be allowed to go to the toilet, the answer was “No staff, stop or let me run, we'll take care of it in the next few hours.” When asked for painkillers (which I myself take in BTM form every day due to the previous damage must) there was a paracetamol thrown in and a “we don’t have any more, we have to endure them!” - really helpful after a CAR ACCIDENT WITH POLYTRAUMA! Many thanks to the one nurse who took pity on letting my partner stay with me in the emergency room for 10 minutes and then accompanying me to the toilet after I couldn't stop crying because I was overwhelmed and in pain. In principle, you lie alone for many hours in this emergency room. Family or loved ones have to wait in a separate room, no matter how long it takes or how desperate the patient is. The reason for this - “Too much unrest!” - but that crazy people are constantly being brought to the police who riot right in front of you is, on the other hand, okay. The doctor's comment on the question of whether my partner could stay with me because, for a variety of reasons and many years in hospital and rehab, I easily develop panic when I'm alone, was the statement: "That's not his problem, then I have to." learn to toughen up, anyone can have panic attacks. I should stop crying, that wouldn't help me either." - mind you, the same doctor who didn't listen and ripped into me even though I was brought in after a car accident. After many hours, I discharged myself at night without painkillers or further help, against medical advice. I was able to look after myself better at home. If I have the chance, I will NEVER set foot in this “hospital” AGAIN. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with hospitals!

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, you cannot give zero stars. Because of a fall in the stairs, I went to the rescue center with my father at the Vivantes Clinic. We were about to go to the doctor's office. When I asked the staff to take care of another patient who was complaining of complaints, the patient seriously told me to wait as soon as possible. She's been complaining all the time. The patient had been lying on a recliner for around 80 years without an accompanying person. Dear specialist, if this should happen to your mother, I would very much like to be there and see your face if you tell me in the face ...

The hospital is better than its reputation. I was there with my grandfather at the rescue center countless times and we spent many hours there. But the staff was very friendly and tried hard, offering drinks to the patients there and even to me as an accompanying person. Grandpa even got lunch, had to have an X-ray in between and then the meal was warmed up again just for him. The only thing that is annoying is the hour-long wait, but the catchment area is also large.

(Translated by Google) Only when it comes to life and death, not otherwise. Not recommended. Chaotic. Unorganized. One doesn't know about the other. It can happen that when you change your shift you are completely forgotten or that you are repeatedly examined from the front by different nurses and doctors. My child, 6 years old, was offered strong pain relievers three times in two hours. Each time I had to tell the doctors that she had already been given pain medication. I don't know why this was not recorded in the file. Simply life-threatening! Please just pay attention !!! In case the hospital wants to know who I am. Karimi Station 61. 16.09.2020

(Translated by Google) I have been receiving treatment in Waldfriede since 2016. Station 5 was previously 1a. The nurses and carers top attentive and caring. Until I had to go there again this year for an op. Admission went relatively quickly, then to the anesthesia doctor, also went quickly, then to the ward. Got a room assigned, taken in by the staff and already supplied with an op set. I came to the operating room relatively early in the morning. Until then everything was great. Then at some point I came back to the room and there I slept, and slept and slept. Nobody came to inquire about my condition, nobody to help me get up, let alone wake me up. Late work came, pamped me why I wasn't up yet and smiled at my pain, which I declared as 5.5. Pain juice ready. Near morning I was having breakfast and a nurse came to tell me that I could wait for the doctor's letter in the lounge, the bed is needed. So far I hadn't been able to speak to a doctor or anyone else and didn't even know that I would be discharged. I have never seen such a clumsy expulsion. And that, although you had a very expensive op where the Kh certainly deserved well off. It's a shame ... I hope it doesn't happen again (Original) Ich bin seit 2016 im Waldfriede in Behandlung.

This was the worst experience ever! I was hospitalized in the eye clinic for 4 days for an abscess around my eye. For the first 3 days I had visits from doctors coming and asking me which tests I have already made and other questions. I noticed there was no communication between them. And none of them have looked into my case before coming to visit me. On the 2nd day when the 2nd doctor visited me, she noticed I wasn't getting any better and she mentioned that I should have probably changed therapy. Bit then she disappeared. Few hours later a 3rd doctor came to visit me in the room and asked me again questions and she wasn't aware about what the doctor before had said. On the 3rd day I was still not getting better so expressed my concerns of how I was been treated. I was also annoyed of being asked questions about tests Which they should have known themself or could have easily read in my file. It came out I have been giving the wrong therapy the whole time. Finally they decided to call an expert from another department who came to visit me, prescribed me another therapy and decided to transfer me to another hospital. Honestly if you are living in berlin and have a normal health insurance, my advise in case of need would be go to Charitè.

This place is extremely understaffed and is horribly designed. I’m sure there are doctors who want to help but they have no time for patients who are basically not dying. At least they tried to listen but had to leave twice to take care of two other issues, at the end the dr was less tense, and helped with advice. My sincere condolences for the medical personal that is working here. They are neglected, hence they neglect the patients. Don’t come here if you are not dying or losing a limb. Alternative? Get an appointment in doctolib an wait for 8 months. The medical system in Germany is broken. I’m sorry for the doctors.

Obviously, people are simply parked here and not treated. Communication between the doctors also appears to be poor. Absolutely not to be recommended! (Translated by Google) Dear ladies and gentlemen, My little daughter, 15 months old, had a febrile seizure. She and my wife stayed at station 61 for 5 days. Since she also had a cough, she was "isolated" and tested on Corona. Apart from the fact that my mother-in-law and I were able to enter and leave the ward as we were fond of, the nursing staff came into the room without protective clothing with a few exceptions. Had my daughter had Corona, half the station would probably have been Corona. And a lot of things went wrong on this station. The contents of the drip ran into my daughter's hand because the access was not properly in the vein. The neck and ears were only checked again after being asked to do so, we had to inquire about the test result, although it was clear to us, at the latest after my daughter had a neighbor (unfortunately they also only received sparse and unorganized information). It was therefore clear to us that we are not an isolated case. After these 5 days I have to say that I am deeply disappointed how a hospital in Germany can only be so disorganized.

(Translated by Google) Miserable care for my wife here in gynecology. Bad education in the specialist department and also in anesthesia. In the specialist department, sensitive patient data was then shared in the full waiting room. This is a GDPR violation. For two days we were then allowed to wait over 8 hours for an OP slot. That does not work like this! Never again this clinic! The most bad system ever. Rooms has been designed for 1 person use, however they put two babies at the same room with the mothers and it seems like prison. This is none sense at all !!! They wake me up at 1 am to make space for the other child , they didn’t care that I’m a tired mother and I need to sleep to have enough energy to be able to take care of my child tomorrow. Relaxed and calm mother is the basic part for medication, but the hospital care the most about money not the health of the kids or mothers . They put a child who vomit next to my daughter who only has to do MRI tomorrow. They did not pay attention that she could get infection from the other child . They only care about having more money no matter what!!!!!

My close family member was admitted here where the doctors, nurses and the whole hospital staff took enough measures to save his life when he was stranded alone there. They took utmost care and frequent checks were made with the perfect coordination as heard from him. Though we know English only we happened to get proper updates from the doctors who explained politely even when we called multiple times they understood our situation and explained the status multiple times. Thank you Doctors and everyone at Vivantes for saving his life.

As a vegetarian, I was given meat dishes. Then nothing for a day because the nurses thought I was going to have an operation. SURPRISE!! It can't be that the doctor doesn't let you know what's being done to me. It got louder in the evening because I was “hangry”. Luckily they had misunderstood something... so they were shocked and starved for nothing. The worst thing, without coming across as racist, was a dark-skinned nurse who finally brought me dinner (on the “hangry” day). She had asked me where to put the food. I said “I don’t care.” This statement apparently hurt her so much that she stood in the room and argued with me for what felt like an hour. On top of that, she insulted my parents 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️. At the end he slammed the door to the room where all the other doors were open because it was very hot. She's probably new, but in this job she has to be completely different. Understanding and empathy! Don't eat anything for 24 hours + severe pain = bad mood. Especially since “I don’t care” was way too friendly for all the chaos. Ward 36. Nice doctors (were very inconsistent with the results of my findings, so no clear result) and some nice nurses. More than two stars is not possible.

Overall I would say that the doctor was nice and the staff tried to be nice too. But the hospital is inconsiderate to patients who go on emergencies. I went there because I was really sick and i couldn't even speak. But I had to wait for around 6 hours to see the doctor. I saw people who came after me going in to see the doctor. Even though my husband repeatedly told the staff about my condition, it was of no use.

Had my first hospital stay here in October. Pyelonephritis. After the emergency room, I stayed there for two nights. I have never had such competent etchers around me. Blood was taken immediately, I tested which antibiotics were best and I felt better hour by hour. In general, I have the greatest respect for all the hard-working carers and helpers! The work that goes on here every day is truly impressive. I would give a deduction for the food there, as it is anything but healthy and only promotes illness. However, the nurses and doctors have no influence on what meals are served. Then I just fasted. Would come again and again!

(Translated by Google) Hand surgery is the last. My anxiety and insecurity were exploited and the senior physician wanted to persuade me to do two stiffening on my hand. After a second and third opinion, I have canceled the surgery appointment. Without a reflection ..... such a major intervention is bordering on bodily injury. I do not even want to forgive a star that unfortunately is not technically possible here.

Terrible Hospital I was advised to go there from an Ophthamologist, so I didn't check the reviews at all, but it deserves less than one star. Waited over 5 hours for an eye check. Other people had appointments and they had to wait for hours too. The "doctors" were not busy at all to justify my waiting. Their English is very bad! There are better places to go to without wasting your time.

WORST WORST WORST hospital to go for emergencies. We went there because foot was bleeding like crazy but no attention was given. We waited for about 05 hours and nobody even came to check on us and upon asking again and again how much time will it take they didn’t responded. In the end we left and got temporary treatment at home.

I was in the emergency room here in December 2023 at three in the morning because of heart palpitations and shortness of breath. I was taken in immediately, had all sorts of tests done and helped me. All of the staff showed enormous commitment and, given the rather difficult patient population on average, they were incredibly patient. In addition, everyone was really friendly (Berlin charm included, however). Not a hospital for sissies! But if you're like me, you'll still be treated well. You saved my life. I thank you very much for that!

I hope I never have to go there again. Far too late to the operating room. Visits are forgotten or skipped, as are meals. Visits are quick and the record was 30 seconds. A week after the operation a nurse came and said she was only there on loan. She was the only one who measured blood pressure 3 times a day. I asked why suddenly so often. According to the file, it is mandatory and ordered. So the others either didn't enter anything there or made incorrect entries.

If I could, I would give -5 stars. I take my sister to the emergency room at night because of unbearable stomach pain. When she was first admitted, a nurse told her that she should have taken Novalgin. She is then called in a second time. I only had contact with her via WhatsApp because I wasn't allowed to be there anywhere and no one came to give me an update. After an hour and a half, I'm called in, thinking I'm a patient, while my sister has to sit in some hallway after being given painkillers again, which didn't help. When I brought this up, I was only asked "why she was sitting there and not in the waiting room". How the fuck am I supposed to know that?! Who would just drop my sister off somewhere in such pain and let her languish there for an HOUR?? Once and never again. I'd rather drive 100km to the nearest hospital.

I went to the emergency because I was suffering from withdrawal, I wanted to see a psychiatrist. I waited 4 hours, which I can understand even that, but people on the desk were so rude and even condescending towards me. Not to mention that they were able to speak English very well when it comes to scolding. You cannot treat mentally struggling people with sentences such as “There are more urgent cases than you, are you able to understand that?” The doctor that attended me in the end was so kind and understanding, so my complaint is not aimed at anyone who knows how to tend to patients.

(Translated by Google) The cleanliness at station 41 is under all sow. Not only that the toilets and showers were dirty, but also the rooms. Dust on the lamps, sticky light switches and mold in the shared showers. Even the offer of the food was not to be enjoyed. For dinner there were two slices of bread and two pieces of margarine. I, who worked in the healthcare sector myself, have never experienced such conditions. Six years ago everything was much neater. This raises the question: where should all this lead?

Great doctors in the delivery room and midwives in the delivery room. Everything went very relaxed. The many people in the operating theater made me feel safe because they were all in a good mood, calmed me down and talked about other things. That gave me security that it was routine there. If possible, you should definitely avoid a clinic where the cafeteria is cleaner than the hospital! Blood and dirt on the walls and furniture in the patient rooms everywhere you look. The floor in the emergency room and patient rooms are covered with a layer of dirt because they haven't been cleaned properly for years, only superficially wiped over with dirty water. The dirt itself is just spread around. The benches in the emergency room waiting room are almost full of dirt and germs - how can that be allowed?! Cannula caps are lying all over the rooms on the floor in the corners and the doctors are also working on what the hospital looks like. Protective covers or covers for the access points or syringes can be found spread out in bed after the work is done - regardless of whether the patient can move or not. Pictures were taken and sent to the health department. It remains to be seen whether the clinic will remain open at all. I think the clinic should be closed immediately and cleaned thoroughly!

The WORST MOST HORRIBLE experince I have ever had for a emergency room in hospital. I came in at 11 am on a weekday, aftee 1 hour waiting I got called to have my blood taken by a very inexperience nurse. She sticked in the needles 3 times and I almost fainted! And then goes another 5 hours of nothing. All the other people in the waiting room has been called one by one but not me. Up until around 6 pm there was no one in the waiting room beside me I asked the reception and they said my name is on the list. But i got so impatient i just told him please scratch my name, i wait too long. And he just say “OK”. Nothing else. Seriously embarassing that you are even a hospital. What a shame

had an appointment. It took a long time to get there and we were left waiting in a cold room. After the complaint, we were able to wait in a heated room (it was an examination and we were in a nightgown). The doctors did a really good job and the nurses listened. 4 out of 5 because of the long waiting time because the doctor doesn't inform the supervisor (you can also call).

Health insurance card disappeared again, the second time. I know that, but it is always blamed on others, the fire department, the nursing home, etc. Only the hospital is always relieved of any obligation. Largest rescue center in Europe, stupidest in Berlin, Let's just say, yes, we make mistakes too. No, the Vivantes Neukölln rescue center is the best in the world 👍😘😀, with the most admissions of bums and alcoholics, Guinness Book of Records. It's sad that nurses work there who earn little. But let's be honest and evaluate the scrap rescue center yourself. Nope, a great rescue center.

(Translated by Google) My grandma was treated there a few days ago. And every employee in the healthcare sector has our complete respect, especially in such a difficult time. But seriously, was it too much to ask my grandma to get a blanket because she was cold? Or rather, that you are thirsty and cannot get any water? That has nothing to do with excessive demands but with inhumanity !! This woman spent a full day in the emergency room while she was cold and did not even get a glass of water. On top of that, she is sent home the same day on the grounds that it was nothing. Dear Vivantes Clinic, you had a heart attack !!!! It's a shame, the hospital used to have such a good reputation, and now the relatives of the sick can say what the diagnosis is sooner than the doctors. Great job! Super Job!

(Translated by Google) Was there for an outpatient operation and felt really well looked after - from the admission to the preliminary appointment to the operation and even the corona test: All employees were super friendly, professional and made you feel like you weren't just a number is, but is valuable. And this despite the fact that the current corona measures are really difficult - all employees have to take regular tests and without a negative test, you won't get to the operation. Nevertheless, all doctors and staff were in a good mood, quickly but not rushed and always had a nice word and patience where it was needed. I have to say, I would go there again anytime, really a 5 star hospital !! Thanks for everything, it was great (as far as you can say about an operation date) ;-) :-).

In the emergency department, everybody was treated very respectfully. I was impressed by the staffs patience with complicated people. The communication was good. Afterwards, I was told that such an injury is normally operated immediately. I wonder why they sent me home and told me to visit the doctor on Monday. Now, two weeks after, the operation is getting much more complicated.

While Vivantes Klinikum Neukölln provides essential medical services, my experience has been marked by several concerns. Communication between staff and patients seemed lacking, leading to confusion and frustration. Additionally, the facility's cleanliness fell short of expectations, raising questions about hygiene practices. Improvement in these areas would greatly enhance the overall patient experience.

I wanted an operation date or a consultation appointment (ENT), but was rejected because another hospital was mentioned on the referral. Of course, I ask various other hospitals whether they have available earlier appointments. Here I received NO response at first, so I was deliberately ignored and then rejected.

My mother (89), who lives alone and is independent, was taken to the emergency room at the Vivantes Clinic yesterday morning around 4:30 a.m. due to a severe asthma attack with acute shortness of breath and on the advice of the Red Cross for help. The nurse in charge was very rude and asked why she had been brought in that wouldn't be necessary, she asked when was the last time she was in Krkhs, my mother explained in 2017. My mother was given oxygen and cortisone asked if a taxi should be called my mother asked if she should drive in her nightgown. Also, no one asked if she was cold. the overload is known, but this approach is unacceptable.

Got incompetent doctor Dr. Anwar at emergency department. Had rashes on my body, dermatologist said it was just allergy (with no idea on what - flower, food, animal, etc). It got worse in a few days, went to Charite and doctor immediately recognized allergy because of linen mites and explained that it got worse cos I put on same clothes that I had when I got them (supposingly in cimena or ubahn). If the doctor in Vivantes told me that on the first day, i would already got rid of this problem. He actually asked is I was bitten by insects, I said I haven't feel this. He also asked if I was in the park or forest recently and after I said no he decided It wasn't allergy because of insects. Moreover, people in my shared apartment also got the same problem coz we didn't know the source of rashes and mites were spread from my clothes to my neighbours. Hope Noone else will get this doctor. And I had my biggest problem solved ( not die out 40 deggres flue ) But the doctor game me a list of remedies that aren't for my problem he gave me antibiotics but what I had was a virus that you don't treat with antibiotics. Also gave me on this list lots of other not necessary remedies. he also said that my heart wasn't getting oxigene enough and that created the inflation on my body. Today I went to another doctor that said that is all wrong good you came here, stop all this medicament now. I did spend 100 euros in pills i dont ahve to used and two of the remedies are totally for nothing..... sorry something wrong here.

After a long wait, I was able to observe that two young women, one of whom was the patient and four men of whom only one was patient, were sitting together in the waiting room. Hm? The next question was, why weren't you at the family doctor? Sorry but I have just moved here and haven't found one yet, my current family doctor is 50 km away and is on vacation! After someone took care of my wound, now I would have needed my wife because I can no longer move properly due to my illness, which is why I need your help, I was able to undress under severe impairment, and my family doctor was asked again. I felt kind of screwed up. In the end I ended this farce and hope I don't have to go there again! They really care for their patients and are always there to answer any questions you might have regarding your health. I am currently an outpatient as well at the hospital and I wouldn't have asked for a better treatment. I recommend the pulmonologist department for their work.

Called 116 and because I had a high fever . Was already so weak and the staff told me to come down to the hospital so I had to take a cab . Upon arrival . They told me to just go home and mind you I was in so much discomfort if I wanted to do a check just in case it’s a 9-12 hours wait. Unbelievable. Had to take a cab back too for nothing .

I called the 116-117 number for non-life-threatening emergency situations as I was coughing so hard for the 12th day in a row that I found myself unable to sleep nor breathe properly. I called the number twice, in tears and panicking, while trying to explain the situation to the person on the phone. He knew no English and kept on speaking in a very fast German showing insensitivity and disrespect towards my health issues. All I could understand is that I couldn't go there to get visited as I would spread my infection and that I should go to a night pharmacy (to do what exactly since I had no prescription remained unclear). When asking for assistance for a home visit in the morning he hung up. While understanding that no one likes to work at 2:30 am and that language barriers can bring a discomfort that not everyone knows how to deal with, I am expecting an explanation and a commitment from the hospital's side to do better instructing their employees to show more empathy and patience to non-German speakers.

Unbelievable... you are sent for a colonoscopy and the results are simply handed to you by a nurse without a word. Even though the disease can only be treated surgically. Valuable time full of pain has passed until you find a doctor in Berlin who takes you and gives you a hospital admission. The problem could have been solved straight away in the Neukölln hospital. In the 3rd world this is definitely easier.

The one star is only given to the very nice nurses who look after the patients in a very friendly manner despite inadequate working conditions! Otherwise, as an outsider, I find the hospital to be run down and totally understaffed. The ward where my mother is lying seems unclean and unkempt. The lounge is dirty, careless and almost without furniture. A gastrointestinal virus from a bedmate in my mother's room was ignored for too long and was probably not optimally contained due to the unacceptable hygienic conditions - we as visitors also became infected. In my opinion, the actual cause that led to my mother being admitted was not sufficiently investigated. In my opinion, the stay was not only unnecessary for her, but also made her sick. A very sobering result, which is not the fault of the few remaining staff!

Hello. The hospital is definitely NOT recommended! The nurses are unfriendly and the doctors are completely uncooperative. A family member of mine was driven to the hospital (by us) with the hope of treatment. (Continuous bleeding for 3 months, numbness in fingers and legs, headache...). We had to drive home because we weren't allowed to stay there. (350 km from us) We were told that the vital signs were “unremarkable”. (They absolutely weren't!) They wanted to send her home in a shocking state. (She couldn't walk, eat or go to the toilet) During the EKG she was told to shut up because she was breathing louder. When I asked if someone could help me go to the toilet, I only received a bitter reply: “We have better things to do.” My mother was told (by the doctor on the phone) that they were sending her home now. In this catastrophic condition?! This behavior will result in charges!

worst hospital experience of my life. do not go here. spent nearly 9 hours in the emergency waiting area after being referred by my general doctor to emergency ENT for chronic tonsilitis infections and severe pain I have been experiencing for nearly 2 months. When I got there, I was immediately told to go to the waiting area. I went to the waiting area as told and waited for 3 hours only to be told I need to go to the other registration room and was not properly registered from the start. The nurse never indicated to go to this room and I was not told and it was pure negligence and lack of care for patients on their regard that it took 3 hours for them to even notice that I was not informed of anything like I should have been. I was told to go to the waiting area straight away and did it, as asked, but that as I found out later was not correct. After finally being properly registered in the other room after 3 hours of their negligence, they did not even take my temperature while suffering in pain from a chronic infection which was stated on the doctor note I was referred with and also which I explained. Then after around 5-6 hours waiting more and checking multiple times with the reception nurse as to when I will be seen by the doctor, I am told there is only one doctor for the entire hospital for ENT and that I could likely not be helped. It would have been very helpful to know this at the start of my admission to the emergency services. The reception nurse was continuously extremely dismissive after stating this asking why I am even in hospital and that I am wasting her time meanwhile I am very unwell. This is pure medical mispractice and understaffing. She then proceeded to shout at me after I asked if there were any hospitals she knew of that had more resources or were likely to see me. German is not my first language either and I was trying my best to communicate all issues but there was a complete lack of willingness to help me and others as patients especially those who do not speak german as their first language. I was mistreated here and did not receive any form of medical attention or doctor after 8-9 hours waiting in pain. I left eventually as there was no form of timeframe given as to when or if I could even see any doctor. Never go here if you have a serious issue and are not German. You will not be taken seriously or given care.

Assessment for the hospital after an emergency visit for eye swelling: I would like to share my experience after recently visiting the hospital for an urgent matter. After I arrived with swelling in my eye, I was initially greeted warmly and registered. However, I was concerned that I had to wait a full five hours before I was finally treated. The long wait was frustrating and aggravating, especially since it was an emergency. It would have been helpful if the hospital staff had given regular updates about the waiting time or at least given an estimate of how long the treatment would take.

I had to go to the Neukölln Clinic because of a sports accident. I had my first contact with nurse Jacqueline K in the emergency room. With her professional and very human manner, she managed to take away any uncertainty I had and prepare me for the upcoming measures. Despite her immense tasks, she managed to regularly check on my progress and check-ups. She appeared professional and experienced at all times. I think that without Sister Jaqueline K. my stay would have been completely different and my tennail would have been lost. Thanks!
