(Translated by Google) I am really shocked by this hospital. My friend was admitted to the emergency department on 4/12/19 at 6:45 pm by emergency services and then dropped off for more than an hour in a chair. Meanwhile, after I arrived at the emergency room, I tried to get any information I needed to get to him. However, the switch was still not busy after half an hour of ringing, and I wondered how people would fare who had to face the emergency room due to injury or illness. After a man of the staff finally went about his duty and occupied the counter, I was allowed to be my friend and could not have been more shocked. How can doctors not act for several hours, even though they notice that the condition of their patients is getting worse by the minute? Only when prompted is time for the treatment of patients found and any care was no trace. Not only we were affected by this situation, but also patients in the immediate vicinity of us. As a member of a patient, I cared for an elderly lady who did not bring water to anyone. The patient is not only taught ignorance, but also cold and that nobody really takes them seriously. I hope I never have to re-enter this emergency room.

I had an ongoing miscarriage and went to the hospital to get things checked out. It was a terrible experience! I was examined by a very unfriendly doctor who was really insensitive (both physically even though I mentioned that what he is doing hurts and psychologically). He also became really mean when I told him I do not speak German proficiently and would prefer to communicate in English. On top of that he did not even bother to communicate what was going on during the procedure. I had to literally ask "did I loose the baby?" to actually learn this was the case. I did not hear "I am very sorry" or any bare minimum of what one should say in such a situation. They took my blood sample to check if I didn't loose to much of it, asked me to wait for the results in the waiting room for more than an hour and somehow lost the results, so they had to draw the blood for the second time and again asked me to wait for another hour or two. Not to mention, I was placed in the waiting area with a family who just welcomed a little baby while I was crying over the one I lost, which is an absurd!!! At no point was any psychological support offered by anyone in the hospital. I would not wish this to my worst enemy. Stay away from this place.

Brought in by ambulance and after more than an hour we went to another hospital because my wife wasn't given a drip or painkillers and when I asked why she hadn't received anything yet I was simply answered cheekily that there were others here and there were still will take a long time. My comment that she was still in a lot of pain and that we didn't get an ambulance from the doctor for nothing was again cheekily replied that my tone probably didn't work at all, my answer was just that failing to provide help wasn't possible at all. They are now in the Jewish hospital and have been treated immediately. Thanks for nothing...never again Humboldt!

(Translated by Google) Worst hospital in Berlin. I am not a believer, but the chance that God will heal me is higher than someone lifting a finger in this hospital to help. Unfortunately I had to deal with various wards and there are actually a few good doctors in this hospital ... if you search for a long time. The nurses who work there come straight from hell and do everything to make life difficult. (and no, this is not an isolated case.) 0/10 recommend. Go somewhere else. No matter where. (Original) Schlechtestes Krankenhaus in Berlin. Geh woanders hin. Egal wo.

I just had an operation in the gynecology department and can only report positive things. The entire team is really great, all the nurses are nice, the care is good and I also found the food to be sufficient and completely fine for a hospital. My room was always very clean and there were as many nightgowns and towels as you wanted I would actually have liked to give it 5 stars, but unfortunately it wasn't possible to get the TV working within a week. But that wasn't the sisters' fault; they immediately wrote an error message.

A clinic that deserves a big zero!!! I was here for the first time 2 months ago and waited in the emergency room for 5 hours 😡. I was in a lot of pain and came for the second time yesterday, again I had to wait 4 hours. Terrible rudeness! It's okay to wait until workers are busy. I understand that there are more urgent cases, but I cannot understand that people are waiting and workers are sitting and playing games on their phones. Then a man came into the emergency room with facial muscles that had stiffened. Although he screamed in pain, no one came to his aid until another man, who was also waiting, became angry and started shouting for someone to come. Then the doctors came and received the boy. When it was my turn, the first thing the doctor asked was: Why did I come today when it's Saturday? 😳 I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Nobody goes to the doctor because they are bored at home. I have lived in Slovenia and Italy, but I have never met such rude doctors and such poor service. They should be sent to Slovenia and Italy for training to see what it means to be a doctor!! It's a shame that such people work in such positions. If you don't know how to do the job properly, get out of the way, there are more capable people.

(Translated by Google) A joke. My almost 70 year old mother was sent away with the words "the clinic only treats Reinickendorfer". Sorry that your general practitioner is in Reinickendorf and sends you there. Probably has its reasons, but no, it doesn't matter to the clinic. Nowadays you just send people away with such ridiculous statements. Respect. (Original) Ein Witz. Respekt.

(Translated by Google) Terrible conditions, as relatives you are treated like dirt. Patients are neglected. Twice we have had someone from the family there in critical condition and both times we almost lost them. Not because of the problem, but because she almost died of thirst both times. You have to be behind and put pressure on someone to take care of you. I am very scared and I hope to never have anyone from my family there again.

I am absolutely thrilled. (END OF IRONY) Since I had forgotten my wallet, a friend brought over my card. This was supposedly read in and then handed over to me. After I wanted to release myself from the rescue center after 4.5 hours of doing nothing and lying around because some apparently serious cases came in, I was insulted by a nurse as being a system destroyer. Now 5 months later I get an invoice for the stay with billing items that I can't understand, I'm supposed to pay more than 200 euros for health insurance services?? WHY??

My gynecologist sent me for a further check-up to Herr Dr. med. Zaher Halwani was not only late for 1 h and 20 mins for the scheduled appointment, he checked me for literally only few minutes, said I needed a surgery and left the room. I ended up asking many questions from a nurse but she could not reply to some of my questions as she was not a doctor. One week later I was operated in the same Gyn Humbold Klinikum. Minutes before the surgery I realised that the operated doctor who was saying hi to me was not Dr. med. Zaher Halwani but another doctor I have never seen in my life. No one ever told me that I would be operated not by Herr Dr. med. Zaher Halwani who actually checked me. After the surgery, 4 instead of promised 2 cuts were done, the operated doctor did not visit me for 2 days. I was all upset and wanted to know what was the result of the surgery. To all my questions nurses replied that the doctor would come when he would be free... 2 days later the operated doctor came over. The worst he told me: "I was not sure if you wanted to have children, but I operated thinking you wanted". I almost cried as I clearly stated that during my first and last visit to Herr Dr. med. Zaher Halwani one week before - SO SO UNPROFESSIONAL! It has been more than 3 weeks after the surgery, meanwhile 3 out of 4 scars got infected and I had to go to my Hausarzt, then back to this hospital to search for further assistant. I would never recommend Gyn department of Humboldt Klinikum. The whole experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I could see how doctors and some nurses did not care about me and other patients. Truly sad to be in hands of such 'professionals' as they literally decide themselves if we-women should or should not have children....without listening to us.

(Translated by Google) Wait 5 hours for 0 info !! Plus a misdiagnosis and doctors who can only speak broken German. I personally find it uncomfortable to do something with the tube in my arm. Then when a bored "doctor" comes and wants to move my arm by force, because I supposedly could get a stiff shoulder from it and I tell her to stop doing it and that I don't want to do it ... Even after 3x asking, she didn't stop ! Of course, she just wanted to help me with that ... But I said clearly that she shouldn't do that. I don't need to be treated so disrespectfully. Sent back home in pain. Can hardly walk. Tablets do not work (4 × ibu 600 per day) Such patients send them home. Excellent! And you should go to the family doctor who wrote a referral to the hospital ... too bad that you can not rate with 0 stars ...

If you can, please quickly go to the Andean Clinic - Body away from vivantes clinics in Germany! If there were competition - worst hospital - Humboldt would have won it without any particular effort. The problem is - if you live nearby, you will inevitably be delivered in an emergency and then watch that you come out alive. I tell you disaster. Herr Humboldt certainly didn't think so. The hospital doesn't even deserve a star, but the side is made of leather so that it doesn't work without it. I only say one thing - hope nobody has to go there. (Translated by Google) My family has only two experiences with this hospital so far. Both are negative. My wife was taken to the wrong ward as a foreigner after an examination of the gallbladder without painkillers. As a result, she also got more natives, so she ended up in intensive care. There they did not recognize that she suffered from diarrhea. Also the hygiene in the intensive care unit was bad. The cleaner dropped the cloth on the floor to clean the fixtures. Picked up and then continue to wipe nice. No rinse, nothing. Finally, my wife ended up in a single room suspected of having hospital germs. Not a week later, my wife had a biliary colic again. This time in the Dominic and everything was great. Now my dad is there. In the afternoon only one carer for 18 patients and the doctor is shared with three other wards. The first few days the same answer to the health of my father again and again: "I am today for the first time after a long time on this station and must first get used to." I got the answer not only from the nursing staff but also from a doctor. The staff is very polite, just too few.

Worst emergency room I've been to I was there twice with extreme pain and fever, the second time after 14 hours the doctor discharged me with a diagnosis of gastritis I told him 100 times that's not it I'm feeling very bad he discharged me. After three days another doctor diagnosed Campylonacter Enteritis, which in my case had to be treated with antibiotics!!! (Translated by Google) At first we were generally pleasantly surprised, with a few caveats. However, it turns out more and more that the discharge management of this clinic is a pure catastrophe: the doctor's letter is issued for the wrong doctor, the period of stay is also incorrectly specified (in the meantime the right doctor was called on request - many thanks to the secretariat). And when you are discharged on Saturday, you will only be given medication until Monday, although it actually means for seven days ... We got to know the comfort ward, the intensive care ward and the neurological ward. A big thank you to the nurses, nurses and doctors who tried very hard despite the lack of staff! However, some notifications did not work and you had to laboriously request a lot of information. In the event of another emergency, it was only after two days that we had the opportunity to bring the patient's personal items over, after we had finally found him on the ward. Only in the intensive care unit was anyone always available. On the day of discharge, the patient had to wait for the ambulance from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If we hadn't organized a transport ourselves, she would probably still be sitting there. The signs in the hospital for the individual areas are very difficult to see, and the light in the long, lonely corridors is also saved. The construction work on the access to the comfort station is almost finished, but it is not well signposted and a path for visitors who come on foot is completely missing in the first part, so that one walks on the street, at least there is now a demarcation to the Painted street. Unfortunately, the two bus lines (124, 220) only run to the hospital every 20 minutes at the weekend. You have to reckon with really long waiting times in the emergency room, delivery with the fire department and then waiting 7 hours is already normal. But 9 !! Hours of waiting for another emergency is actually impossible. And hardly anyone can be reached by phone and if they are, the patient will not be found. If you as a relative are allowed in the rear area, you have no seating there and there is nothing to drink or eat there either. The patients are also undersupplied with it, and it is difficult to go to the toilet if one is not good at walking.

(Translated by Google) Almost all of the negative experiences of family members and friends, my grandfather who died here, unfortunately, the last route was not made very pleasant, since you had forgotten to change your full urine container / catheter for several hours and you just thought that painkillers would take care of it. And by the way, on the comfort station for € 100 per day. Aunt was robbed (drawer) in the 4-bed room after knee surgery at night and the night shift manager does not want to have "seen" anyone. Girlfriend had cracked her neck and was being molested on the ward by waiting male family members of another patient and later regularly by a nurse. The emergency room is particularly critical. If you have the opportunity to definitely switch to another hospital. I think the emergency room is just too overloaded, which you can tell from the waiting times and the mood of the staff. Dear Vivantes, it is not nearly as bad in Virchow. Why is it going there? Edit: Just saw that it belongs to the Charité ... On the ward itself and the surgery hour was fine.

We went to the emergency room because a friend had a very scary synthom. We realized that it was empty, but thanks to that they received him quickly. Instead of making him the main important and urgent test the same night to verify if there was a risk of complications, they told him he had to be recovered. They didn't check if his health insurance was covered but made him 2000 tests leaving oddly for some days later the main and most important check (that resulted negative...). Food was very cheap and sometimes we had to ask many times confirmations about the allergenes contained to avoid him eating stuff that could have created other complications. Finally he kind of escape from there, after getting stomach sick, and because they couldn't find anything from the tests. As last, they very kindly propose him if he wanted to be brought home by an ambulance (in the test there was nothing)?!? Now I aknowledge they sent him a bill or more than 2300 euro home (for couple of days). Sincerely this whole story seems quite suspect and has very bad consequences for an honest and regular EU Citizen that was only very scared of being under risk of death and only because of that went in the emergency room of an hospital, trusting in their professionality and reliability.

Staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, give you lots of attitude and do not give you the bare minimum you would expect from the hospital staff. They lost my health insurance card and gave me no treatment that I was promised. I spoke German and still treated like I was garbage 😔 I would not recommend this place to anyone.

(Translated by Google) I have not always had bad experiences in the Vivantes but lately (about 3-5 months) the performance has decreased significantly. In my opinion, gynecologists are competent and would like to help as much as possible. The psychiatric ward was better a year ago and has decreased significantly. In the emergency room, someone rarely sits in the cabin to pick you up, even with a constant ring at the emergency call switch, someone usually only comes after 10-20 minutes. The waiting times are extremely excessive in my opinion. If you are pregnant with bleeding, you are classified as yellow with a maximum waiting time of 3 hours. After about 1.5-2 hours of waiting I was finally accepted into gynecology. The gynecologists are quite nice and friendly, some of them very competent, I can't really complain about that. The only thing that was uncomfortable and inappropriate was the waiting times that you had to put up with as a pregnant woman. Since I have more experience with the psychiatric department in the Vivantes, I can say that if you come to the emergency room as an emergency with mental health problems and acute psychosis, you can easily expect a waiting time of 7 hours without getting help even though the patient is in extremely poor condition is and has no safe place at home, acute cases are sent back home and medication is given because because of the corona crisis only one ward for mental cases has opened after a week without improvement at home and worsening of the condition you are taken in and even then the doctors are not sure. Even if an urgent admission to the clinic is necessary, you will only be admitted in extreme cases with total burnout, freaking out, suicidal thoughts as you would like to call it, which is a danger for patients and relatives. I hope that the psychiatry can recover and after the corona crisis will return to the old one (Original) Ich hab nicht immer schlechte Erfahrungen im Vivantes gemacht aber in letzter Zeit (seid ungefähr 3-5 Monaten) haben die Leistungen stark nachgelassen.

Dear cardiology and rescue center, I would like to thank you and your entire team for the excellent care given to my mother during her hospital stay. Both the doctors and the nurses and nursing staff were extremely professional, friendly and polite. The medical care was excellent and I felt safe and in good hands at all times. The doctors took the time necessary to explain all the information to me in an understandable way and to answer my questions in detail. This gave me a lot of confidence in the treatment. I would also like to particularly emphasize the caring and friendliness of the nurses and nursing staff. They always went above and beyond to make sure my mother didn't lack anything and was as comfortable as possible. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the medical care my mother received at your hospital. I would like to thank you very much for your professionalism and the commitment of your entire team. Best regards, Ms. Ding

In May 2018, I have given birth to my daughter and the whole experience was great! Me and my husband did not speak German but that did not stop them from giving us the best care and ensuring that we understand everything so they even brought in staff that could translate for us. Though honestly there was one Doctor that I felt was not very pleased with my presence (lol) but that’s fine, guess you’re not everyone’s cup of tea. But the rest of the staff were amazing! My daughter couldn’t latch properly so the midwife even lent us their breast pump till I get my own from my insurance. Couldn’t ask for more. Godbless them! I am again pregnant and due in April and I choose to give birth here again. :)

I had to undergo prostate surgery and removal due to cancer on February 2nd, 2024. Just the preliminary examination and the personal discussions with the senior doctor, Dr. Isbarn took away my greatest fears. Dr. Isbarn was very competent and took a lot of time for me. After the operation, I was well looked after by the very understaffed and stressed staff. Unfortunately, I have to deduct a point because the food is an absolute disaster. Unfortunately, I cannot understand how a food delivery company can offer such poor variety and poor food This is how big money is made in Germany with poor quality...unimaginable. Otherwise, Dr. Isbarn, his team and the nursing staff would like to thank him.

As a state-insured foreigner, I was brought by ambulance to this hospital for an emergency at around 11 PM. In a reasonable amount of time in the waiting area, someone from the reception desk made my file and later was taken to a free medical ward where two well English spoken doctors examined me. Due to my condition, I was hospitalized for the night. The room was clean and there was a nice breakfast in the morning. I took some specific tests by the nurses and was examined very carefully by the doctors. In the end, I was discharged before noon and complete paperwork about my tests and treatment were given to me alongside recommendations for future care. All in all, I have received very professional and careful medical assistance and I want to thank the personnel from this hospital for this. Keep up the good work!

After knee joint surgery, I was lucky enough to be in a single room on ward 20 (comfort clinic). The room is very large, as is the bathroom. Here, special consideration was given to the needs of patients after surgery (elevated toilet seat, recesses for holding on to the sink and walk-in shower). Including a large TV, everything was really comfortable. Lunch was mostly very good with a very large selection, but breakfast and dinner were quite simple. The staff of nurses, service and cleaning staff were very friendly and competent. Only one nurse should get into the habit of knocking before entering the room (like the other staff does). Every time she came into the room with great enthusiasm - unfortunately without knocking. Otherwise I can only thank the staff for the very good support.

From March 3rd to March 9th I was treated for erysipelas in ward 13. The doctor, Ms. Malik, was very friendly and helpful. All the sisters, whether early or late, were friendly and always there for you. We also had an open ear for other topics. The rooms are clean, bright and well-equipped. I was in a four-bed room with three people. Unfortunately the food is very monotonous. Lovelessly shriveled sausage on the plate and only on the last day was the diet lean. As a diabetic I was given jam and pudding. Not that useful. The agreement doesn't fit there at all. Overall four stars from me. One star deduction for the food

Sorry, I would prefer to give no star at all, but unfortunately you have to. This is not a hospital, it is a madhouse for the psychopaths who are employed there as doctors. They ask me whether I know where I am and whether I know that it is a rescue center. Halooo where am I loaded? I'm definitely not coming to an emergency service out of boredom. The doctor didn't even want to treat me and she tells me that there is an emergency center if it's an emergency. Well, in my opinion, the doctor was really inexperienced

I was inpatient for 9 days with 2 operations and an outpatient operation here. The greatest praise goes to the sisters and the entire staff at the AOZ. Everyone is so warm. I hope the praise will be passed on. The surgical team was also super empathetic and responded well to me, allayed my fears and ensured that everything went smoothly. The 4 bed room was a horror. Being with 3 people who are all 30-40 years older isn't exactly relaxing. Personally, I didn't find the food very appetizing. Overall, the nursing staff made everything bearable.

Good evening. I do not want to criticize doctors or nursing staff on this page. I would just like to point out that it is not okay to transfer a patient after serious abdominal surgery to a poorly ventilated 4-bed room for rehabilitation where recovery is in no way possible. The entire station 12.1 is also poorly ventilated. It smells very unpleasant. I reported this to the staff and had my husband transferred to the comfort ward, which we are very happy with.

(Translated by Google) My dad, 78 years old, was stupidly taken to this hospital with a suspected stroke. After it became clear that my father was a private patient, he was initially well looked after. When suddenly X-rays were taken of his LEGS, I asked the first questions about the meaning and purpose. But when that was increased by the announcement we still have to do an MRI although a CT has already been done, I did not understand anything. So my father refused the MRI after consulting our family doctors, until this point in time he was in a 2-bed room ... now that it has been announced that he refuses the MRI, he should be moved to a 4-bed room immediately . He also refused - because the treatment contract says 1-2 bed rooms. In the meantime, the cleaning company came to the respective rooms once a day, but did not clean under the beds or behind the doors, so that dust mice gathered in the corners and behind the doors within a very short time. A friendly tip to the cleaning staff was replied harshly with: What kind of person are you ... During the entire period of lying, at least 4 days, the bed was not shaken once so that the inner workings of the duvet were at the foot end. My papa at 78 years old is still very clean and tidy, also preferred to go to the toilet and not urinate in a duck, the sisters didn't like that at all because they had to plug and unplug him 3 times a day each time .. .peeing in the duck and robbing people of their dignity is easier - understandable. SHORT ABOUT: CHOOSE A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL!

(Translated by Google) The nurses and doctors are mostly nice and warm. However, it cannot be that the trauma surgery is at the far end of the hospital and you have to walk about 400m to the main entrance with crutches. TWO of 4 elevators were DEFECTIVE! Generally speaking, staff members were nice and helpful. However, if you don't speak German, don't even think to go there! Additionally, for the first time ever in my life here in Germany, power gone (yes electricity) for 4 -5 times during 4 hours, of which the first time of power cut lasted for about 1 hour!

I can only report positive things about the preliminary consultation, the admission, the operation and the stay in the clinic. Without exception, all of our colleagues tried to make the stay before and after the operation as pleasant as possible. A very special shout out to everyone at Station 20! The only point of criticism is the food. There should be fresh fruits and vegetables for recovery. The food can definitely be improved. The people there are really great! P. S. Greetings also go out to Lars, my roommate. Unfortunately, you were taking x-rays for a long time so we couldn't say goodbye. All the best to you and get well soon!

I myself come from the Balkans and have been here since 1995, I have seen numerous clinics in my life, I was in the Humbold Hospital 4 times, 3 times as an emergency. The conditions there and the treatment remind me of home in the 90s. Since then I have only been going to the BW hospital and have never experienced anything better than what I had there. In short, it's better to avoid the Humboldt Hospital. I had an operation in April last year and am still struggling with the consequences to this day.

Excellent end to end care. Dr. Heidemann saw me for the first consultation and operated on me herself after giving me a lightning quick appointment of two and a half weeks later. The care at every stage in between was amazingly good. The single room was excellent. I have everything to be grateful for.

(Translated by Google) From the family's point of view, our 89-year-old father died there (nephrology station) unnecessarily before April 2020 due to incorrectly placed catheters. With the consequence of insufficiently controlled urinary infection and, due to Corona, no possible external family control of the supply processes in the hospital, because that's exactly what is really necessary there. This process only revealed itself in retrospect, and only after an insistent question. Ultimately, he just died, left alone, no one in this hospital noticing his worsening condition. Without Corona in another, more careful hospital, he would certainly have survived this stay. Significant: because all personal things were lost after his death, i.e. when clearing the room, we were offered € 500 in compensation, as a kind of compensation for his premature death, as if money could compensate for it. After our father had long been cremated, there was the almost cynical offer of an autopsy to determine the real cause of death. Avoid this hospital at all costs.

The patient admission and preliminary examinations were always carried out by helpful and nice staff * and doctors *. I was hospitalized in a twin room, Dr. Heidemann was there for me immediately after the operation. The staff tried very hard, unfortunately there was often not enough time because there was a lot to do, but I was calm and could be released after 3 days. (Translated by Google) I was there a few days ago for my knee surgery. Fortunately only 2 days. The nurses on the Chir were great. The nurses during my stay were not really competent and appeared to be helpers. I myself work as a physiotherapist in another hospital, also at the Chir, so I have a lot of contact with nurses and doctors. A nurse immediately railed that she was alone in the ward and gave you the feeling that you weren't allowed to ring ... She called the crutches "sticks" ... She also expressed herself very primitively in other areas. Then the shift change. I had to annoy and ring the doorbell 5 times because I was in severe pain after running to get emergency medication! Then she asked me if I would not take my IBU400 .... Wow IBU400 .. It's also crass stuff (irony). Why am I in the hospital if my concerns are not taken seriously and my pain cannot be taken away from me? Lying around and swallowing IBU, I can at home .... I just wanted to have a little more pain medication once and a huge wind was made ... As if I would mutate into a junky. Under all sow. The good thing, however, was that I really appreciate my job - especially the competence of our nurses! For serious and life threatening business I would NEVER go to this hospital! Oh yes ... And the bed sheets still had black hair on them ... Disgusting ... Ekelhaft ...

(Translated by Google) I can't evaluate the entire hospital, because usually you only lie on one ward. My husband was on the urology, and although I was downright shocked by some things, so that I can't write them all down, the chief physician, Dr. Christian knock everything up. Sometimes you should turn to the chief physician with confidence. I did and everything turned out fine. If he hadn't been there for my husband, this review would have been different. But to be honest you have to rethink the rudeness and the apparent incompetence of the staff, especially the nurses and carers. Everything has its cause. Nobody likes to be hated. Therefore, even as a patient or relative, one should not react passively or even dismissively - even worse, react with unfriendliness. It is better to seek a conversation and present criticism objectively. Ultimately, one can see very well from the behavior of the nurses and carers how they are treated by the patients. It's like a mirror then. So I ask everyone: Treat each other with respect. Fight for your rights, but remember to treat the other as you would like to be treated yourself.

The doctors explain in advance and patiently without time pressure what they are going to do with you. Inquiries are answered exhaustively with drawings and explanations. Despite Corona and the associated restrictions, my second appointment was scheduled at short notice and even called without being asked to tell me. I am really amazed at how they looked after me. Now I just hope that everything goes well. At least I have no problems in any direction after being released. So: Big thanks to everyone. Also: Großer Dank an Alle.

(Translated by Google) If you have a family member in the operative intensive care unit you are betrayed and sold. As a relative, you are afraid for your loved one and get an annoyed sister who comes to you pampy and does not want to give any information. Traurig

Guys, after a few days I had an improvement in all my symptoms! Now I end up with an enormous snoring patient! Another sleep disorder? Any diagnosis about my psyche? Never! You should always offer an extra room so that you can relax for at least one night

😠 I believe that when a person wants to work in a hospital they should be fit to do so. The red hair nurse that I went to do the registration at the clinic was extremely rude and disrespectful. I kindly asked if it was possible for me to speak English and she declined, so I pulled out my phone to try...

👍👍 I have just spent a few days at the Waldfriede Hospital on Station 5. I went to first aid on Monday. After the examination, I came to the station and a little later, I was already operated. Unfortunately, it has been diagnosed with cancer, but from the very next day onwards, every imaginable measur...

👍👍 My experience with the Urban in relation to my mom has been great for years. Unfortunately, at the age of almost 80, my mom became incurably and suddenly very ill. Her living will took care of everything. Now I was allowed to accompany my mom on her final journey to the end. I was by her side non-st...

😠 I had to get checked because of a unusual feet fracture. After waiting for 5h at the Rettungsstelle, they checked everything and suggested an surgery in four days, but they told me that they also need an MRT which can‘t be done in the hospital. So, I had to stress around whole Berlin for an MRT. Fin...

😠 I would like to comment on the cafeteria. If you want to be served nicely, please go to the nice gentleman, the ladies don't care about you at all. After I had queued and it was my turn, I was emphatically informed that the ladies were now having a business conversation. I think you should serve you...
