The treatment in this hospital is incredibly rude… After a bad fall on the back of her head, my friend went to the emergency room with a severe headache to check if everything was okay. The little male sister initially intimidated her and asked why she didn't go to bed with a headache pill. Dealing with people in hospitals sucks anyway, but a situation like this is absolutely tough. I don't understand how you can be so incredibly unreflective and uneducated when you work in a medical profession. Your sisters may want to consider leaving the diagnosis to the doctors in the future. Thank you very much for nothing.

(Translated by Google) So if you don't want to hear different statements from doctors every day and want to go home alive, you should avoid this hospital. We had to part with our close relatives after these indescribable daily fiasques. Death is part of life, but you don't have to provoke it by wrong measures. Ultimately we will take legal action.

(Translated by Google) I came to the hospital at the emergency room with abdominal pain and blood in the urine. A doctor who examined me said cheekily: "Women down there bleed now and then, that's called the rule. I almost went to the ceiling. I was then sent away with the statement that it was nothing. Then went to the other hospital and stayed there Immediately be able to take medication and spend 3 days in the hospital. The diagnosis: inflammation of the kidneys which has spread in the abdomen. According to the doctor, it could have been pretty bad for me.

(Translated by Google) Due to spontaneous, neurological disorders in the course of a herniated disc, I came to the rescue center to get an initial opinion. After a waiting time of almost 3.5 hours, Dr. Gentkow received a cool welcome, who had asked me about my current complaints. A quick look at my findings made him say how I could have such a back at the age of 30 and that only an operation would help here. In the second breath he recommended painkillers to me and called a surgeon in the spine center who should have a knack for intervertebral disc operations. There was no detailed questioning about my previous therapy and pain medication. I was also not examined physically. Apparently, a look at my MRI findings was enough to recommend such a "constructive" treatment method to me without looking at my acute neurological incidents. The "treatment" was over after 4 minutes. This was followed by the friendly tip to do more sport and try it with warmth. I am aware that a detailed examination is difficult to do on a Sunday afternoon. However, I would have liked him to listen to my problems more closely in order to make an appropriate diagnosis instead of giving me tips against back pain, which can be found in every pharmacy review. It should be clear to every doctor that one does not drive to the rescue center on a Sunday for fun and boredom in order to have breakfast there afterwards.

(Translated by Google) The hospital is pure horror! If you still want life, never go there! This is the worst hospital and the conduct doctors disaster. I have never seen such a bad hospital in Germany !!!! In no other hospital have we felt as uncomfortable as here. Terribly arrogant and unfriendly staff, completely incompetent doctors who work listlessly and show no interest in the patient, dirty and no trace of hygiene. What condescendingly treats the patient from above. And how it wants to be determined by the patient. Disaster and doctors have their Dr. Won the lottery. I hope with all my heart that the doctors and nurses will see their families suffer so much !! I hope that there will be no more help ... !!! Please never go to this hospital you will be led to die and when you are old there the doctors have no hope they always say ... is already 80 !!! Lived until he was 80 ... 80 is a good age! (Translated by Google) Not deserved a star! I would like to share my experience with you and advise you against the Maria Visitation Hospital .. if you have complaints, please look for something other than this hospital. I was there for 3 hours to be able to hear for 5 minutes that the doctor cannot tell me what I have because she is from the accident surgery and not a specialist in what I have and I will ask a doctor in this tomorrow should visit the area. It was just wild theories about what it could be, I would beg for pain pills and then get one. Actually sad, I went in with pain, I waited 3 hours, was inside for five minutes & I'm out again with pain, she also complained that I was in the toilet at the time I was called. I have received a powder, please find out how to take it myself. I am very disappointed.

We gave birth to our first son in Maria Heimsuchung in April 2023. On one hand, during the birth, the staff was extremely competent, relaxed, communicative and respectful to our wishes. Our midwife was like an angel sent from heaven. After the birth we spent 1 week in the Geburtshilfe Station, where we were cared after by an amazing team of pediatric nurses. Again, extremely competent, experienced and caring. And not only the nurses, all the staff, from cleaners to food people, helpers, to doctors, were really there for us. I cannot speak to the rest of departments of the hospital, but if you have to deliver a baby, and after hearing horror stories from other Berlin clinics, my choice for Maria Heimsuchung would be super clear. 10/10 would do again.

I gave birth there almost a year ago and am only now able to talk about it as I was so severely traumatized. I was pressured to be induced, pressured to take cytotec (which I vehemently declined), the midwife (Mrs. Cohrs) that was supposed to support me laughed in my face when I asked whether I could use the birth pool, and she was generally abusive. In fairness, she was the only midwife who acted this way, but unfortunately was assigned to me in the critical moments . I had to wait hours for an epidural after I begged for it repeatedly. I was stitched up without any anaesthesia, after the epidural had worn off completely. The midwife declared I could not possibly feel any pain. The maternity ward was almost worse. Multiple nurses berated me, gave me conflicting advice, blamed me for my baby’s weight loss. No one helped me with breastfeeding although I constantly and frantically asked for help. It was awful. I dealt with severe postpartum depression after leaving this hospital. Whatever you do, do not give birth there. You and your baby deserve so much better.

(Translated by Google) I have never experienced such rudeness anywhere! So far I have been to the central emergency room 3 times and each time a disaster. The waiting times are just as blatant. An emergency operation was immediately initiated for my friend in the Buch Clinic and here it was not even recognized after 2 examinations with a chief physician. I'd rather drive a few minutes to the nearest hospital. But everyone has to have their own experiences.

(Translated by Google) !!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT ASK YOU TO VISIT THIS HOSPITAL. !!!!!!!!!!!!! They're not even worth a star. We were just put off for weeks. Not recommended the staff and the doctors are rude. For weeks they could not establish a unanimous diagnosis. Very unhygienic you should please exchange the protective masks with each other. And this in the intensive care unit. And then you talk about hygiene regulations. I appeal to the health department and the medical association. My father died in this hospital in November 2020. Before you visit this hospital, please think carefully, as complaints have already been submitted to the responsible authorities. Unauthorized person signed and trachetomy was performed on my father without the authorization of the authorized person. We even have concerns about a treatment error; the doctors refused to give us the patient file for weeks. After a long wait, we should now get the patient file. According to the hospital, we get the files for an extra charge. (Ps: about a week has passed. We still haven't received the files. According to Paragraph 630g, we should have received it long ago. This was also communicated to the responsible authorities. (Ps: today, December 9th, 2020 we received the file. Approx. 2 months passed.) The patient file was not completely handed over, of all things, the last days before my father died. 12 & 13 November 2020 why? It can't all be coincidence, can it? What we experienced from October 19, 2020 to November 13, 2020. They even have no respect for a deceased or for their relatives. The doctors always lied from the start. IF A DOCTOR excuses relatives from patients and admits that the different diagnoses have been told for weeks, what can you expect from this hospital. !!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT ASK YOU TO VISIT THIS HOSPITAL. !!!!!!!!!!!!! We are also in talks with the media. They left me with a highly allergic reaction that resulted in an anaphylactic shock (which almost killed me) and were very unfriendly. I was in Berlin for a dance course and couldn’t speak German as I am from another country. One day I got a weird rash that left me with red spots and my joints had swollen up. So I went to this hospital, showed what had happened and was sent to the waiting room. Everyone before and after me got treated and just asked one of the nurses at reception how long it’ll take. She was very unfriendly to me and ended up saying ‘You don’t know what other people have!’ ‘Now go sit in the waiting room!’. I ended up waiting for 7 hours. The doctor was nice but should’ve known better with my symptoms. Left the hospital with my medication, fell asleep to then wake up from the itch with a swollen face, trouble breathing and hands so swollen I couldn’t move them. Was taken by the ambulance and had to stay at the military hospital for 5 days (they were good and took good care of me).

As a native of Pankow who spent 30 years of her life there, the Maria Heimsuchung was always the point of contact for emergencies and we also chose this hospital for the birth of our son. For me it is one of the best hospitals and I haven't experienced anything negative once in all these years. The employees there are authentic, do their best and are sensitive. You can tell that people enjoy working there and that on some stations it's more than just work. A lot of effort is made and help is given wherever possible. You can also tell when talking to employees that there is a good working atmosphere, which in turn has a positive effect on the way you deal with patients. I can recommend this hospital without hesitation and would like to thank all the employees for the great work they do there every day.

The carers were (80%) neglected, cheeky and arrogant. Gossip audibly in the corridor. Repeat !!! Absolutely not to be recommended it is more likely to be dead than to come out of it healthy again. Have no specialist knowledge, but cheekily expect this from the patient. The sound makes the music. I advise you to choose another job or at least get a kick from your department head, but that's not better either! (Original) 1 Stern ist noch zu viel. Da wird man zum Sterben liegen gelassen. Overall, my personal experience was a terrible one, linked to my postpartum 4 days stay in the maternity ward. It s mainly due to how most of the staff treated me, non-existent or rude communication, sloppiness (wrong/ someone else's medical info put in my files) and overall lack of empathy or caring human interactions. It basically felt like jail, where the staff's job is not to care for the patient and their needs, but rather to go through their checklists, reinforce constant rules and protocols meant to make their lives comfortable (i.e wait in your room till the doctor comes. When do they come? Between 8am-2pm... I got screamed at for going to the cafeteria on the hallway to grab a drink!), get your signature on tons of forms that are dumped on your table and never even mentioned, nor explained. I was several times apprehended for not doing X (filling in a form that I had no idea existed nor understood what it was for, or for staining the bed sheet with blood- which was then not changed for 4 days!), or Y (having my breakfast in the cafeteria instead of in my room). At the point when I was being shouted at from 3 different people and food was taken away from me while I was eating it, I've had enough, got into a meltdown and asked for immediate dismissal from the hospital. They did apologise several times for this, but only because they've mistaken me for someone else. So for screaming at the wrong person, not for the appalling behaviour itself. Maybe most of this "treatment" was due to my speaking only basic German, and the communication being severely hindered. Mind you, 9 out of 10 persons do not speak any English, and most don't make any effort of making communication possible, other than screaming the German you anyway don 't understand, and can't respond to. Especially if you are a first time mother, or don't speak German, and you can't get a family member to stay there with you to deal with the staff and heavy administration, think twice about staying in this maternity ward. No information was given on how to care for yourself, your baby or breastfeeding. To be fair, not sure if other hospitals are any different, or this is just the German system at its best (max productivity and functionality, 0 customer/ patient care / empathy). On a positive note, the kreisaal experience was great, professional, supportive and extremely caring - as one would want it to be. Much appreciation for all the midwifes and doctors there, all English speaking!

We had our firstborn in there. The kindness of the entire staff is unparalleled compared to other popular hospitals in Berlin. Very few people speak english but they always did their best so there was no misunderstanding. It's a small clinic that is very friendly towards babies and the mums, they put a big emphasis on bounding between the mother and the child.

I couldn't choose better place where to give birth to my baby Dante (almost 16 months ago, sorry for the late review!). I felt safe, in good hands all the time. all midwifes have been incredible. Also, i dont speak English very well, but 2 out of three midwifes could communicate perfectly in English, so i felt well also because of this. From my side, a big thank you to Kristine, she was calm, sweet, gentle, delicate. I trusted her fully even though it was the first time i had met her :) I couldn't wish for more.

Staff is friendly but I had to wait 3 hours just for a pre-operation check up. Please implement this differently. Forms can be filled out online and also a talk with a doctor can be done via video call. If a bank manages to confirm my identity via video call, so can a hospital. So there is no reason to have hundreds of patients waste their time sitting around in the waiting room each day...

I gave birth to my first son in this hospital almost two years ago. Now I am close to give birth to my second in another hospital and I can definitely confirm that this was not the right place for me. I still have nightmares about the labor. First of all, I speak German but my husband doesn’t. At the visit I was reassured that English was not an issue. Truth: none speaks a word of English. That was really hard during labor. My due date come and gone, I needed to be induced. Here starts the nightmare. First they recommend this citotec that I am skeptical about, second they decide a date that does not look too busy. That night apparently they accepted also women from other hospitals. There was absolutely no space for me. My husband was sent off despite my contractions were extremely strong. Basically he arrived home and had to come back after one hour. I was in extreme pain and none was with me. Only a doctor was in the department and the midwife was maybe 2% of the time with me and, when she was was, only complaining that I was shouting too much or too scared. Zero empathy. There was no Kreissaal free and that’s why I was tightened to a bed in a waiting room with monitoring on and I could not move for all the time of labor. I was dying for pain, begging for epidural. The anesthesiologist came too late and very rudely complained that I was moving too much and she could not do it. Realty was that it was too late for it. They even had turned off the gas machine and I was really at my limit. Hours later, still I was screaming in pain and my baby was stuck. Only in the morning when the doctor and the Kreissaal got free, I had an episiotomy with ventouse assisted birth. The doctor was overwhelmed and complained all the time about being alone with so many births. He was great but still I found all of this terrible. Now I am in another city, I am followed by a high-tech hospital and I have already seen the difference. I give two stars because the midwives at the postnatal are nice and supportive. But I would never ever give birth there again. Maybe it is ok for all who wants to have naturalistic birth experiences etc but remember that medicine is science and technology and this hospital seems to have forgotten it.

Great hospital and the best place to be born. I had my child there last month and it was amazing. Midwives and doctors always introduced themselves before talking to me, they always explained everything with patience and always asked if they could touch me. Total respect for moms and babies! My birth plan was respected and we had an amazing experience before, during and after his birth. Danke 🙏💙

In summer gave birth in this hospital. The midwifes and doctors were friendly, helpful and competent. A special and huge thanks to the midwife Dorothea Schmidt, who was kind, always in a good mood and gave good advice for breastfeeding, plus quickly made a replacement of all the things I needed in the room. The hospitals should have more caring staff like her.

(Translated by Google) I had a shoulder operation a few days ago and I did everything right with my choice of clinic. There is still a long way to go before we fully recover, but today I would like to say thank you. Thank you for the warm-hearted and competent treatment by the doctors and nurses at ward 5. Thanks also to the physiotherapy and nursing assistants. I would love to hug you all. My special thanks go to the chief physician Dr. Chesi.

Rude receptionists who don't even understand a word English. Count on this when you go there: Your phone will not have any signal and the internet there doesn't work! Translate your trouble in advance into german and save it on your phone. The doctor might be much nicer and even know English. Ironicly there is internet and signal availabe on ISS station 400 km above the earth, but not in the middle of the city of Berlin where this hospital is located.

Just had my second child here. Am absolutely in love with the staff!! Everyone was super friendly and caring, midwifes and nurses are amazing, the doctors all tried their best to speak english to make it easier on me. I felt that myself and my baby were in good and knowledgeable hands, which allowed me to be very calm and just focused on recovery. I really appreciate this experience and feel grateful to the team that made this experience so enjoyable!

(Translated by Google) Fast treatment, even with the doctor in charge. very friendly staff. Just experienced it again two weeks ago. I had inpatient treatment there twice in the past few years, and I felt very well and competently looked after. OPs were of course without complications. Can only explain the negative reviews of the last few weeks with an inappropriately exaggerated attitude and cultural differences. Many relatives of patients have no idea, google the diseases and then think they know better than the medical professionals. I have no understanding for that.

I gave birth here last week and I felt so well treated. First of all when we arrived in the middle of the night with contractions, me and my partner could immediately stay in one of the cosy rooms of the Kreißsaal with a couch and nice lights. The hebamme was always there and gave my something against the pain so that I could sleep a bit and some tea. Then when the pain started to be more severe I could try the bath with essential oil’s. It turned out not my thing and after 5 minutes I wanted to get out. I felt heard and understood by the hebammes, and they did everything to let me feel at ease. My German is a bit broken but they tried their best to understand me and some spoke English. Then the last phase of the birth arrived and I would like to thank hebamme Cordula Beckmann from my heart, she has been so sweet and competent and guided me through 2 hours of active labour until our daughter was there. She prevented me from injury and helped me to get the best position and listened to me when I wanted painkiller like lachgas. A big big thank you from the bottom of my heart 💖

(Translated by Google) Very bad hospital !!!!! If I had the chance, I wouldn't even give it a star because nobody in this hospital deserves it !!!!!!! This hospital is only recommended if you don't want to go on living! Otherwise please stay away! You feel like a test subject. If you ask a question - they are usually overwhelmed. If you dig deeper and want to know more - they are irritated and snap. As a patient, you are simply ignored. The intensive care unit is the final stop anyway! Only heartless people work in the intensive care unit. You could even hire a few robots. Disrespectful something should not be tolerated in Germany, the authorities should do something about the problem as soon as possible. Once and never again! Well with deceased and relatives they are very bad !!!! (Original) Sehr schlechtes Krankenhaus !!!!! (Translated by Google) Very lousy hospital! Time seems to be standing still here. The minimum of doctors and nursing staff seems to be shaped by socialist uniformity. We had our son's birth here and it was unreasonable. You are left alone for hours and everyone is completely overwhelmed. As a patient with private insurance, you are deliberately treated badly. After all, you shouldn't get the feeling of "being something better" (quote!) The food is the absolute highlight - not even pigs will be able to enjoy the stuff. It was really a really bad experience. (Original) Ganz mieses Krankenhaus!

I’ve had my baby there. I liked the Hebammen and the nurses. However, not everyone speaks English. My obstetrician spoke, but the pediatrician didn’t. I could communicate with my B1 German. It was enough for a lot of conversation but I needed to look for someone with English in some cases...

(Translated by Google) My rating relates to our delivery: The best hospital in all of Berlin! We have already had painful delivery experiences at another large hospital in Mitte. We were only "dispatched"! At Maria-Heimsuchung we were well looked after and advised from the start! At no point did we feel neglected! Great midwives and doctors! We can recommend this hospital without reservation! It rightly deserves the award for best hospital 2020/21 for natural births! Information about Corona: Partners have to do a quick test on site! If negative, you can join in! After the birth on the ward, unfortunately not anymore!

Today I was in the emergency room due to severe cardiac arrhythmias, and the cardiologist simply couldn't be reached outside. The doctor was super cheeky and told me that they were taking my serious cases. And was super rude. Humanity out of place. She left me lying on a couch unsupervised for an hour without saying how or what to do next. The woman (cardiologist) was just a mess. She should give up the title.

If the incompetent doctor had properly anesthetized my finger before she cut my nail/partly. removed, the whole thing would have been less traumatic (thanks also to the woman at the registration desk, who thinks she knows when it's justified to cry.) If she had also sent in samples, I wouldn't have to undergo surgery three times for a bone infection (in a different hospital, of course). Thanks for nothing.

My daughter was born here and the hospital staff took good care of my wife especially midwife theresa who really helped my wife for the natural birth. She was so supportive and motivational and for that im grateful to her and also the other midwives who took care of her and our daughter after the birth. In my opinion the service can be improved by having more labor rooms because my wife was first denied to admit into the labor because there was no space. She was admitted next day. The midwives also explained this situation to us that this weekend they faced a lot of birth cases which is way more than average. So i suppose, this happens only in rare cases. Otherwise, everything was super good and smooth.

In my case the doctors proposed an induction before anything could go wrong with me or the baby. For this I am eternally grateful. A doctor presented the options really fast and asked me to choose, I only had time for one question, if the induction is more painful than normal labour or not. They assured me that it won't be .... At their suggestion I took prostaglandins every 4 hours and did the CTG for a full hour each time ... This process took 3 days and by the end of the 3rd day I was exhausted as I barely managed to sleep between these induction sessions 😢 At the end of the 3rd day a doctor came in, told me that my liver enzymes are starting to rise ( I had no ideea what that means ?! ) and she wants to make a cervix check-up. While she did the check-up she also did membrane swiping (I think ?!) without my consent or without explaining me what/why she is doing ... Oh well, after that contraction started ... Although contractions were very long and strong at very short intervals they assured me that this is just normal labour, which I really find unfair and I ended up not trusting when they were insisting to have the epidural rather than a C section. By the 4th day postpartum my liver enzymes hit the maximum value but they still wanted to send me home (the hospital was very crowded at that point). While the hospital has an internal medicine section they didn't do a liver check, because as they said "they don't treat numbers, they treat symptoms". I asked to stay for 2 more days and to repeat the blood checkups at least. My conclusion is that while the doctors are extremely competent, communication is not the best. I basically found out only postpartum that I had Hellp syndrome, I was initially checked in for thrombocytopenia. It was appalling that they wanted to send me home when my blood work hit rock bottom, that they did membrane swiping without a consent or that they took only 5 minutes to "help" me decide what to choose for the induction. The midwifes and the nurses were lovely and extremely helpful. The doctors are very competent and they took good care of me. But the lack of communication made my entire experience a negative one :(

I'm just evaluating the birth here. It was a wonderful experience thanks to the competent and wonderful support from Martina Lott. However, I would recommend that everyone only give birth on an outpatient basis. During my time, a few people left early because it was unreasonable. But I don't want to repeat it all here - it would go beyond the scope. But my worst experience: at 1 or 2 a.m. a sick woman was put in the room with my newborn baby and me. She was there because she was sick (the doctors didn't even know what it was) and was in so much pain that she needed painkillers, which as a pregnant woman she was only allowed to get under observation in the hospital. Who would put a sick woman with a newborn at a time when it's difficult to move straight away? One of my highlight statements from a midwife when I wanted to move that day was "We'll do another corona test on the sick woman, if it's positive, you won't be allowed to move." So the postpartum ward is an imposition. I could write a lot more about this, but as I said, I don't want to deprive anyone of this great experience of giving birth in the maternity ward - an absolute dream. But don't put yourself or your baby in danger and then go home.

The old red-haired woman is the last thing at the reception, she treats the patients like dirt and doesn't even make an effort to just inform unsettled and injured people and answer the questions they ask. I'm just saying hold on carma. I hope she gets exactly that in return the next time she goes out to eat, for example.

My surgery was on 3/13/24. I then came to short-term stay station 1. This will be closed over the weekend. Unfortunately, some of the sisters there weren't really nice, but two sisters were great. I was then transferred to Ward 5 over the weekend. All the sisters there, without exception, were outstanding. Nice, friendly, attentive, helpful, thoughtful, caring and always with a smile for the patient. The surgical team and the surgical doctors are top. I would go back for surgery there at any time if the doctors operate on me there again

I’ve been greeted with ‘what do you want here after just having symptoms for one day?’ I’ve had an official ‘Überweisung’ from my GP because they thought I have pneumonia. I was send home without instruction on how to take medicine, they prescribed me, one of the medicines mentioned in the ‘Notfallbericht’ for treating fever and pain is not on my prescription. The ‘Notfallbericht’ also mentions I am 48 years old. I’m 34. They forgot to tell me that my condition is contagious… the doctor was nice though but probably way overworked. All in all a pretty bad experience.

Altogether a good experience. The staff included the doctors always made an experienced impression to me. Some of them are a bit unfriendly, but I guess that’s something you can’t keep from your personality doing this job on a day to day basis. They knew what they do. The facility itself is not the nicest, but also not the worst. The food is awful. For breakfast I got one piece of bred, one piece of cheese, a single cherry tomato, some butter and cream cheese.

In some places, however, a bit of communication is missing and with some things you sometimes remain at a loss if you don't explicitly ask for it. Like now, for example. I need subsequent wound care. I was only given a doctor's letter to the family doctor, which says that I know how to do it. Well, I wasn't even shown how to do it or what I need for it. I was just sent to see a doctor. The family doctor was also very shocked and referred me to a surgeon. I am very disappointed that I was not told anything and that I was not informed about anything else.

(Translated by Google) The reszesion refers to the delivery room and the maternity ward. The care and support for my wife and me in the delivery room was excellent. Very affectionate, personable and emphatic. We thank the midwives in the night and in the morning from 26.09 to 27.09. Thanks also go to the friendly gynecologist in the delivery room. We felt very comfortable. We can also report positive things about station 2. This was followed by good support from the nursing staff. The staff were friendly with problems and worries. A thank you goes out here too. (Translated by Google) I gave birth to my second child there on recommendation. The midwife and doctor were the rest itself. I felt really comfortable. If you are two weeks above the ET, other KH s, like in Virchow, cause you the greatest stress and fear. Caesarean section and PDAs are bloated with stress and anxiety because it brings money. Introductions, pliers and suction cups are standard. Not in the visitation. Two weeks later and alive and well, all with nitrous oxide, all natural. As it says. Visitation. On the ward I can imagine that the personal key doesn't quite fit. Someone checked in twice a day, which wasn't a problem for me because I already knew / knew everything. The sisters go out of their way to do everything. Breastfeeding hurts the first week. After that no more. If you find it difficult, close your eyes and go through. You could eat the food. Nothing special, nothing bad either. Sadly, much better than at the Westend children's ward. Children in particular should get a good meal.

(Translated by Google) I was in the surgery of the “Maria Heimsendung” clinic for a small operation for one night. The entire team was friendly, in a good mood and always kept me informed about everything. The food was good to very good (excellent for hospital conditions). And the sunrise over Pankow: picturesque.

Useless lady in the info desk, does not speak a letter in English or doesn't want. Rude and hostile obviously the hospital is losing customers from her incompetence... Pathetic...

Best hospital, I got admitted in gynecologist station for 5 days, the doctors and all other staffs are so friendly and kind to the patients. Im new to Berlin and I don't speak German, here we could find English speaking doctors and staffs. The foods and the way they are taking care of their patients is really appreciated. Thank you so much 😊.

In the emergency room the doctor was not sure if my daughter broke her finger or not, even after the X-ray. Then he sent her home and told us to make an appointment with another doctor. What??? You send a kid home with a potential broken finger and make us wait for a medical appointment? He knows appointments in Berlin take several weeks. This is unacceptable. I’m suing this doctor by the end of the week. What a shame on this hospital. I do not recommend this place.

I was in trauma surgery and felt very well looked after. It wasn't just about chopping, it was actually about people. Everyone was super nice and very helpful with everything. There was good and plentiful food, with help with buttering rolls for those with hand injuries. Thanks to the team.

😠 I believe that when a person wants to work in a hospital they should be fit to do so. The red hair nurse that I went to do the registration at the clinic was extremely rude and disrespectful. I kindly asked if it was possible for me to speak English and she declined, so I pulled out my phone to try...

👍👍 I have just spent a few days at the Waldfriede Hospital on Station 5. I went to first aid on Monday. After the examination, I came to the station and a little later, I was already operated. Unfortunately, it has been diagnosed with cancer, but from the very next day onwards, every imaginable measur...

👍👍 My experience with the Urban in relation to my mom has been great for years. Unfortunately, at the age of almost 80, my mom became incurably and suddenly very ill. Her living will took care of everything. Now I was allowed to accompany my mom on her final journey to the end. I was by her side non-st...

😠 I had to get checked because of a unusual feet fracture. After waiting for 5h at the Rettungsstelle, they checked everything and suggested an surgery in four days, but they told me that they also need an MRT which can‘t be done in the hospital. So, I had to stress around whole Berlin for an MRT. Fin...

😠 I would like to comment on the cafeteria. If you want to be served nicely, please go to the nice gentleman, the ladies don't care about you at all.
