Ah, Holmes Place on Potsdamer Platz, the oasis of perpetual promises and the bastion of eternal optimism! I joined the club in 2019 as a member and I've been gracing this establishment with my presence every few months since the post pandemic reopening. Let me tell you about their spa area – a modern-day Atlantis, spoken of in hushed tones but never actually seen. Closed for a quaint water leakage issue, it's only been a brief 4.5 years, and they're still ‘working’ on it. Of course, the entire club took a little pandemic vacation, but apparently, that wasn't enough time to fix a leak. Each visit is a delightful repeat of the same old song: "The wellness area? Oh, it's just on the brink of reopening! Next month, for sure!" Yet, somehow, next month is an elusive concept that never quite arrives. It's quite impressive, really, how they juggle the twin arts of unfulfilled promises and creative storytelling. As for the rest of the club, it's an absolute paradise if you're not too fond of heavy lifting. The free weights section is like a treasure hunt with too few treasures. And if you're dreaming of dumbbells heavier than 30kg, keep dreaming. It's clear the place is tailored for those gentle souls whose doctors suggested they 'move a bit more.' If you go there once or twice a week, you'll fit right in – just enough to soothe the conscience. In summary, if your heart desires a proper workout, a mythical wellness area, or, dare I say, honest staff, then perhaps consider a pilgrimage elsewhere. Holmes Place, where expectations go to gently jog on a treadmill of disappointment.

Nice outside, but ugly inside. There are no employees far and wide who ensure that everything is quiet and hygienic. Despite the £££, Holmes Place has a more Azzi vibe. There are no showers in the spa. People go straight from the sauna into the pool without a shower (!!!) and naked. Many people are on their cell phones in the spa, yesterday someone was talking on the phone loudly, I've also seen people on their laptops (even though it's a digital detox relaxation area - and not a nude area). The signs are misspelled, for example "No entry without a booked appointment", toilet paper in the women's toilet is not refilled, hairdryer broken, I had to have guest cards replaced twice but it still didn't work for the lockers. So I expected more, especially for the price.

I've been joining this gym for ten years and it's getting worse every year. The only innovations in the devices in recent years are some vibration devices to relax the muscles. A chest press and a shoulder press have also been added, and since last month there's been a flavored water dispenser, which is standard in cheap gyms, but without an ingredient description. The devices are only changed once a year and everyone thinks something has happened. Now let's get to the service: There is no trainer to be seen on the areas who inspects the members in their exercises or gives them a few tips every now and then. The trainers are usually more concerned with themselves or gossiping about your private life. The spa area has been out of operation for months. They try to sell personal training to members without any effort to advance their health and fitness. You also have to pay extra for good courses, otherwise there is always just standard without any further developments. I would have expected a completely different development over the years. I see a complete lack of action in management. The main thing is to take the money out of the customers' pockets. If this gym had been public, there wouldn't be a hedge fund that wouldn't have shorted it.

First visit since 2020 showed they decreased the quality. Like there is no soap in the sinks in the changing room. You need to go to the toilet to wash hands now. Also lotions are gone. The gym itself looks super worn out. Some essential machines are not there. Or not enough, but you have a huuuge cardio zone. Also how the machine is placed - you have an elevation under one foot in a machine, that should not be there, due to the machine placement. On the positive side, the gym doesn't have any smell.

I am a premium gym memeber, which allows me to use any studios from the holmes place! One of the most beautiful and costly gyms in and around berlin but totally not maintained. The title description of this gym wellness studio...you will never be able to find if you are a morning gym guy (coz i am one, no idea about evening maintainance) because the gym cleaning staff will fill your lungs and nose with dust which while cleaning is all around you. They do it at the same time when you are working out. Damn sure you can literally taste it.lol, The sauna and steam in the morning are smelly and has to be first cleaned by you in ordered to be used. As the management doesn't pay any attention. The soap dispenser are found most of the time empty and you have to remind the staff for basic things like tissues and soap despenser to be refilled. Do you wanna complaint? forget it! once you complaint the management will make sure to save them and pull you out, making sure you do not enter the gym. Solutions to any problems raised by you will take a life time where you would like to surrender, stop complaining and finally leave the gym. Have also been a victim of racist behaviour from one of thier gym staff while trying out other studios in Steglitz, after duly reporting the issues and waiting long for a solution, all what the management was able to help me with is to quit as quickly as possible, which also took 2 months. My personal advice- try out out new gyms in Berlin offering same luxury in better affordable prices and services. Most importantly respect towards clients. I added few pictures after today's morning cleaning. Much more to see if you are a member and care about your health and huge amount of money you spending!

Terrible Experience with Personal Trainer Ragi at Holmes Place Potsdamer Platz I had a truly awful experience at Holmes Place Potsdamer Platz, specifically due to the personal trainer named Ragi. Not only did Ragi invade my privacy, but he also made me feel extremely insecure during my workout session. His condescending comments about my exercise technique were completely uncalled for and highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, Ragi forcefully pushed me into a trial session, claiming he was the best trainer available. His arrogance and insistence on his own superiority were off-putting and disrespectful. It was clear that his main objective was to boost his own ego rather than genuinely help me achieve my fitness goals. Privacy should be a fundamental right when working out, and it’s unacceptable that Ragi violated that boundary. His behavior and attitude completely ruined my experience at Holmes Place Potsdamer Platz, leaving me feeling discouraged and disheartened. I strongly advise anyone considering Holmes Place Potsdamer Platz to be cautious when interacting with Ragi. His lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for personal boundaries overshadowed any positive aspects of the facility. I would highly recommend seeking out alternative trainers or gyms in the area where your privacy and dignity will be respected.

The quality of a provider becomes apparent when things don't go smoothly. I objected to the price increase and my objection was also confirmed to me. However, an incorrect contribution is still being debited and despite several emails and messages, I only receive payment reminders and reminders from Holmes Place, without anyone from Holmes Place helping to clarify the matter. I'll probably have to hire a lawyer.

I would like to give zero points. I was in the branch on Hermannplatz and it was completely dirty. The women's saunas have not been working for weeks. There was a smell of urine in the hallway to the swimming pool. The desired concept can be seen, but unfortunately there is a lack of maintenance. Not good value for money. Every city pool is better maintained. A real shame.

The sauna area was originally supposed to be closed until mid-October. Now in mid-February it is still closed. Once the area in front of it was renovated, it took much longer than expected. The small shower downstairs in the spa area has been broken again and again for years. Up in the changing area there are always defects in the building technology and the cupboards, failures in the ventilation system. They just haven't been able to keep up with the technical building equipment in this shop for years!!! Maybe a few staff changes at management level would bring a breath of fresh air...

The gym itself is good with all equipment, sauna and pool. Unfortunately one of the staff members called Ragi was extremely rude with me and yelling loud “You must go now!” at me in front of other staff after I shared about incident that happened in a women’s locker room - someone took my bag out of my locker and I was stressed about it. I am still recovering from that situation and suggest Holmes place does not hire people with psychological problems as they can be dangerous to customers.

Dear Holmes Place team, In general I find the gym well equipped and clean, additional squat racks would be great to improve the training experience. It can be very busy at peak times, which should be taken into account. But that's within reason. I particularly like the spa area, which is very beautiful and well maintained. For me, this is actually the main reason why I am a customer of yours. After the renovation, this area was improved even further, which I really appreciate. However, I would like to express my annoyance at the recently introduced "Ladies Night", where the entire spa area is only allowed to be used by women. I don't think this basic rule is okay and see it as an insult to other paying guests, regardless of their gender or gender identity. A simple and possible solution would be to reserve the easily separated renovated area exclusively for women on Thursday evenings, while the other spa areas remain accessible to all guests. I can absolutely understand such a time-limited “Ladies Night” in a certain area, but please not in the entire spa area. I would like to urge you to reconsider and adapt this policy to ensure an equal and pleasant experience for all guests. Basically, I am very satisfied with the gym and would like to rate it 4-5 stars.

One star rating for the blatant discrepancy between membership fees and gym equipment, cleanliness and general maintenance. This gym pretends to be a premium facility while the machines are mediocre at best. Repairs often take months so that sections of the gym and the spa are closed. Cleanliness is a problem. Soap is frequently missing, many sinks are not in working order. It is preposterous to charge fees that are roughly 400 % higher than those of other local gyms with better infrastructure.

I would never recommend to sign a contract on this club. I closed a 12 months membership in February 2020 with the clear brief that I don’t want an automatic renewal (specifically canceling it per email in the right time and terms). They confirmed my contract cancellation however, they kept booking the monthly fee from my bank account (400€) when trying to solve this issue: - no answer per email or phone - had to go to the club personally and I got as an answer „this is our mistake but we don’t know when are you getting your refund, as you know the pandemic affected our finances and we don’t have money to pay you back, this might take months“. To summarize: - I paid through the pandemic even when the gym wasn’t opened - I cancelled my contract on time and they kept booking for 4 Additional months - they don’t have a proper customer service - stay away from this club! Unprofessional and scam

I used to really like this club, but it’s in a really bad state at the moment. A section of the training floor is closed off, seemingly for renovations but with no sign explaining what’s going on. As a result, the equipment is all crammed together. A lot of the equipment was also out of order today. The spa area is great but at any time at least one of the saunas is not working. The basins in the men’s locker room were also filthy and one was completely blocked and filled with scummy water. The towels you get for €2 each are pretty threadbare and smell bad. Only highlight is that the staff are friendly and helpful.

Scam alert! Charging your account 8 months after you terminated your membership (and they confirmed the temination). Also sending you a notification about "restoring" your memebership from the no-reply@ email address without any phone number to call them and sort things out.

I joined a few weeks ago and couldn't be enjoying it more. Ragi who is a personal trainer there has made the experience incredible, he has an unbelievable amount of knowledge around the sport of bodybuilding has been giving me tips and helping me train every day at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

The smallest of all Holmes Place in Berlin, at least the training & work out area, the sauna area is the biggest one. Distribution is very bad, one has to cross the entrance reception area in a towel on their way from the changing rooms in order to go to the sauna. The same on the way back, all sweaty and wet. The changing rooms are often messy and untidy ( see pictures ). This branch is not your money’s worth.

I was there at 9pm on a weekday - overcrowded, very bad air, way too warm, changing rooms were very dirty, most hygiene stations were out of wipes, but no one seemed to care about cleaning the machines after use anyway. Some of the equipment seemed old. There was a sign on the women's showers that male workers could come in.... there I felt absolutely uncomfortable using the showers or women's sauna. For the club claiming to be a first class club, I felt very uncomfortable and preferred to shower at home. Only the spa area looked nice.

The gym is OK but doesn’t worth the high price of membership. First it’s general awkward, getting in and out is a long process. People are like going there to show up than working out. The gym itself, doesn’t have many mirrors or actual free training areas. Everything is too close to each other which feels weird too. End of hall area is mostly a male only area for weight lifting and dumbbells and feels awkward for women to do some weights there.

Great gym and sauna. The wellness area is always very clean and all the machines work. There is usually a trainer or two active on the floor. One of the guys, Javon, really helped me out with a few workouts and taught me a few new ones. Whenever he's there he always says hello and makes sure everything is on order. The other staff have been very helpful as well. Definitely recommend!

I am a regular at Holmes Place POP since long time now and I revised my previous review where I mostly complained about the studio and it's crowd. But now the improvements are really impressed me -- the new investments, better organisation, the team and mainly my incredible trainer convinced me, whom I have had the pleasure of doing trainings with for a while. My favourite trainer from the team, Ragi, is really a fitness maestro :). His expertise and passion for helping people is wonderful. His experience, knowledge of the human body and the personalised effective training technique ideas - even after decades of doing sports - gave me a full new way of trainings and he helps me achieving my goals. The studio offers bodyscan and eGym features as well that brings fitness to a playful scientific level (I love this "pac-man" style). This is a huge help in measuring our fitness health level and state. I already had bodyscans a couple of times lead by Ragi and the results are also obviously showing the progress and improved numbers. This Holmes Place is really a higher class studio with all these features and amazing that they have such dedicated and skilled professionals in the team. From now on I can already absolutely recommend this studio! And a huge shout-out to Ragi for making my fitness experience exceptional. Thank you!

I went as a guest and was very impressed by the excellent service, the clean, top-grade equipment, and the amazing spa. The air was fresh, the locker roooms were spotless, and the spa was roomy and calming. Staff was friendly and helpful. A really nice experience.

I've only joined a few weeks ago but am already having fun! Thanks to Ragi I got rid of a few old exercises, learned new ones and, most importantly, how to do them correctly! He explained in detail how to best train specific muscle groups, reviewed the posture and breathing. I highly recommend him!

As a sauna / relaxation space, it's very complete and comfortable, especially after the refurbishment. As a gym, it is not made for weightlifting - squat racks are too close to each other with no mirrors in front, bench presses are stacked against the wall so it's impossible to have a spotter, and free weight area is way too small. Can't recommend for serious weightlifting, though they've adapted to their demographic.

It’s the perfect combination of gym and wellness center. Equipped with state of the art machinery and plenty of free weights and other equipment that inspires really fun and innovative workouts. The sauna area is also superb, something definitely worth enjoying specially after an intense workout when your muscles feel activated. They even have a sauna master, which I have yet to experience, and still I thoroughly enjoy the space! I recently tried their yoga classes and fell in love with the space even more. Eva on Sunday is amazing, with her out of the box, a la crate intuitive flows. Lastly, their staff is extremely friendly and kind. The cherry on top to have a blissful experience from the moment you check in till you leave feeling fresh and accomplished 💪🏼 Oh and did I mentioned that their cafe serves delicious smoothies, and high quality bars. Haven’t tried the food yet, thou I’m sure it would be as wonderful as everything else offered 😊 Overall love this gym and enjoy working out so much more because of it 🙏🏼

I've been registered here for over a year now and have to praise the quality of the studio and also the chain. Each studio shines with its own special offers. The studio at Potsdamer Platz enchants you with its unique and probably the best spa area in Berlin. The Aspria can only keep up with this level. But with the daily infusions by the heart of the wellness area - Nina (forgive me Pawel), you get a vacation every day for the duration. The membership fee is definitely worth it here and all the employees are so helpful, competent and in a good mood that I really don't need to mention everyone by name here. However, when it comes to the contract, I have to highlight Fabian Fischer. He manages to act economically and at the same time in the interests of the customer in order to guarantee full customer satisfaction. I don't plan on ever changing this studio again. Unfortunately, I have to edit this review because I have had extremely bad experiences with extraordinary terminations at Holmes Place. I left the country to travel around the world. After three months abroad you are not legally obliged to continue paying the contract, but Holmes Place does not accept my receipts because I have to provide a permanent address. Just like when you go on a trip around the world. Even a sublease agreement for 3 months shouldn't be a receipt, nor should a one-way flight. I now have several friends with the same dilemma. I don't want to badmouth the studio, but the contracts and customer service! If you prefer to conclude your contracts through Urban Sports, then you are on the safe side! I wanted to register again as soon as I got back to Berlin anyway, but after this experience that was it.

Brand new machines and fully renovated spa area! Never too full and the staff take great care with customer requests and questions and are enthusiastic. The variety of classes are amazing! Aerial (zero gravity) yoga! There’s something for everyone here.

After my workout I like to chill out in the sauna and whirlpool. The massages and facial treatments are pure pampering and I always feel like I'm in wellness heaven here. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you are simply awesome!

Overpriced for the quality. Overall, it's a great place. Nicely decorated, smells good, funitures look nice. However, a few workout equipments are worn out, most showers are broken (or super cold) and there is no complementary beverages (like tea in the spa section). For 100 euro per month, it is not worth it.

I have to say, throughout my 24 years of existence I have lived around the world, and in every place (be New York, London, Moscow, Paris or Dubai) I swear to myself that I will change my perception to sport and working out. Well, solution was found it Berlin - personal trainer by the name of Ragi. Highly recommend: he pushes personal limits and does it in a way that you have no other way then doing it. I was visiting and my friend gifted me a day. The whole place was immaculate, great vibe. The staff were super nice, very attentive -- never felt like I needed to ask for anything. Definitely will go back when I return.

Ms. Reception insisted that I paid cash for the 1€ towel, another day she insisted credit card…shouldn’t it be up to the customer, sis? 2. Limited selection of machines, no sight of chest fly machine, ofc there’s alternative, but considering this is an “expensive” and “premium” gym. ;) 3. The weights are always misplaced all over the place, it takes you a while to find the desired plates. The etiquette is definitely lacking. 4. The shower gel runs out when you stay later than 9pm at the gym. Conclusion: This definitely is not Equinox, not even close to Fitness SF.

Nice stuff. Good equipment. BUUT..the showers are super dirty and mostly broken. Shower gels are always empty. Used towels laying around everywhere in the changing rooms. Sometimes the sauna and pool area stinks disgusting. It is not unusual that cabinets are broken up here by members and stuff get´s stolen. Not the kind of luxury sports club they promise to be or maybe where 10 years ago.

The staff is extremely rude here! Can't recommend this place and I have no desire to come back to Holme's Place again even still having my active membership. Holme's Place, please note that when a customer doesn't know something (my situation was that I came to the sauna wearing a swimsuit and a towel) it is not a reason to shout loudly at this customer and say GET OUT. This gym is misuseing Banking and Creditcard Information!!! Have been member for a long time, but SINCE YEARS allready FINISHED MY CONTRACT and not been there, contact custommer support multiple times, they STIILL try to CHARGE MY CREDITCARD and BANK ACCOUNT SEVERAL TIMES!!

No soap in the bathroom and reception is asking deposit for the key "occasionally", staff members are not friendly: making warnings with a bold voice tone. There are only one or two lat pulldown machines in the gym, which limits exercise capabilities, you might have to wait in queue sometimes, which causes you to lose focus/intensity faster

The sauna and pools make it a good deal for me. Great yoga instructors here. Staff has always been friendly. Glad I’ve never seen this rude ragi person. Sometimes the pool room has a very gross smell, hoping the renovations fix that.

Very nice atmosphere! Very cozy! Good and large selection of saunas... I like to spend my time here to really unwind. The sports area also offers enough space and a great selection of different equipment.

Holmes place at Potsdamer platz is perfect if you are looking for good sauna + gym experience. It also has a relaxing pool and super cozy relaxing area surrounding. Always had a great experience here. The facilities they provide are worth the price paid for sure.

Pleasant atmosphere, clean, many courses with registration. My favorite is the separate sauna room for women downstairs and the sauna in the women's locker room upstairs.

Luxury club? Cool lobby, but otherwise...no! The wellness area was closed for months and only a small sauna (without a shower!) was usable. It's not hygienic if you have to jump into the pool without showering. Always put-offs and canceled “openings”. What kind of management is this? In general, the showers are old and it really starts to stink in the evening, so I often just showered in my HOME. The training area is okay, but sorry, the standard is really higher now.

Changing my review from 3 to 4.5 stars, as the Holmes Place team is really trying to cater to everyone’s needs and I appreciates that they listened to my review. Trainers are excellent,always kind and take their time to explain or show some exercises, everyone speaks English and German, also like the classes there, especially Aerial Yoga! I still think the free weights area is small and it would be nice to have more equipment, as after work which is the busiest time you will have to wait to use your equipment as there is usually one duplicate of the equipment. Before joining the gym though, i would suggest coming here during the busiest time and see if you will like it as there are also people coming from Urban Sports Club and as I mentioned, it can be too crowded.

I registered 1 month ago for a 3 months membership and during my registration I wasn't informed that I could only access one gym among all Holmes Place in Berlin (the contract document was only in German) which was a bit disappointing as the membership is pricy for Berlin. Mostly, I had specifically asked during my registration if there were classes in English because I couldn't find this information online and was informed that there were classes in English and that a new schedule would be soon available on their website. A few days later I discovered the new schedule - only 3 classes were in English out of approx 80, which was extremely annoying. I then asked if I could cancel my registration but was told it was too late (even though I had registered only a few days ago). Apart from that the gym is OK - even though not very clean (there is dust on most training machines) and a lot of cardio training machines don't work properly. The spa is not so comfortable for women because mostly used by men, some of whom think it is the appropriate place to have insistent looks or start a conversation. --- The staff has stopped responding to my emails, terrible client service.

Maintenance is appalling here. Cleaning is superficial, there's water leaking all over the floor in one of the saunas, the floor in the weight area collapsed over a month ago and no work has been done on it, showers in the sauna have been out of commission for months. Not as good as everyone here describes it. YES - the reception and the central lobby are spacious. The fitness center offers various courses, infusions in the sauna, healthy drinks in the bar. BUT - not the same applies to the men's changing room. The lockers are quite small, the places in front of them very narrow and uncomfortable to change. Everything is so packed. The training room - or more precisely - the two corridors called the training room are narrow and poorly ventilated. Really nice place to go for a swim and sauna. However the showers aren't always super hot and the ones in the sauna area have a bit of a damp smell. It's a shame because it's such a nice area otherwise. It's also disappointing that Urban sports club members don't have the towel service included. However Really enjoy the aufguss and the smell and ambiance in the wood sauna. Nice spot to read and relax too.

As a member I see the quality dramatically reduced within 2 years of membership. Discontinued because I see no changes whatsoever that's more positive or exclusive as promised. Communication is always a pain - it always seems like information is always unclear.

Good place to work out and chill. Not crowded at all. Nice people. Cool staff. Javon and Ragi keep motivating me! One day I will be as strong as they are.

It used to my favorite place, but now most of the souna doesn’t work and they are renovating it for months, pool was out of access for several month as well

Lovely place! I visited Wellness & Spa on sunday. Nice ambient around the pool. Sound of waterfall made me so relaxed that i fall into sleep... There are two saunas open (steam and meditation saunas are still closed due to corona restrictions) and they are big and comfortable. In one sauna was intense aroma of wood, which i liked very much. What i liked the most is that everything was clean. Until 16:00 was not that much people around and after that it started to be a bit crowdy. However, it was a very good experience and i had a nice relaxing day ☺👌

Dear all, if you want to change your body, please go to "Ragi" :) Don't be shy, talk to him, he is a very professional and energetic trainer and is always helpful! I had my leg day with Ragi, he pushed me to the limit in different ways and I felt motivated during the whole training session. Training with him, you will learn a lot. Highly recommended :)

I enjoy being a member of this gym, I just wish they would get the sand out of the bottom of the pool, it's been there for months. I was told it's related to some maintenance or replacement filter and it would soon be removed by the filters, but it never is. Other than that the showers really need modernising. It's not cool having to press a button every 10 seconds in 2022. Get some sensors in there and let me wash in peace But it must be said the equipment is good, the pool area is really, really nice and I really do enjoy going here. Plus the staff are always very friendly.

Great spa and wellness area. Very solid workout area. Staff is very friendly. I also enjoy the yoga classes.

I love this gym. they have everything you need for a good workout and spa experience and even more :) Ragi, the personal trainer, made a perfect workout plan for me and is really taking care of you to succeed your goals. I can highly recommend!!!

Super recommend The gym is super spacious and the sauna area it’s amazing has three different saunas and a nice pool that unfortunately was closed on the day that I visited. There are different areas for exercising and at Saturday pick time was not full besides that the staff are very polite. I would definitely recommend

To me, service is everything. This location set the gym standards pretty high, but their receptionists did it even higher. Matt K. is one of them-working this holiday, morning time. He definitely made my day by not only remembering my asks but also remaining proactive. Matt K., the little thing you did today went a long way for me. Stay awesome. Frank!

One of the best wellness centre in Berlin. This is affordable as they accept several other apps like urban sports as well. I like the fact that the towel rental cost only 2 Euros, and I wish that they rent slippers as well. The day pass is a bit costly, I am not able to bring someone with me once in a while. The gym is good enough but smaller than other holmes places. The studios are big and have ample equipments. There is a nice cafe downstairs as well. The saunsa 'meisters' are really nice and they know what they are doing. Although, more is needed to be done to educate people to behave in the wellness area. There are a lot of inexperienced people coming here and they tend to ruin the experience for others as well.

I visited this venue at 12.02.2023. It was after 18:00. The staffs I met were not really friendly. I didn’t feel welcomed here. Especially a man worked at the reception desk. But those working-out equipments are pretty modern which is cool. There is a SMALL swimming pool which is not for swimmers.

Very nice gym! The workout area is well equipped. The saunas are great, whith 3 large saunas. Strongly recommended 👌

Very relaxing, renovated spa area. A lot of place to lay down and relax. 2 dry saunas and 1 steam sauna. Ice cube machine. Small pool, which is not cold. Gym area quite big as for Holmes Place, but some machines are broken (pull up machine). Staff is friendly. No water fountain in the spa area...

This place is cool and has a nice, relaxing pool. However, it can get crowded at times, so it's best to plan your visit accordingly. Despite that, it's still a great spot to unwind and enjoy a swim.

I've been visiting Holmes Place on Potsdamer Platz for over a year now. It's actually just gotten worse. No trainers on the surfaces to give tips or correct you if necessary. But what's really not possible with a "Premium Club" is that the wellness area has been being renovated for six months now, since the beginning of August. Since November at least two small, lukewarm saunas can be used. What is missing, however, is the shower facility. (The only shower in the basement does not function) Actually, everything should have been open again since December and there should be infusions again. Let's see how long it lasts.

I don't normally write reviews, but I couldn't hold back here. I'm writing in the hope that it will be taken seriously, although others have written enough about what's missing here. Some comments from years ago, for example about the showers, are still relevant. I moved here from FitX on Kudamm last year, even though it was very close to me. I thought it was worth driving here for a better gym. I end up paying 5x more for almost even worse performance. 1. Saunas. That was the main reason I switched to HP. Shortly after I became a member, they were closed for renovations. 3 months? I can wait, no problem. But then half a year and still not finished? 2. Opening hours. FitX was open 24 hours a day, no matter what day. Here they close at 9 p.m. on weekends and even earlier on public holidays. Can't the opening hours be extended at least until 11 p.m. on all days? 3. Shower. Half of them are simply defective. The quality of the shampoo isn't the best either. I don't use premium shampoo (normal head&shoulders), but here it's somehow worse. 4. Theft. My locker was broken into here once and my 11k watch was stolen. The locker was completely broken, wood everywhere. I don't know how no one heard or noticed. The receptionist had no idea either, but said that a report would be filed. By the way, that locker is still broken and I doubt the report was even filed. I wasn't told anything about it either, but I'm no longer interested and didn't have the time or desire for it. It could also be that it was a collaboration. My subscription is still running, but I rarely come anymore. Now I'm being charged 130 euros instead of 100, I haven't received any emails about this either, well, my subscription won't be renewed later if things continue like this. If this locker hasn't been repaired by today, you know how much the people in charge of this branch don't care.

WARNING. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. UPDATE. I'm a professional athlete and a member in many different gyms across the world. HAVE NEVER CAME ACROSS SUCH A RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. WHILE READING REVIEW ON HERE I CAN SEE THERE OTHER MEMBERS WHO EXPERIENCED RUDE BEHAVIOUR FROM THE STAFF MEMBERS. In their reply below they lie, I bet it's the same person who was rude to me replying as "an owner . Anyone can tell their reply is a lie. So because I was so "rude" he didn't have a name tag like he was supposed to? Lol Not only he's rude but also he's not smart enough to come up with a descent lie. That's just sad. I'm just gonna assume he wasn't feeling well. What a joke . Lol. Came in to find out about the membership on October 11. My appointment with the membership advisor was for the evening time. He refused to introduce himself, didn't have a name tag on, in about 5 minutes of our conversation he told me that he doesn't really care if I join, because he gets paid anyway and I better be rely nice to him if I want him to give me the membership info. Obviously, I got up and left. For my money I can get any membership I want. That's just to put it out there for people to save time and go somewhere they can be respected as customers and for the owners to know that they have someone on staff who doesn't really care if they make money as long as he gets his pay check. Bottom line invest in a good gym where you and your money will be respected. Avoid THIS HORRIBLE RUDE STAFF.

Holmes place is one of my favorite studios! Especially the one at potsdamer platz. The place is beautiful and whatever your fitness or wellness heart needs you will find it there. The Team is friendly and always eager to help. I can really recommend it :)
