By
far
one
of
the
best
gyms
in
Berlin.
Definitely
much
better
than
all
the
expensive
competitors
in
the
area.
Pros:
Different
types
of
contracts.
I
love
the
monthly
basis
contract.
Excellent
location
with
stunning
views
over
Stegliz.
Opened
24
hours!
Very
friendly
staff.
Large,
bright,
spacious
gym,
with
different
areas
to
work
out;
ladies
only,
free
weights,
cardio,
Calisthenics,
stretching,
etc.
The
largest
and
best
equipped
female
only
area.
It's
really
impressive.
Now
with
the
new
hip
thrust
and
small
squatt
device,
it's
just
perfect!
The
atmosphere
is
really
nice
and
very
respectful.
Even
at
the
free
weight
area,
that
tends
to
be
a
bit
more
male
dominated,
you
feel
very
comfortable
and
not
stared
at
as
a
female.
The
hygiene
is
always
on
point.
The
whole
place
is
immaculately
clean
and
tidy.
Extensively
equipped.
I
rarely
ever
had
to
wait
for
a
machine.
All
machines
are
well
kept
and
working.
You
can
see
management
is
doing
a
good
job
with
the
maintainance..
The
sauna
and
chill
out
room
are
to
die
for.
**
Several
people
complain
about
temperature
here;
too
hot/too
cold
instead
of
talking
to
the
staff
about
it.
If
you
feel
too
hot,
just
ask
the
staff
to
open
the
windows.
They're
always
happy
to
help.
It's
impossible
to
please
everyone
as
far
as
temperature.
Cons:
Not
a
con,
just
a
personal
struggle;
Matrix
machines
are
not
the
best
if
you're
a
small
female,
as
handles
are
large
for
small
hands
and
certain
machines
are
not
easy
to
adapt
if
you
have
short
legs
(like
leg
extension
and
leg
curl
machine).
TecnoGym
or
LifeFitness
&
HammerStengh
are
definitely
superior
in
the
sense
that
they
adapt
much
better
to
every
body
type.
All
in
all
a
fantastic
gym.
