The Good: Central location with low traffic and free devices most of the time. The Bad: Dirty, floor barely cleaned and without a mat, hands and clothes quickly get dirty. Never showered in the studio because it's too disgusting... Small selection of equipment, which is also very old and often out of service... The UGLY: Due to incompetence and negligence on the part of the employee and/or the owner, or interpreted dishonesty, my customer contract has not yet been upheld by the studio: an extra fee is booked regardless of the discount written on the contract. Contract extended without notice, even though the confirmation of termination contradicts it... When I asked the questions to the employee, I didn't get a direct answer. The main thing is that they don't give any money back. You can simply ignore the agreed contract terms as long as you don't have to issue a repayment... As a "compromise", despite the repayment, the boss gave you 2 extra months of training time. Well, of course the 2 months cost the boss A LOT... ;) PS: I have only seen the FTX logo on TRX volumes here. Questionable, right? PPS: Since the boss replied to my comment, I can validate and add a few more points: 1. The impertinence is validated by Chef's comment. He doesn't want to recognize that he wants to comply with the contractual clauses. Nevertheless, he owes everyone to “subsequent new conditions”. The truth is, there is no new condition to be added, only the original condition to be adhered to... 2. The management does not have the courage to accept responsibility. It would be as easy to blame “hostility towards employees” as to reflect on it. I have an argument with the employee, yes, of course, because the employee was informed of the inevitable answer from the boss. I am totally against the actions of management, nothing against the personnel.

Really great gym, was well looked after. €15 a session. It’s got everything you’d expect from a fully equipped gym.

Disgusting gym with the worst customer service I’ve seen in Germany. The floor is covered in a layer of dust, it’s small in comparison to other clever fit chains I’ve been to and when I had to leave the gym I was told I couldn’t despite the fact I was leaving the country. When I left Bad Kreuznach clever fit my flight was more than ample information. Disgusting service, disgustingly dirty gym. Never again

SCARY! Be careful, really threatening! And absolutely disgraceful. The employee (short, southern with a beard, I won't write my name here) won't let me into the studio with the argument that I have to prove that I haven't been to this studio 4 times this month. It's better to avoid this employee (or better yet, the entire studio). About the studio itself: I was in the studio the day before, equipment was extremely old and run down. Dirty atmosphere, bad air. I'm wondering how you can become a member of the store anyway. Only the employee (tall and blonde) was totally okay. But that's not the problem. But this employee today! Scary!! And by the way, an absolute breach of contract, actually a case for a lawyer. And dangerously aggressive and threatening behavior. Absolutely scary!

Would have giving them 0 if possible. And, i tried to talk to the worker there but the treatment they presented towards me is awful. The story began with me going in there not sure if i should sign. The seller convinced me that its good and they offer flavoured water and sauna so i eventually signed. Next day im about to use the water and it does not work. Apperently its not included in my contract and after unnessasry conversation with a one guy he ended up giving me the option to get flavorued water. Ps, this is something every gym gives without a conversation. Then they wanted to interrogate me and scheadule a phone call with the manager. I told them, hello, we are talking about water. Not a free massage for life here. So they ended it after a... conversation. I ended my contract because i was about to move to another place and ofc i do not want to use the same gym again. But thing happened and i asked if i could just continue the membership. i Cancelled 4 days agoo and today i went there so there is time. Well, as complicated as this people who work there they couldnt and i needed to sign another membership. And for the new membership the flavour water is not included. Even tho everything is the same. Same contract everything the same. And the girl there said she need to check it for january because water is expensive and special. I was like, seriusly. its water. Are you joking? She answered: No water is the most important thing and special thing in life. without water all of us will die. And im standing there and cannot understand if this is a joke or not. I asked, are serius here? She was like yes, its water its expensive. And im standing there, as a customer who just signed there again and are speachless. So, as manager working there if you read this. Is this seriusly how you want to treat your paying customers? and PS, my membership is the most expensive sinse i pay 29.90 and not 20 euro per month. So its up to you who reads this on what you do with this information. For me this is aweful and i wouldnt recommend this gym to people who appreciate a little piece of service. Also what this lady did and this is an update that happened after the "water is the most important thing in life situation: She notice that i did not have a towel with me to the gym, so instead of coming forward and informing me that, she blockes my possiblity to enter the gym so next time im trying to get in it does not work and the person in the reception tell me that. Horrible place. I had a problem with my daughter's membership, so I called. The employees tell you they can't help; you can only write to the email address, which never gets answered. You ask for a call back, you never get one. Just avoid this place.

I do not recommend this gym, because the employees have no interest in the customer. In January, I went to the fitness center to pay an employee directly, Chesh activated my bracelet. and after that in February I actually received an email that I would have to pay in January😁. I wrote them an email, no one answers, specifying that I have also moved from Berlin, no one answers the email. In March they send me another email that I have. for payment I sent proof that I live in France. Now I received another email that I have to pay 450e. My opinion is that they want to extract money from customers. it's a scam and a shame in 2023 that they ignore you so they can send you that you have to pay.

I've signed a cancelation letter for my contract which extended for 6 months by the contract clause. "Sure, it's legal", but they continue to charge me after it as well.

I am experienced in training and have just moved to Berlin and was looking for a fitness studio in the neighborhood. I had arranged a trial session online. However, there was no warning there that during a trial training session you were only allowed to look around for 30 minutes and not train properly. It's important to me that all devices work well and I didn't have a chance to try out my most important ones in peace. That's why driving there, having a quick look and being annoyed and then driving home again cost me an hour of my life. I think this should be handled more transparently. It's not a trial training session but a free tour. I think that's something different. Very unfortunate. Unfortunately, the equipment was relatively poor and the devices squeaked.

Although they have a good location, their customer experience is horrible, nothing is clear, their staff communication skills are poor, and their emails are confusing and rude. No wonder why it's empty most of the time.

I love this gym! I feel so fortunate to have found it so close to my hotel. The equipment is excellent. In my gym in San Francisco, the machines are as close as possible the together. At this gym, there is ample space and it gives one a spacious feeling. I love that their windows all around. I never saw it busy.

Favourite gym EVER! You have everything you might need; especially a staff that welcomes you like family, who gives special training advice in private if asked. Location is perfectly close to the metro as well. You don't have to wait in line for equipment, it is always a chill environment. Cleaner than any other gym i visited, don't believe smear campaigns!

Ich habe mich Anfang Januar 2023 in diesem Fitnessstudio in Charlottenburg erst einmal mit einem monatlich kündbaren Vertrag probeweise angemeldet. Die zentrale Lage, die sauberen Räumlichkeiten, modernen und vielen Geräte, gute Stimmung und die sowohl freundliche, hilfsbereite als auch kompetente Belegschaft haben mich überzeugt einen Jahresvertrag gestern abzuschließen. Ich finde es lediglich schade, dass meine Mitgliedschaft standortgebunden ist und andere Studios von clever fit lediglich limitiert genutzt werden können.

Great gym with lots of machines and other workout stuff. Nice shower. Drinks provided. Friendly staff and helpful.

The gym itself makes a good impression on my first visit. What really bothered me was that training wasn't possible despite telephone arrangements because I didn't have my membership wristband with me. I was assured a week in advance that I could be found in the system as an active member and that it would still be possible because I could train 4 times a month somewhere other than the local CleverFit. That was of course very annoying because I relied on it.

I don't go to the Charlottenburg branch often, but when I was there I was treated in an absolutely friendly and courteous manner by the staff. There's nothing to complain about here. The cleanliness in the changing rooms, including the toilets and showers, was also exemplary. Unfortunately, the training area is not necessarily set up to the latest standards. That's not a must, but even then it bothered me a bit. The free weight area (especially the dumbbell area) could use a little more organization and love. All in all, definitely solid, but not top notch either. Nevertheless, you can still complete your training well here.

I'm having problems. I never went to the gym, I never signed up at reception, and they still charged me until today, now I have a debt of 214 euros without knowing I had it. I want to cancel and they don't respond to my email to cancel. I'm no longer in Berlin, I can't go in person, how do I cancel?

Unfortunately the staff at this studio are rude. The parking lot is not conveniently located; when we called, the staff did not want to help, moreover, they said that they did not know where the parking lot was. Minus 4.00 euros, spoiled mood, and half an hour of wasted time looking for a hall. There is nothing Clever in this room.

I've been going to this gym for about 2 years and I'm absolutely satisfied. The devices completely meet my needs and I can exploit my full potential. If you need help, you can always rely on the trainers on site. I found the management of the studio in particular to be extremely competent and always friendly. The studio also always looks clean and tidy, which is always pretty important to me personally. I feel in good hands, never anywhere else again.

Really good location. Quite central. They have a variety of different equipment and machines. Although a lot of them are broken or uncomfortable to use. They are very clean and it’s mostly quite empty there. Really enjoyed the experience.

I've been there for just one training to try it out. The staff was pretty cool, welcoming and helpful. The equipment is basic, but probably good enough for average size people. Showers (men) were clean, but I'm sure it smelled like mold. Not for me.

I did a test training here last week. I'm new to sports and am looking for a suitable gym. The young trainer was nice and explained to me where everything was. However, I had the feeling that the gym was very full and unfortunately not 100% tidy. The showers were clean. I still won't register here because it's too crowded for me and I don't like the environment. I'll keep looking around but the gym is still ok

The studio is one of the best in Berlin, very well equipped. The staff are super nice and are always there to provide precise advice and support. I give an extra 5 stars for the locations of the cross trainer machines, so you can enjoy the beautiful view of Joachimsthaler Straße while training and another 5 for the cleanliness. In summary, small and fine 😊
