This place is the worst. I tried to cancel my membership and it was not possible, then I tried to transfer my membership to my partner (who wants to go to a gym and this place is close) - we went there 4x and everytime we were told to wait and come again bc of some excuse and some other excuse. Finally we got an email from them saying that we can come by and simply fill out a form which then would conclude the transfer the membership from me to my partner. We went there again (with that email!) and were told again by the woman working the reception that she does not know how and needs to ask her boss, but he is not around. She was also not able to say when to come again so that we can finally get it resolved. I don‘t recommend singing anything with this gym, you will never get out of it again and the level of incompetence that their staff is displaying is beyond my ability to describe. Really a shame.

Good gym. Staff behaves well and speaks English also. Not overcrowded. Locker is available but lock has to be brought by us if a regular user.

Myself and my spouse joined the membership. When we request for cancellation due to relocation the direct debit was not stopped for more than 6 months and still we are paying the subscription even we requested for cancellation. Such as non responsive firm and i lost everymonth50 euros to this pandemic situation.

This gym is very good at being rude to customer. I was yell at in front of people because I forgot to wear the mask when I exited the bathroom. People make mistakes, but you don't have to publicly humiliate me.

You didn't hear the shot. One-month membership, which many of my friends actually want because they are only in Berlin for a limited time, for €47.90 + €79.80 one-time registration fee. So I have to pay almost €150 if I want to slide around on your old cushions for a month. I'm speechless

The registration fee of at least 60 euros seems unreasonably high and could deter potential members from registering directly via Cleverfit. Although the gym's facilities are satisfactory, there is room for improvement in the equipment and amenities, especially considering the cost.

It's great when you're told by an employee (when asked!) that your contract has been terminated, that you don't have to do anything anymore, but that it still continues and instead of €22, an impressive €53 is debited... as well as in the following month . Clever Fit stands for competence and transparency, that's for sure! Reply to reaction: I did but was just fobbed off with an apology. From successful entrepreneur to company: constructive problem solving results in long-term customer satisfaction, but lazy excuses and half-hearted apologies don't get anyone anywhere... including you.

I’m feeling here like a second home! Very nice and comfortable place to workout Sometimes the people who comes there to workout, doesn’t put the weights in its Place and you have to go around the gym to find it out.

I was recommended this gym by a local friend. CleverFit is a clean, friendly gym with all the equipment I could need. Not too busy in peak times either. The staff were very helpful when I arrived (added bonus of speaking english as I know very little German). Cant recommend the gym enough!

Clever fit has been a great gym for me. I am always able to get on equipment and have plenty of space to train. The machines work fine and are hardly out of order. Ive never had any issues with the staff as some other reviews read.

Going there on a regular basis. A lot of different equipment for any need, and friendly atmosphere within the gym. Staff of 3: two very nice ladies and a rude guy who doesn’t know how to talk to customers - wondering how he was hired for a customer facing job.

This is really not a good studio! The devices are old, worn out and some of them don't work properly. In addition, there are hardly any weight plates... if there are several people training, things can get tight. The free weight area is far too small, so people pile up there. And the studio doesn't score any plus points when it comes to cleanliness either. It looks completely dirty here... I don't even want to talk about the toilet! The only plus point would be the air conditioning if it wasn't set to what feels like 16 degrees. Once and never again... better find a decent studio.

They systematically rip off their customers. I registered there last year and found it expensive for such a small, old studio without the possibility of courses or anything like that. When I asked, the employees on site assured me again that I would not have to pay any more than the €29.90 and the super expensive initial fee, which was also €60 or more. Then 2 months later they write that the monthly payment increases by €7 per month and you agree by logging in to the studio with the bracelet as normal. Now, without ever having received a reminder, I receive a debt collection letter with over €50 extra as reminder fees and they contact me via SMS - how dubious can something be. Sorry, but this is worse than in the movie. HANDS OFF!

Has all the basic gym equipment. Really friendly and cool atmosphere, ideal for morning training. Quite clean, in general high hygiene standards. Free parking lot for two hours is very convenient.

Nice small fitness studio. The staff is friendly and ready to instruct. It doesn’t get super full and it’s reasonably clean. You need a lock for the locker, but you can also rent one for 50 cents.

Small but nice gym. The interior design is something from yesterday. But I like going there because it's never full. A treadmill has been broken for several weeks. Maybe it's time to fix it?

Great and not so big fitness studio with everything you need! The staff is very friendly and is always able to help. They also have a flat rate for energy drinks and the equipments are always clean and working :)

Great Gym. I go more often than ever because it’s super quick to go in, drop your stuff in the locker and get going. It’s never too packed and the staff ist always friendly. Bonus: I shazamed a few nice songs from here due to their varied mixes they are playing

I always like going here, the studio is clear and you feel comfortable while training. The trainers are all super nice & helpful and try everything to make the customers comfortable! 5 Stars :)

I loved it because it has some old school vibe, the staff was polite ( rare for Berlin) it had really nice devices and nice extras like the solarium and the massage room and I felt relief from stress there than in the regular big fitness studios . Big thump up the chill music in the changing rooms

Really cool gym! The machines are diverse and easy to use and come with instructions on how to exercise your muscles. Also, the staff is very nice and super helpful. About the place: is large, clean, very bright and has AC!!!!!Lockers are available as well. I really like coming here!

The staff are very helpful and friendly, and you pretty much have everything you need for all workouts. Right now, it’s also not crowded due to Covid 19 restrictions (one needs a negative test, proof of having had the disease in the last 6 months or a vaccination pass), but I’m sure once that’s over it will definitely get very crowded during peak hours. Luckily it’s open until 23:00 during the week so if you want to have more of the place to yourself you can do that.

I have urban sports club and live around 25 mins away from this gym but all the staff are so nice and the atmosphere is always good that I have become a regular. It’s never that busy and everyone is helpful and super chill. 10/10 would defo recc- also no gym bro’s which is a major plus 💕

I was there as a schoolboy, later as a student, since 2016. Simply because it was cheap. I thought to myself. But in the end you mostly experience unfriendliness, incompetence and problems with communication. As a student you are mercilessly exploited there. Additional costs for administration and bracelet (which makes absolutely no sense there as you can just walk through) or even if you forgot your lock or bracelet you paid €1 for it. But the best thing is the “membership contracts”. I should provide proof every year that I am a student. Annually... with semester certificates... absolutely makes sense, but if you don't hand in the proof before the new annual contract begins, you have to pay the full fee, even though the old semester is still active and the new one hasn't started yet (and you... is officially a student) and you therefore have no proof. But no one there is interested in that and if you try to solve this problem and eliminate errors there, you will fall on deaf ears and you will only get contact with them and the head office when account access is blocked and of course their methods are correct and it is as usual on me again. Simply CLEVER Edit1: Ultimately, Clever Fit tried to enforce their claims without admitting their mistakes by hiring a debt collection company. The only way I could prevent this was to hire a lawyer and after they received a letter from my lawyer they suddenly gave up. What they did to me was not legitimate and legal. Edit2: Hello Mr. Owner, It's a shame that I somehow can't answer your answer myself, so I'll have to do it this way. Your insight comes quite late and in the end I'll be more likely to believe you when you finally call your lawyers or the debt collectors who have been appointed over and over again. It's getting really annoying. LG And it is also unfair to others if you constantly delete my opinion and honest review about your service and store. If you want to be publicly rated on Google, you also have to deal with unpleasant criticism.

I’ve been to many gyms around the world, so I’m able to make a fair comparison. Clever Fit is a good, spacious, clean gym. It has most of the equipment as well as free weights to complete a workout. Most of all, the staff are friendly, approachable, as well as helpful. Highly recommend!
