No one is working in accounting. No one is responsible, but they are expert in taking your money without you consent. It's been 2weeks & no one is reachable. Is everyone at fitbox pay that much? I was told/agreed 47€ for only a month.

Surprisingly, after over two months, I received an email asking about my whereabouts and telling me that my account has an open contract for €300. After I responded, there was no further communication for over six months. Suddenly I received a debt collection letter for €1300, without any prior notice or explanation from the gym. This approach is extremely unprofessional and unfair. I not only feel cheated, but also treated unfairly. The lack of communication and the sudden escalation to a debt collection process are unacceptable. I will certainly not recommend this gym and will share my experiences with others.
