    Rob is a really great and professional personal trainer. I've used his services for a few months now and have started seeing positive changes. He listens closely to your goals and adjusts the training and nutrition as needed to make sure your body and health is progressing in a healthy way. He is also flexible in scheduling and a great communicator! If you're looking for a new way to get into shape then Rob is your trainer!

    Robert was recommended to me by a good friend who has been training with him for years and I am just thrilled. As a bartender, I often have to work late into the evening or all night long. That's why I usually don't have the time and often the desire for regular training in a studio. Luckily that's no longer a problem because Robert trains me at home. In my opinion, he has created a really varied and very effective training course and always manages to motivate me to improve my performance. Anyone who is looking for a trainer who is professionally first-class and, above all, very pleasant to work with, is definitely in good hands with Robert.

    Really a great, skillful and educated trainer. During training he always informed about the process, which muscle groups are working etc. Very knowledgeable about nutrition as well.     Ich hatte viele Jahre mit Beschwerden an der Hüfte, Taubheit im Bein und Schmerzen in der Schulter zu kämpfen. Nach einigen Wochen sind die Schmerzen schon weniger geworden und nach einigen Monaten teilweise sogar komplett verschwunden. Hab einiges an Ärzten und Alternativen zur Linderung der Schmerzen in den letzten Jahren ausprobiert. Nichts hat langfristig geholfen. Bin so froh euch gefunden zu haben!
