Best boot camp I've ever done and Lydia is an incredibly good trainer who does the whole thing with a lot of passion and fun. She also pays close attention to ensuring that the exercises are carried out cleanly, which I think is great because most people do the exercises incorrectly and are surprised later about the pain.

The sports field is nice and quiet and secluded. The view of the television tower is unique. It's simply the best place for a challenging bootcamp training with the one and only Lydia!
