One of my favourite parks in Berlin! Its location is great, very close to Potsdamer Platz. There are couple U/S-Bahn stations around, made it easy to reach. It is a huge park, great for training, jogging or just have a walk. The park also offers different playgrounds, basketball/football fields, skateboarding, ping-pong tables, a sand volleyball field, cafés, a beerhouse and many more to be discovered. This is a perfect place to hang out with friends or family at the weekend or after work.

You can find paths for the bikes, rollers or skating, plenty of grass where people are doing different activities (yoga, basketball, music or just sitting / laying down) could have more trees.

What a creative and sensible repurposing of train yards. This place is always buzzing with the super cool Berliners. Not as welcoming as temple Hoff, but worth a visit. So many different spaces: glens, forests, open fields, beaches, playgrounds, and lots of places to sit. There's nothing square about this park.

Our kids (11 & 9) loved the playgrounds and trampolines. My wife and I could sit back, relax and enjoy our tea and coffee in a nice green setting with the yellow trains in the background. We'll be back!

A nice park in Kreuzberg. Good size, there's a skate park, a dog park, a brewery and restaurant. Lots of open space too.

Originally our idea was to walk through the park to a nice Greek restaurant. However, the park changed our minds. On our way we saw multiple baby rabbits, epic. And it was like a message from above because all of a sudden a massive rainfall started. This forced us to go to the bar in the center of the Park where we enjoyed some real German beers. I would definitely recommend to go here, if it's on your route to another place.

While this was a great place for kids with lots of playgrounds and things to do there is one huge issue: Because everything is in a straight line, bicycles and e-scooters fly through the area unchecked. There needs to be a better separation between areas for kids and through traffic or it's only a matter of time before the serious injuries start piling up. So, if one decides to bring their young children, hold them close to you and watch out for entitled bicycle riders and novice e-scooter navigators.

A vast open area and park in the heart of Berlin near the happening area of Potsdammer Platz. A perfect place for kids and families as there is a nice spielplatz with slides, swings and trampolines. On a good weather day one can see a lot of families with kids enjoying with their picnic basket.
