Horrible experience, I used self checkouts and tapped my card and walked away thinking I had paid but actually my card declined. So when I got to the escalator out of the shop the alarms went off, I was compliant and happy to show the security my bag, and realised I never got a reciept. So when I went back to grab it I saw I didn’t pay for the items and paid, but then the security intimidated me and forced me into the back of the shop and held me there after repeatedly telling me I was a thief and not listening to me telling them it was a genuine mistake. I would give 0 stars for how unprofessionally it was handled. Included is a photo of the security who tried to intimidate me.

People are amazing here! Special thanks to Anton who patiently took care of my bike and my problems. I do not speak German so he spoke with me in English, I had lots of issues with my account/email and he was super patient and kind. They fixed my bike within a day which was super quick as I know and saw how busy they are. Decathlon is so lucky to have such amazing personnel. I was a bit upset about how my bike got in this condition and came a bit angry to Decathlon but thanks to these amazing people and especially Anton I left happy and Decathlon remains a very good company in my mind!

I was there with my husband to buy tent and some other stuff related to campaign. One of the staff member called Michal was so helpful and kind. He helped us to find perfect tent for us plus he guided us to set the tent and explain everything. Clean place with lots of variety. We will definitely gonna go again.

Das finde ich sehr peinlich für mich und gleichzeitig unzuverlässig als Kunde, wenn man gar nicht weiß, ob die Kasse alles erfasst hat - so werde ich mir mehrfach überlegen, ob ich noch mal dort einkaufe!!!!
