A proper strength (contrary to many other places in Germany which are basically milk with a bit of coffee). Also, great sandwiches in a croissant bread. Decor: a minimalist but cute. Nice little American-ish cafe right off of Bergmannstraße. There's only a couple of seats inside so not super cozy but the service is very friendly and the coffee was good. If you get a cold brew, it's a Berlin cold brew -- not an American one! But still well prepared and enjoyable. Overall a good stop, but if you want to hang out for a while, check out some of the other more lounge-y cafes around the area.

My absolute favourite coffee place in Berlin. I lived not too far from here, and would walk in the mornings to get my coffee. The lady at the counter was very friendly and nice to talk to. Also helpful as I would try to order in German but it’s not my native language. The coffee was always excellent. She took the time to make it well every single time. It never felt rushed. This place also has the best croissants and pain-au-chocolats that I’ve had in Berlin.
