I’m in love with the White hot chocolate from here. Also the Cinnamon rolls are awesome. There are couple of seats inside (around 12-14) so in the weekends or in the peaks you gonna have problems for space. But the view to the Brandenburger Tor is awesome.

The food and the hot chocolate were delicious. But the place is not so good and the service was even worse. There was only one table available with a sofa next to it but the table was full of cups. There was also another bar but it had no chair. I asked for a chair, the waitress said no. I kindly asked to clean the table so I could use it, she also refused. The food/drinks could be great and all but I find the experience very important. I was here to have breakfast while watching the Brandenburg gate and all I could see was the wall and a table full of dirty cups. 👎 I don't think I'll be coming back.

Ich empfehle diesen Ort nicht. 1. Das Personal ist unhöflich. Während ich in der Schlange stand, unterhielten sich das Personal an der Kasse miteinander. Ich habe gegrüßt, aber es gab keine Reaktion, sie sprechen einfach weiter. 2. Ich habe einen kalten Filterkaffee bestellt, bekam aber heißen Kaffee. Dann haben sie ihn umgetauscht, aber der Kaffee schmeckt wie Wasser. 3. Die Toilette ist sehr schmutzig, die Seife ist mit Wasser verdünnt. Das ist trotz der Tatsache, dass man für die Toilette zahlen muss. 4. Der Preis entspricht nicht der Qualität.

Unbreathable atmosphere, was really hard to even get to the queue to order. This place isn't arranged in a way that can serve crowded places. I gave up ordering and went to a nice cafe on the opposite road, which was a lot more welcoming despite not having cool Starbucks logos on the windows.

This Starbucks is pretty good and in a very convenient spot when visiting one of the top attractions [Brandenburg Gate]. The Starbucks is pretty small however, and is always very busy with a long queue. The coffee here is decent.

In view of the Brandenburg gate. But when I tried to cross the gate some guy said: “остановись прямо там, ты не можешь пересечь” or something while waving his gun in my face. How rude, I thought. So I hopped in my Trabant and drove to this Starbucks for a well deserved “кофе” from a fellow comrade. Those westerners think they’re better than us.

Nice place to grab a bite or breakfast with coffee Staff are pros and quick too There are vegan options also.

Terrible service :( Those guys making drinks do not care about service at all. The cups were sticky because they spilled every drink.

Service was horrible. Arrogant servant is not friendly and not doing his job properly. While serving he is also constantly drinking. I trust other servants are better but this was a bad Berlin experience.

Starbucks in Germany is not typical Starbucks in USA . The reward points also won’t work here ( it should be German only ) Surprisingly chai tea latte (hot ) tastes so good when compared to USA . Ps : there won’t be any breakfast menu like what you see in US .

A Starbucks right next to Brandenburger Gate - I loved it and got to try a Pumpkin Spice latte for the first time!

Not many other coffee shops in the area. Just as you would expect from Starbucks. Staff are nice and multi lingual. There are toilets for 50 cents. During the day can be very busy.

Schöner Starbucks in einer tollen Lage direkt beim Brandenburger Tor. Service Personal dort ist freundlich. Der Kaffee wie gewohnt gut. Einzig die Toiletten lassen vom Funktionsumfang und von der Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig.

The location is good anything else is below average The girl who is delivering the orders has the lowest voice I ever experienced They need to give more care about cleaning

The zitronankuche was very nice. Drink was ok but not amazing. Toilets were very dirty, even though you have to pay extra to use them.

It's small and has limited seating inside.The service was satisfactory. Because it's close to a popular tourist destination, it's usually crowded.I had a toffee nut coffee latte, and it was delicious.

I ordered a flat white for 5,40€ It was more like a cappuccino, the should know the difference. It was way too hot and lid was already on top. Trying to save at least a little bit of plastic when I can that was not necessary. Maybe it was due to the art of the barista. Would not go there again for this price.

Great quick service! It can get very busy in here but as someone who used to work in a coffee shop the staff here are super quick and make excellent coffee and smoothies! Thank you to all the staff here from 10/09/2023 onwards. Every Starbucks in Berlin I have been to has been Wunderbar! 😎

Although it's just a Starbucks, this particular location boasts an exceptional view of the Brandenburg Gate. The space is quite roomy, with many tables both inside and outside providing a breathtaking vantage point of the Gate.

Quite overcrowded but if you manage to find a seat then surely you will enjoy your coffee with perfect view of Brandenburg Tor.

Caramel Macchiato is as always delicious. The staffs are friendly and English speaking. A good place to buy souvenirs.

I was traveling from the US and thinking Starbucks would bring the same hospitality and welcoming attitude to Germany, on the night of 11/20/2023 I ordered some drink and when I about to leave, I asked for the bathroom, one of the staff would like to share but when he looked at the other (maybe his team leader) he shook his head. It’s funny and disappointing at the same time with these young folks and good job Starbucks on hiring them.
