Es ist die Überheblichkeit und Unwissenheit der Jugend hinter dem Tresen: "Hier kann man nur mit Karte bezahlen". Ich habe mir den dezenten Hinweis verkniffen zu erwähnen, daß nur Bargeld das einzige, gesetzliche Zahlungsmittel in Deutschland ist. Ich ging davon aus, daß die junge Dame hinter dem Tresen meinungsstark, faktenschwach und möglicherweise auch nicht satisfaktionsfähig ist, weswegen ich auch nicht gefragt habe, ob ich in Bitcoins bezahlen könnte. Der Americano war gut, das Ambiente akzeptabel und die Gäste alle hipp. Mein Fazit: Wer die Bargeldabschaffung als Gefahr für die persönliche Freiheit versteht, der meidet Läden in denen nur Kartenzahlung akzeptiert wird. Ich werde mir eine Alternative in Berlin Mitte suchen. Danke für diese Lektion.

the almond blondie is really nice, the quality of the coffee is great, the vibe of the place really encourages you to get some work done, the staff is friendly and they have good wifi. no complaints.

This coffee shop lies in a main corner building between several Tram stations and subway station Rosenthaler Platz - thus, it is located at a bustling location. Besides coffee and other beverages, they offer snacks, including a couple of vegan options. I got the vegan soft serve when I visited in the summer. Coffee and soft serve were just ok. The café is large but also well-known and easily accessible, so it is usually crowded inside.

Great place to work/study from, they give you an access for the wifi for an hour, so if you're planning to stay all day you can buy a 10 hour access for the wifi for 18€ and you can buy with that amount as well, so that was more convenient for me

Super cool interior design, laptop- friendly coworking space. I’ll give 4 stars if the coffee isn’t overpriced with small portion and quite bad quality. The new iced cappuccino is too sour as normal cappuccino, cold brew is tasteless. I decided to go there just to have a new place to work so I didn’t expect to a good coffee cup but I have to say that I was disappointed after paying and drinking something like coffee flavored water. Prices are around 4€.

Perfect place for coworking! 👩‍💻💖 The cafe had many different food and beverages 🫶🏼 in general quite pricey tho! The Cafe has a huge upstairs seating area with plenty of seating options and plugs 🔌 for working! The working atmosphere was great and they had free WiFi too! 💘I had a really good experience and can definitely recommend for studying or working in Berlin 👩‍💻❤️

i really liked it! it’s a super cute place to do some work at. would definitely recommend looking for an empty space before ordering, possibly one with a charging outlet. there’s a lot of people most of the time so good luck :>>

I waited over 30 minutes for a coffee and a piece of cake despite things being slow. Most of the seats are taken up by people working on their laptops, so even though the place is huge there's hardly a place to sit down. So even though my order was very tasty the overall experience was poor.

Well, it was a very beautiful place to work. Overpriced coffee, like on an airplane, but (!) the atmosphere is just great. Loved it… Now there is a WiFi voucher for an hour. A pity. Hope they are going to change that. Until then - cafe-place next door, or door after that.

Excellent service! Fast and helpful with a big smile. Great coffee and nice seats by the big windows. And if you ask you can have a type of freddo espresso!

What a great experience. The barista was so kind. The place is set up so that I could feel comfortable getting things done for longer periods of time with power. I bet this is great for co-working. Lots of space both upstairs and down.

The place is full of people working on computers. The coffee was average for Berlin, the brownies were good. Ideal for working, nice to sit outside in summer and look around.

Eliel was incredibly nice to our group today!! We had a book club meeting in the cafe and he didn't just get us the best table and make us delicious drinks, he also took photos and a video of us and was so charming and nice. Love this place and we'll definitely come back, thanks so much!!!

Great place for working or studying; basically, very laptop friendly. The athmosphere is great but it’s very hard to find a place in the afternoon so it’s better to come early and spend the whole day there. The staff are nice. The prices, as expected from the are it is in, are pretty high. The sandwich was good but the coffees were very disappointing. Filter coffee had a very sour taste and got cold within a minute. I didn’t like the flat white either. But for it’s atmosphere, I would go again.

Went here during the evening for a DJ set and tried to order a beer alongside my friend. Instead, the tap ran out splashing foam everywhere and it took them over 15 minutes to set up the tap again. When the bartender filled it up our beers, he only did so halfway with the rest of the glass being foam, and ignored us when we asked to get our full glass worth. On top of that, the beer tasted horrible and was warm. Absolutely terrible experience- there are way better bars/clubs/cafes in the area.

Never had a hashbrown in a bread. I found it bland. The menu for this croque did not include onions as an ingredient and was ordered by our friend who cannot have onions. Small issue but she could not eat. Small table so had to drink our coffee fast to make room for the hashbrown. At the time ordering we were prompted to pay tip by card PRIOR to the service and finishing of the food. This is not how tipping works. It's rude. Positives: excellent coffee and cappuccinos! Super. Another plus was the (very) small pickle salad which came on the side of the sad potato and cheese sandwich. Waitress was friendly and prompt although could've used a lil help as it was quite busy.

Good coffee and it is remote work friendly! If you are looking for a cofffeshop with WiFi where you can do some work, St. Oberholz is the place. Tried the filter and The Oberholz - which is oat foam ices cappuccino - and definitely recommend both! Especially the second one is pretty unique and tasty.

I can't say there was anything special about the place. I wasn't there to study or work, just to relax and have my morning coffee. I ordered double espresso with cold milk on the side, but it was good, really good, so I came back the next day. If it's close to your accommodation and you don't want anything posh, just to enjoy your morning espresso and some people-watching, I can recommend it. :)

Not for the coffee, neither for the croissants. Come here just for the vibe and to focus work. Great wifi, good atmosphere, cool window and clean toilets. I worked in the AM and left for lunch. As a visitor from French side of Switzerland, the croissants couldn’t make the cut, but hey that isn’t not why you should be here. You must be here, and find your reason.

You must, must go here! Their coffee and cocktails are incredible, & their oatly (vegan) affogato is to die for. We came every day during our trip. The building is magnificent but sitting outside and people watching is the best. The staff are amazing too. We loved the coffee so much that we bought a bag to take home. We’ll miss this place so much.

Nettes Kaffee am Rosenthaler Platz. Der Kaffee (Filterkaffee) wurde aus einer Thermoskanne eingeschenkt und war wie gewohnt von Filterkaffe einfach gut. Die zweite Etage wird viel von Leuten die am Computer remote arbeiten genutzt - das Ambiente ist entsprechend.

Love the vibe! The staff is always warm and welcoming. Great place to work from, if you can find a spot, since it's almost always quite busy. The wifi works great and there are charging points everywhere. But a little too crowded and noisy imo for a meeting, but great for reading or working by yourself.

Coffee was delicious and the service very attentive, friendly and welcoming 😊. The interior is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend!

The manager servers are very disinterested and unfriendly but the other ones are much nicer. The cafe is meant for working but they play music very loudly which is hard to work over. I was already disappointed when they kicked me out of the upstairs during a productive work session and couldn’t find a seat downstairs, forcing me to go home after 15 minutes in the cafe. Now they make you pay for ONE hour of wifi which only makes a worse to business model. I suggest they change something.

Winner of slowest service competition, if there was one. Staff are incapable of taking orders and preparing stuff, even though there are three guys behind the bar. 11 people have been queuing while I am writing this. One person has been served since I have been standing and this is 7 minutes. Please spare the experience unless you need free WiFi in the area. One star for the view to the street and one for the WiFi. Yawn.

I like the coffee there and overall the team is nice but this is always very lengthy and there’s been repeated confusion and errors while serving / preparing the orders. The food is OK but a little pricey compared to what you can get in the area. The atmosphere is great and the location is very nice!

Very good coffee, and the sandwiches were good, too. Slightly on the pricier side, but I find their charging system very effective and hassle-free. I'm definitely coming back :)

It's a place for working . And does its job very nicely. The drinks are really good and the cakes very nice. People are helpful and knowledgeable and the rest of the guests ... Well ... Are as you, they just wanna work....

Great place to have good (way above average) coffee and to work. I spent 4-5 days here working. The staff is very nice and helpful. Arrive early if you want a good spot to work, gets crowded easily.

Upstairs view is great and nice atmosphere since everyone is working. However they play music which is not really quiet in labeled work area (how about playing it only downstairs?). The round table wobbles and prices should be reported as a robbery. Plus the insulation isn’t great so bring warm clothes
