Es gibt Bereiche die wie ein Zauberwald wirken und das mitten in der Stadt. Mir gefällt es dort.

Schöner, großteils naturbelassener, weil Landschftsschutz gestellter, auch für Berliner Verhältnisse, großer Park. Besonders gefällt mir die Idee die letzte Berliner Wanderdüne wieder zu beleben. Ich denke nur wenige, selbst Bewohner des Bezirks Wedding wissen, dass dort in den Berliner Gründerjahren zig tausende Kubikmeter Sand für den Mörtel der vielen Ziegelbauten während des Baubooms abgebaggert wurden. Wenn ich den Teufelsberg besuche, denke ich immer daran, dass er vermutlich 50 m flacher wäre ohne den Sand aus den Rehbergen. Ein Sternchen fehlt leider. Die wilden Müllkippen an den Straßen an den Rändern des Parks. Ich werde das nie verstehen, warum Leute den Müll, den sie schon im Auto haben dort ausladen anstatt beim Recyclinghof. Wir entdecken das Freibad Plötzensee, den Rathenaubrunnen, eine Rodelbahn, den Möwensee und das Restaurant Schatulle ( mit Berliner Gerichten, Kohlrouladen für 9.50 Euro ). Die Größe des Landschaftspark mit 74 ha überrascht uns. Der Ort ist für Menschen, die Berlin einmal abseits von aufgehübscht kennen lernen wollen. Rehberge hätte viel Potential.
