Sehr leckere Drinks und der wirklich interessantes Salat, den ich jemals gegessen habe. Richtige Geschmacksvielfalt statt immer diese Explosionen. Nudelgerichte durch die Bank weg einfach herrlich, Nachtisch sehr lecker und ein richtig schöner Garten.

Went there today. Asked them if we could sit outside as there were lots of free tables outside but she refused us. Then we asked if we could see the menu and she very unprofessionally and unnecessarily bursted out at us and made us feel quite weird and said this is not a self-service restaurant. “Sit there and she will bring the menu. You can not see the menu here” In the end we just left considering her unfriendliness and unprofessional behaviour. I guess the girl there needs to work on her customer service. Wont recommend eating or drinking there except a walk in the garden.

This place is just amazing. The kind of cool Environment and food they serve. I just like it and would want to visit again and again.

Today, I walked into this cafe to ask for a piece of tissue paper. However, I was shocked to encounter the most rude and ignorant waitress in the Milky Way. After kindly asking, she told me to leave the premises in a disheartening tone, alarming me, and the customers eating behind me. Politeness is free and seems like I should have requested for that before a mere piece of tissue. This opened my eyes and I hope my comment will open yours.

Einfach phantastisch! Dieses Café würde ich gern in meine Heimatstadt beamen. Engagiertes, gut gelauntes junges Team. Inspirierte, köstliche Gerichte. Hinter dem Café werden Gemüse und Kräuter angebaut und "verkocht". Wunderbar und besonders in dieser Kombination. Besser geht's kaum.

What I really love is finding interesting, unique places with real, tasty food! For example, yesterday I visited the beautiful @Cafe Botanico in Neukölln. This is a small cozy restaurant with a wonderful garden with herbs - more than 100 types -, vegetables and fruits that chef cook Octavio uses in the kitchen with italian elements. Martin (owner and ideological inspirer) decided 2013 to realize his idea with a garden where the plants grow as naturally as possible, "like in the forest" and you will be able to use greens during the whole year. The guests can take a walk in the garden, see how different plants grow and also have an inspiring talk with Martin. The restaurant's menu is small, seasonal, using herbs from the garden. We tried wild herbs salad (5 €), delicious bruschetta with baked vegetables (7 €) and vegan risotto with roots and orange. They also have homemade pasta - for example with batarda (14 €). The menu includes some desserts and delicious teas (3 €), wine, several cocktails and of course coffee (1.5 € for espresso) #happyfood_travel highly recommended this place as one of the most cozy in Berlin. Ideal for a quiet romantic dinner, a cup of coffee or tea in the garden.

Hidden Gem, as hidden as they can get. Nicest service I experienced for a long time, especially in Berlin - no pretentiousness, just nice and genuine. Food as fresh, seasonal and also regional as it can get. Atmosphere is like someone invited you over to a nice evening in his/her garden. Unique experience, not many of these places exist. 5 stars from me.

Ein italienisches Restaurant in einem Garten, wo viele Sachen aus dem Garten stimmen. Die Asparagus waren ausverkauft (14 Euro) dann haben wir den großen Wildgartensalat (12 Euro) genommen und er war sehr interessant und sehr frisch. Danach haben wir eine Pasta mit Kartoffeln und Bohnen (16 Euro) und Past mit geräuchertem Thunfisch (22 Euro) genommen. Sie waren gut aber nicht so mega-ausgezeichnet und etwas überteuert für die kleine Größe. Allerdings sie sind alle frisch. Sitzen draußen ist sehr schön obwohl wir einen Tisch bekommen, der auf dem etwas steilen Weg war und daher war der Tisch auch steil und nicht stabil und meine Freundin saß höher als ich. Wir haben auch ein Gin Kräuter Smash (9 Euro, sehr lecker) und eine Karaffe Hausgemachte Limonade (6 Euro für 0,5 Liter, war relativ geschmacklos). Alles zusammen kam auf 60 Euro vor Trinkgeld. Die Kellnerin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Man konnte leider nur bar zahlen wegen Probleme mit dem Kartenlesegerät. Wir werden zurückkommen. Nicht jede Woche aber ab und zu ist es gut. Man kann auch den Garten hinten besuchen.

Unfortunatelly another hip- place in Berlin. Its well done presented for the great luck of the wonderful garden and biological philosophy. At the end actully another Berlin typical marketing how to sell yourself well for less. Unfriendly unprofessionally stuff. Far away from good gastro experience in its whole package.

I have been invited to celebrate a wedding in this place and i really had a great time in here. A garden in the heart of Berlin where you can see fruits and veggies and have the pleasure to eat them. The Italian chefs and the atmosphere is something very nice and calm. Highly recommended

Beautiful restaurant with a nice permaculture garden project in the backyard. The staff is super! I can completely recommend the kitchen- here is cooking with an real Italien soul behind the oven! You can watch them preparing all the fresh and healthy food! Thanks a lot! We will definitely come back again!

Super gemütliches Restaurant. Alle haben sich bemüht, damit wir auch ohne Reservierung noch einen Platz bekommen. Sehr leckere und raffinierte Gerichte. Ausgezeichnete vegane Vor- und Hauptspeise sowie veganes Dessert.

The food was very tasty and fresh. The portions, however, were really small (at least the vegetarian/vegan options). We also hoped to see at least one more vegan option for the main dish. Looking forward to coming here in summer to see the garden.

Food was freshly made you could taste all the flavours. Sadly couldn’t finish it all as I was stuffed. Right place to start a night in Neukolln. Compliments to the chef and attentive waitresses

Great place, lovely atmosphere, very accommodating (we arrived with 3 small children without a reservation). Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, food was excellent. There was an excellent guitarist providing some great music.

we shared the sourdough and olive oil. i had the vegan main dish (culurgiones su crema vegana di limoni di amalfi) and the vegan dessert. it was amazing.

Backyard was amazing with the greenest garden! Both starters and main courses were delicious 🤤 Especially we loved fried calamari balls and ossobuco risotto which was the specialty for the day. After dinner we enjoyed the garden behind with our drinks

Tucked away gem in Berlin! Amazing fresh food from their own garden, the berlin area and other initiatives they help support. The food is amazing and the staff friendly. If you like good food this is the place to go!

The place is very nice and cosy! I like the philosophy of seasonal cooking. The products they offer as starters are good, the cheeses in particular! The first courses are not exactly conventional. For example the risotto with plenty of broth, or in the pasta with walnut pesto the marked use of spices such as cloves that envelop and cover every other flavour. Beautiful, reminiscent of Christmas and Christmas markets, if you like spices. The open kitchen is nice. I suppose it is a slow food restaurant; although a few tables were occupied, we waited two hours unfortunately we didn't know.

The food is delicious and really fresh. However the portions are so small I had to have a second dinner after! (after having a starter and a main at Botanico). So wouldn't advise coming here if you're hungry...

Nice atmosphere but the menu that they had when I visited was very limited on options if you don’t want to eat pasta or meat that night, the food is well cooked but small portions for the price. Cute but kind of disappointing.

The atmosphere, food and customer service here is amazing. One of the most delicious meals I’ve had in a long time! plus the staff ain’t half bad to look at ;)

Nice place with beautiful garden in the back. Staff was nice. Food was nothing special (presented as Italian Berliner food but I found it a bit mediocre) and a lil bit overpriced.

Delicious organic food and wine, in season harvest comes from their own permaculture garden connected to the restaurant. Place is small (in winter) so you would want to make a reservation in advance. Friendly people.

Really excellent food, quality ingredients and you can taste the dedication of the chefs. I can’t wait to introduce this restaurant to other people.
