My class went on a trip to Berlin, and ended up staying at this hotel. The first thing that meets us is grumpy workers who does not speak English. We eventually get to the rooms, and there is a layer of dust covering all the desks and windowsills. The dust is pretty bad, but the worst is yet to come. The walls, and even the roof is covered with dirty foot- and handprints, and some of the sheets even have bloodstains on them. In an attempt at getting a break from the nasty rooms, we go down eat some food. The expectations were low, but they still managed to disappoint. Some dry and bland schnitzels and rice that were hard to get down even on an empty stomach. There was pretty much only one positive thing about this hotel; getting out of there. Unless you want a realistic and creepy place to host a Halloween party, I see absolutely no reason to go there.

Three classes from our school stayed at this hotel from 10/10 - 14/10 2022 on our school trip to Berlin. Where should I begin... The room my friend and I stayed in was dirty, it looked like the floor hadn't been cleaned (we looked under the beds and that was disgusting) and our mattresses were stained. There weren't any blinds or curtains on the window, and besides that, the window was covered in weird stickers. The doorframe of the bathroom had parts of it ripped away, and there was like a burn mark on the floor. The walls had weird stains, which I assume was grease and other nasty things. I woke up with a bite mark from an insect, so there might be bed bugs as well... Additionally, there was a literal hole in the wall. The shower was one of the worst showers I've ever used, because the water pressure was so low that it was almost useless. There was also no ventilation. Three people from our class even had to change rooms because the floor in their first room was tilting and the room was really unsanitary. The hotel also had badly isolated walls, which was annoying as you could hear everything going on outside the room. The breakfast felt incomplete. It was basically just two kinds of bread, juice in plastic glasses, eggs and yoghurt. There was coffee as well, but then you had to ask for help and the person who handled the coffee machine didn't speak English. The only good thing about the hotel was its location, as it's close to the U-Bahn station. To summarize: Unhygienic rooms with stained mattresses, no curtains and potential bed bugs. Poor breakfast. The hotel shouldn't have a British profile when some of the staff don't even speak English. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE!

Die Zimmer sind einfach nur mies und versüfft. Alles ist kaputt und von der Sauberkeit brauchen wir gar nicht erst reden. Beim absolut minderwertigen Frühstück kommt man sich vor wie im Gefängnis. Wenn man sich was wegholen will unbedingt buchen. Nächstes mal schlafe ich lieber unter der Brücke. Da ist die Gesellschaft wenigstens netter.

Wir kommen nach einer langen Fahrt an und wollten endlich uns ein bisschen ausruhen. An der Rezeption war direkt eine unfreundliche Dame. Unser Badezimmer wurde nie sauber gemacht, alte Handtücher wurden nie mitgenommen und wir hatten die ganze Zeit die gleiche Bettwäsche es wurde nie gewechselt. Das Buffet wurde auf den Bildern für richtig viel verkauft aber als wir das erste mal zum frühstücken runter kam hat es uns richtig enttäuscht Es wurde fast nichts angeboten und die Eier waren sehr schlecht und das Personal war dort ebenfalls sehr unfreundlich.Man wurde für blöd verkauft weil man nicht mal mehr seinen eigenen Kaffee einfüllen durfte Null zu empfehlen!!!

The Queens Park Hotel has an Old Soul. It has that Classic customer feel. The Location is easy to find on the navigator, it has a drive through to the parking and enough parking spaces. The rooms are clean but I was more turned by their showers because their drainage system doesn´t work well. We even had to buy a product to help with quicker Drainage. And another factor was the unavailability of a Microwave. Because it is a self service set up. We had bought food from a Restaurant around so that we can later enjoy dinner with drink unfortunately, there was no warming system. But the bed white linen is clean, their bed are intact and comfortable. They offer clean white Towels .

Ein Stern ist schon zu viel, das Zimmer war kalt neben dem Bett stand eine Halbe Küche ohne Zubehör. Das Bad war nicht sehr einladend die Dusche war ungepflegt, man konnte den Rost sehr gut erkennen. Am ersten Abend kam direkt ein Trupp vom SEK Berlin sie suchten jemanden, man fühlt sich dort nicht sicher, sofort ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Well, it's dated... And would need a coat of paint for sure, but nevertheless, room was clean. Breakfast choice was basic, but catered for most I would say

Berlin is cool and my idea perfekt.

Please note that I was bitten by bed bugs several times. I asked for a refund when I tried to cancel early but this was refused. I had numerous bites.

Das ist das schlechteste hotel was ich jemals in Deutschland gefunden habe. Die Beleuchtung war kaputt, die matratzen sowas von durchgelesen. In der Mitte waren es keine 2 cm dicke mehr. Diese liegen auf einer Spanplatte. Die Wände sind mehr als siffig,. Das schlimme war dann das Badezimmer. Sowas von ekelhaft kann man garnicht mehr beschreiben. Ich habe diese 1 Nacht in Klamotten versucht zu schlafen. Duschen war vom ekelgrad garnicht erst möglich. Normalerweise gehört sowas sofort geschlossen. Nie wieder

Das Hotel wurde für 2 Nächte gebucht. Ein Einzelzimmer im 3. Stock, leider kein Fahrstuhl, 1 Doppelzimmer im 1.Stock. Die Zimmer machen den Eindruck einer schlechten Jugendherberge. Im Doppelzimmer ein Bett und ein Sofa mit der Liegefläche eines Gummibetts. Für die zweite Nacht haben wir eigenständig eine Matratze aus dem Einzelzimmer für das Sofa geholt. Ein Service für diese Tätigkeit war auch auf Nachfrage nicht verfügbar. Einzig positiv ist die Lage.

In Anbetracht des günstigsten Preises und dass wir eine Unterkunft für lediglich eine Nacht suchten, haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Hatten auch gut den Vergleich, da ich für mich und meine jüngsten, sowie für meine 2 fast Volljährigen, 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht hatte. Die Bitte, beide Zimmer wenn möglich nebeneinander zu haben, wurde vollstens erfüllt und hat wunderbar geklappt. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt an der Straße und war schön ruhig. Parkplätze waren direkt vor der Türe und zu meiner Überraschung kostenfrei (Laut Booking eigentlich 10€/Tag). Dickes fettes +! Das Frühstück war auch in Anbetracht des Preises in Ordnung. Es fehlte an nichts, wirkte auch liebevoll hergerichtet, man darf aber wegen des Preises auch nicht eine riesen große Auswahl erwarten. Das war alles Top! Allerdings: Die Matratzen der Doppelbetten komplett durchgelegen und minderwertige Qualität bei beiden Zimmern. Man lag praktisch auf einem Brett, welches den Lattenrost ersetzte! Und das Zimmer meiner älteren stank ganz fürchterlich nach Zigarettenrauch, aus dem Bad kommend zusätzlich ging dort im Bad die Lüftung nicht immer an. Diese 2 Punkte sind absolute "No goes"deshalb kommen wir nicht mehr

Cannot recommend. No customer service at all. Don't speak English. Worst part is that upon checkout they charged EUR100 for a stained wall. Apparently the wall was dirty, well guess what - it's a budget accommodation, sure they don't look brand new. They took advantage of inexperienced teenagers and ripped them off. The stains - which they were unable to show - could have been from anyone who stayed there previously. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.

Quite a disappointment. First problem we had at the beginning - nobody at the reception desk was speaking English, the communication was challenging. Despite our problems with understanding a lady speaking German, she was rude and not willing to cooperate. Rooms were clean (bathroom was also tidy end well equipped), but the dining area was a disaster. To eat a breakfast we had to wait for almost 15 minutes, also variety of food was modest. I don't recommend this place.

In room 112 there are lots of cockroaches i killed like 30 of them

Choose other hotel! Destroyed my London experience We were having a late check in which I am announce ahead (even they have 24h reception). When we arrived nobody was available. Computers on, private information expose, baggage secure room with suitcases open. We were calling, making noises to create attention. After one and half hour we wanted to leave because was almost 2a.m. and we were tired. Receptionist appeared without excuse and no interest to be polite. When I started to complain he even used inappropriate language. He told me I can complain to the hotel manager next morning. Manager was all my stay at the hotel gone so I wrote him long email with my bad experience. Until now I do not have any answer!!! Shame on this behaving to guests!!!

Wi-Fi is not really working. Breakfast boring. Prices was the cheapest I my best words. This is more like a motel.

It's the worse hotel i ever booked, the room so bad impossible to sleep, see the picture. Try to change room, receptionist don't want to help and she start to speak only in German. It feel rude and arrogant. I recommend to chose some other hotel

It is true that the hotel is simple, worn out and rooms are small, BUT you get what you have paid. I believe that this hotel is really good for the price they are charging. The receptionist was friendly, the checking in and out was simple and fast. No hidden fees (parking, WiFi , and breakfast was there and included in the price). The shower and toilet are working, though slightly worn out, there is hot and cold water. Oh, yes, there wasn't air conditioner, but the rooms and the communal areas are clean and the hall where breakfast is constantly maintained. The location is quite calm and safe and it is not far from restaurants, other eateries and large EDEKA shop.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! We were 9 person staying in 3 different rooms. Non of us would recommend the place at all. This hotel was the worst experience we have ever experienced. The worst part was the staff of the hotel. The staff were very very rude and shouted on many different guests during the check in and breakfast. Their is no service at all and the pictures of the hotel on reservations sites are not really the case and the prices are very high compared to the quality you get. The kitchen were always about to clean the coffee machines during the breakfast time (7-10) and hence long waiting time to get a very poor coffee. Our room could not be locked from inside and we had to sleep in a room that we were not feeling safe or welcomed. The hotel does not have elevator for the most of the rooms and hence a lots of stairs to climb with baggies. The stairs have not been changed or fixed so some of them were very slippery. The shower is very small and the drain was blocked so water couldn’t be emptied in bathroom. Water was dropping from the ceiling in one of the rooms and our friends had to change the room to a another one.

BAD SERVICE. The employee was very very RUDE and Disrespectful, Denied for me to wait an hour in the lobby said I should go and wait in the cold outside and walk around. The heater was not working, and the place was not that clean.

Breakfast is downsized but ok. They have parking for cars,vans or small lorry which is great. Extra plus.

Very basic hotel. Just bad and toilet in fact. But friendly staff, clean, good location near fair grounds, quite fine breakfast. For this location good price. If would be possible I could give 3 stars+

Das ist das weitaus schlechteste Hotel in dem ich war. Die Zimmer schmutzig, Schimmel im Bad, kaputte Stromanschlüsse, einfachste, alte Einrichtung ohne Komfort. Sehr hellhörig und man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht wohl. Das Frühstück miserabel, selbst der Kaffee war ekelhaft. Überhaupt nicht mit den Fotos auf den Seiten vergleichbar. Nie wieder.

Leider ein nicht zufriedenstellendes Hotel Folgendes: 1.) fehlende Sauberkeit - Boden wurde weder gestaubsaugt noch gewischt - im Badezimmer befand sich Schimmel - unter dem Bett wurde seit Jahren nicht sauber gemacht (es befanden sich sogar Essensreste unter dem Bett) - überall Staub - in den Nachttisch befanden sich verschimmelte Essensverpackungen mit Inhalt - Bett weist (evtl. Blutflecke) auf - Putzkräfte putzen Badezimmer mit den Handtüchern der Gäste - Möbel sind heruntergekommen - übler Gestank im Bad als auch im Zimmer - Wände sind extremst schmutzig sodass man sich unwohlfühlt wenn man irgendwas in dem Zimmer berührt - stark verkalkte Dusche mit stinkendem Abfluss 2.) Kommunikation - es wird mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen vor dem Hotel geworben -> bei der Ankunft hieß es dann pro Tag 10€ - am Anreisetag bekamen wir ein verdrecktes Zimmer (wie oben beschrieben) welches aber nicht mehr am selben Tag gereinigt werden konnte (so zu uns gesagt) uns wurde daher versprochen, dass wir am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer bekommen und mit der Managerin über das Thema Rückerstattung sprechen könnten. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns dann gesagt, dass das Hotel doch ausgebucht wäre und wir den Putzkräften sagen sollen wo sie genau putzen sollen. Jedoch hatten diese nichts für das Putzen des Bodens dabei. Bei dem Gespräch mit der Managerin wurde klar, dass die Kolleginnen davor unser Anliegen nichtmals notiert hatten oder weitergegeben hatten. Zudem zeigte die Managerin bei dem Gespräch wenig Einsicht und schien sich nicht wirklich für das Schimmelproblem zu interessieren. Auch Gespräche mit anderen Gästen zeigten, dass unser Zimmer kein Einzelfall wäre und es Zimmer mit noch mehr Schimmelbefall und Dreck gäbe. => das ganze hin und her mit den Angestellten/ Managerin war über die ganzen drei Tagen sehr mühselig, stressig und überfordernd Zusammenfassend: - kein angenehmer Aufenthalt - würde jedem davon abraten dort ein Zimmer zu buchen

The hotel was refreshingly cool and comfortable. The air conditioning system worked effectively, providing a pleasant and cool atmosphere throughout the premises, including the room. After a long day of activities, returning to the hotel felt like stepping into a cool oasis. It was a relaxing and refreshing experience, keeping me comfortable during my stay.

Dirty, old, rundown, disgusting room, curtains, bathroom, entrance, dining room, NO service - they couldn't care less which complain you wanted to express. The woman at the front desk just shrugged and continued texting Two separated 'beds' in each side of the room. One 'bed' was a poor old smelly very bad couch the other 'bed' was a low smelly and disgusting, with a dirty and nasty mattress. The shower head was old, scaled and dirty. The dining room: dirty cutlery and plates, cold eggs, dry rolls. And lots of refugees was living there, comming/going, children crying screaming running forth and back, slamming the doors, yelling all night long, loud music, people discussing. NOT a chance for any sleep in that place. The place is owned and run by russians. They hardly sent you a good morning, good day or hardly aknowledge you as a guest in their 'hotel'. It is an ancient hostel, worn out, dirty, the surroundings are boring, the smell inside is terrible. The interior is old, dirty and ugly. It looks like something they bought from a flea market. Pictures on various searches of the 'hotel' are a big lie and their dining room is not covered as nicely as shown in the pictures. Stay far away from this 'hotel'. Unfortunately I have to rate this one star to continue this complaint about the 'hotel'. If it were up to me, it would rate it with ZERO stars

VERY DISAPPOINTING😖 no one in the front desk speak English. When i asked for soap in the bathroom because it run out, when i asked for an electric fan because the room was too warm, you have to physically demonstrate what you need so they will understand a little bit. The shower room so small & elevated that you might slip. Not too tidy rooms. The staff are rude, arrogant & disrespectful especially to this person who shouted at us telling us to be quiet & move right away, not asking or requesting us to move & be quiet but shouting at us. We just had checked out & i had a baby with me. I’m still fixing the baby’s stuff on one side of the alley & parking lot outside the building when suddenly this man, a staff came out & shouted with his very arrogant words/improper actions. I Must say as a customer/client, we don’t deserve this kind of behaviour & he doesn’t deserve to work in this kind of business who are dealing with people. No matter how small or big the business, no matter how small or big the client, everyone deserves respect. I DO NOT DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE & I definitely recommend this staff to be reprimanded & teached how to deal with their clients. I am really disappointed
