Wir haben den Kindergeburtstag meines 13jähringen Sohnes dort gefeiert und waren mit 15 Personen am Start. Es waren noch weitere Spieler dabei, so dass die Arena gut gefüllt war. Es hat viel Spaß gemacht und war gut organisiert. Alle haben sich an die Regeln gehalten und es gab keine Konflikte. Die Arena ist abwechslungsreich gestaltet und ausreichend groß. Ist zu empfehlen!

Tolles nettes Team. Wir hatten den Geburtstag unserer Tochter (11) dort ermöglicht und waren von der guten Organisation und Klärung aller Fragen sehr zufrieden. Saubere und gelungene Anlage, die viel Spaß bereitet…es war sehr sehr spaßig 😁…wir kommen definitiv wieder 👍

Don't forget to bring a Clothes change It was pretty funny, we had the birthday pack, played for 1,5h multiple games with multiple outcomes so everyone could "win" based on the skills. Afterwards we were so tired that everyone went home though the plans were others Definitely recommend and kudos to the staff that was really helpful and friendly

Very nicely organized and we play 6 different mode in the laser game. The instructions were given in English and it was real fun going there and playing with the team. It is a very good place to organize team event. Drinks are very cheap, there is a locker system to use and some small games like ice hockey, mini golf etc which can be played.

It was fun, we Played 1.5h and were really exhausted. There were diffrent Games to play and the whole thing came with a friendly Service.

Very nice experience. Instructions are given in clear English and German, Q&A before the game and we were set in no time. The games were really cool, It’s hot even in the winter so I advise to play in a t-shirt (preferably black so you can hide in the dark) and bring an EXTRA t-shirt so you can change after the game!

The staff is very professional and patient with the kids, and the play area really is huge! I'm a teacher and have brought classes and my own kids there, and the kids have always had so much fun! I highly recommend Lasergame!

Was fun. We were 3 friends and like 7 randoms. As a team we were pretty good ;)

My friend wanted her goodbye party here and I was a bit skeptical about coming here since I thought it was just a kids activity. I remember playing laser tag when I was 12 or so. But boy was I wrong!! We had such an amazing time! We had so much fun and it was intense!! We were all sweating a lot in the end, so make sure to take at least a shirt to change into once you're finished. We played different modalities, my favorite one was all vs all in the dark, so much fun!

We had a great time. The location is easy to reach and super nicely decorated. The communication with the staff was smooth and the prices for the experience are more than adequate. I'll recommend it to friends!

Wir waren zum 11 Geburtstag unseres Sohnes da…gleich nach Betreten der Halle, leuchteten die Kinderaugen. Das Personal war ein lustiges und eingespieltes Team! Alles war super organisiert und alle hatte durchweg Spaß! Danke! Wir kommen wieder ☺️

Very enjoyable, worth the price. At the end you get super sweaty. Make sure to bring extra clothes.

It was fun, but very expensive. The prizes were boring and most games cost many credits. If there was a timed card instead of credits it would be a lot more fun instead of having to worry about how many credits you have.

Wir waren als Gruppe von 11 Personen zum Fun-Lasertag gekommen und wurden von dem sehr engagierten Mitarbeiter ausführlich und gut verständlich eingewiesen. Wir spielten eine Stunde in Vier Spiel-Modi, die auch stets variieren und der große Parcours bot ausreichend Spielraum und Abwechslung. Wir hatten eine Menge Spaß und können es kaum erwarten, bald wieder zu kommen!!

We celebrate 12th birthday of my son with his friends and they had so much fun! They were happy and tired after 1 hour only. I highly recommend this place.

Wir waren gestern für den Geburtstag meines Freundes da & es lief alles super. Ich habe war jetzt schon in einigen Hallen aber die ist vom Preis Leistungen Verhältnis unschlagbar. Wir waren zu 15 und es hat wirklich alles gepasst, jeder ist mit nem Lächeln nachhause. Der Service war sehr gut und sehr freundlich, man hat sich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Danke für alles 🙏🏾

Wir waren hier schon sehr oft und die Arena war immer perfekt für uns! Die Spielmodi waren sehr kreativ und die Preise sind im Vergleich zu anderen Lasertags eher billig und das Geld wert. Als wir jedoch nach ein paar Monaten Pause die Arena wieder besuchten bemerkten wir das die Arena sich verändert hat. Diese ist optisch auch gut jedoch wahr sie in unseren Augen schlechter als die alte deshalb ein Stern Abzug. Trotzdem das beste Lasertag in Berlin!

We made a booking online and they replied very quickly, we also modified it twice and everything went smoothly. Finally, we had a team event yesterday and had a great time! The whole staff is very friendly and always very willing to help. For all of us it was the first time we did Lasertag and we were very happy, we laughed a lot! It was a lot of fun! I highly recommend bringing a change shirt as they suggest on their website. I recommend it and would definitely do it again. Thank you very much for all the organization and for the nice time!

Schöne Anlage, gute Einweisung. Wir waren eine Stunde spielen. Der Kollege vor Ort hat uns schnell durch die Spiele geführt und selbst die letzten 5 Minuten für uns genutzt so dass wir viele Spiele in der Stunde machen konnten. Wir konnten verschiedene Modi durchspielen so dass jeder seinen Spaß und viel Abwechslung hatte. Weiter so.

Very nice place, we had an hour and a half of fun and we weren't done yet. The staff was very friendly and nice and the equipment was new. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I booked my son's birthday there and 3 weeks later, I still feel furious and humiliated about the staff rudeness. As I wasn't a player but just there to watch the kids, I didn't understand that I also needed to do a covid test. Even though I'm fully vaccinated with booster (and ok to wear the mask), I was denied access and had to stay outside as, according the young lady, "the rule is the rule". Fine...Suddenly, a young man goes out and tells me that "I'm allowed to quickly come in to pay". I guess the rule isn't the rule after all. As I was ready to stay outside for one hour (duration of game), a gamer got hurt, an ambulance had to be called and games postponed. To conclude, I had to wait outside for 2 hours outside and NO ONE ever proposed a chair or even a glass of water or hot drink. It's been a very long time I haven't felt treated in such a rude manner. I know that unfortunately businesses in Berlin have no clue how costumer service is, but that one was something.

Highly recommend! Everything was well organized and professional! The staff offered any support that was needed during the booking process and while we were there.

Definitely not the best lasergame I've been to, but not bad at all. The hall, that you play in is very big and fun to explore. It's quite cold tho, so I wouldn't recommend going with very light clothes. The ambience is the biggest reason that I'm only giving 3 stars. It just wasn't a happy or energetic atmosphere that made me want to play or anything like that. A little gloomy tho I can't pinpoint why.

Meine Grundschulklasse, ein sechster Jahrgang, war zum Schwarzlicht-Minigolf bei Lasergame Berlin. Bereits die Buchung gestaltete sich unkompliziert, transparent und zuverlässig. Im Rahmen des Besuchs war das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich, geduldig, zugewandt und professionell, selbst als einzelne Teams mal etwas lauter agierten. Die Kinder erhielten zunächst eine sehr kompetente und grundschulgerechte Einweisung in die Regeln und den Ablauf des Spiels. Die Bahnen sind ausgesprochen abwechslungsreich, ansprechend und liebevoll gestaltet mit interessanten und herausfordernden Spielmodi. Es war auch nicht überfüllt, sondern die Termine werden zeitlich gestaffelt vergeben, so dass die Teams ganz in Ruhe ihre Bahnen machen konnten und das Teambuilding in der Klasse gestärkt werden konnte. Meiner Klasse hat das farbenfroh leuchtende Ambiente mit den vielfältigen Lichteffekten, der liebevollen Raumgestaltung, Musik und Nebelmaschine super gefallen. Auch die Preise sind überaus fair gehalten. Der Besuch bei Ihnen wird den Schülerinnen und Schülern sicherlich noch lange in guter Erinnerung bleiben. Ein echter Geheimtipp! Vielen Dank nochmal an das Team für die tolle Gestaltung und macht unbedingt weiter so!!!
