Food was very unflavorful, the soup broth tasted like water and the ginger chicken dish was very plain and underwhelming. I was so disappointed because every table was full so we thought the food must be good, we were very wrong! On top of that the service was also so unfriendly. They couldn't even smile. There are so many good viernamese restaurants here in Berlin, I would never recommend this or go back here. Only plus was nice outdoor seating and relaxed area.

Ordered summer roll and pho, found the summer roll wrapping was a bit hard and chicken was a bit dry inside too. Pho was nice, it comes with all the edition herbs to add in.

very lecker and healthy ! these warm nourishing meals will make any sniffles go away. the menu offers a multitude of deliciousness and so so many vegan options. choosing one of the 76+ exquisite south vietnamese dishes, you can practice accepting the responsibility of a choice. we were not disappointed by the tastes of number 29 & 30, the many layers of the phở chay will truly surprise you. such large portions for such a fair price, what a deeeal !! if your sensitive tummy is full before you've finished, there is the friendly possibility to take home leftovers (free private delivery including dessert for sweet aliens who live in the neighborhood). the plastic walls around the tables prevent other guests from stealing your food and create a cozy bubble around you, so you won't get too overstimulated by the sounds of your neighbours' conversations. be careful not to lean on them though, they are about as stable as affordable housing in berlin. there are photographs of people on the wall – is it you, miss saigon ? if you take a closer look at the candles, you will discover a real ~highlight~ of this place. as ursula le guin writes in a wizard of earthsea, "to light a candle is to cast a shadow" and i am convinced that the one on our table has a secretly magical power. the yellow stars & ribbon around its glass were matching with my shirt, foreshadowing the color theme of this evening. yellow plastic flowers can be found in the bathroom as well as paintings of flowers on the walls 🏵 ohh how excited i am about spring !! my hoành thánh chay was served with the seasonal touch of wild garlic while a fir branch and colorful christmas lights were hanging over us from the ceiling. each dumpling was like a finely wrapped present of steamy treats that makes flavours sing in your mouth like birds on a sunny morning in april. good news for all the dog whisperers: pets are allowed here ! we didn't spot any furry friends during our stay, but saw a turtle hiding in the toilet – can you find it 🐢?

Always one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin. They have a big variety of dishes as well as vegetarian options. Their grilled duck marinated in fermented tofu is a bomb. Super tasty! However, I do find the duck a bit too salty to my taste. The dish also comes with a hot soup to warm you up. A lovely touch! Tried getting a bier but didn’t get any after ordering 2 times. The staff was friendly but seemed too busy to pay full attention. Hence, a 4-star.

Why not five for this authentic popular go to Vietnamese oasis? Because after ordering steamed bun and finding a stone in it, I was given a sad choice. And disappointing information. The Buns are homemade just not by Miss Saigon. They are outsourced. Then to boot,I was offered a dessert or drink of my choice. A cracked tooth was not worth the dessert so rather than no stars, I have them 3. For a middle of the road solution for bad experience. Food is good but as you can imagine, I won't be biting into this restaurants menu anytime soon.

The food is very good and you feel that they use quality ingredients. The recipes are light, balanced, tasty. Large portions and fair prices. The staff is something unique: the tables are served typically by three people. One is sunny, always smiling, very kind, transmits positivity. The other two are exactly the opposite: a single facial expression of stone, hardly any words, rude and grumpy ways, one is almost afraid to ask for something. They look like two people harboring some deep hatred. Yet, the final result is exceptional, it seems to attend a sitcom or a surreal episode, a theatrical performance. I love this place and I love the service, so unique that I almost suspect it is designed to have this contrast. And anyway, they are fast and professional, always perfect orders and I never had to ask for the same thing twice. Highly recommended!

Still going very strong at the reopening after lockdown. All round great experience including the warm service. Rotating lunch specials are delish and original. A staple, hands down my favorite Vietnamese in town.

The pho was quite delicious, they had all the sauces you can add do it and some sides to add, if you want. Both my friend and I decided on 5* rating. The outdoor seating was nice, service was good and prompt.

Lovely place, easy to find in a nice open square. The waitress was very sweet, speaking very good German and English. The food came impressively fast, and was very tasty. Mango/coco shake I highly recommend !! And lots of vegan options, which is a must for me.

Really enjoy their food and their fast service. The shared appetizer platter is my favorite dish. The food tends to be a bit like street vietnamese/fast food kind of place. Still delicious in my opinion.

The food was very bad. The menu is hard to navigate. Ordered a salad with chicken and shrimps. It was disgusting. Very fishy smell and dressing was non-existent. There are many better places in the neighborhood.

Nice medium sized Vietnamese restaurant with an elaborate menu (not only what you get everywhere, daily specials) and reasonable prices. Seems that salt is missing in every food but then they say that's typical for Vietnam - and there's soy sauce available. Really friendly service. Quite noticeable for Berlin! And a nice outdoor sitting area if the weather allows.

Tiny little vibrant place. They did their best to maximize the tables and it works! Don't come in the evening if your y looking for quiet though, it's quite loud! But I like it. And the food, oh the food... 🤤 One the best Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin.

Da me is awesome drink. The best made fried dumplings with soy sauce I have ever eaten.

  • 4/5 Antonio C. 10 months ago on Google
Very good food, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery although the restaurant was full. Also the portions are quite big, so you can get full with just one dish, the baked salmon was very well done, as well as the asparagus. The homemade drinks are super good (especially the artichokes ons). The staff is great and they speak perfect English and the prices are very decent. Definitely recommended.

The location and atmosphere is really good and the food was filling, especially for the price. We had some problems communicating in German and Vietnamese with the waitress (maybe she‘s new to the job) but she was very friendly nonetheless and made sure she got everything right. Good vegan options.

Reasonable prices for amazing Vietnamese food, fast service and charming terrace with little lights. Booking a table is recommended. The only complaint I have is that there were homeless people walking outside around the terrace.

Amazing place 8,5/10. Proper vietnamese food. The starters are light and quite small portions so there is enough room for the main. Pricing is decent.

Banh Khot was good. Servers were unfriendly and kinda rude. I made it very clear I could not speak german but they kept on going, maybe to flex or sth? Then found out their german was not actually that good but refused to talk in vietnamese or english? Will not comeback.

Very tasty! There are lots of vegetarian and vegan options, some meals are also adjustable to be made vegetarian. It isn’t the nicest place to sit outside, we had a lot of sirens coming by during our lunch time. But indoors looks cozy!

It was my first time at this restaurant and I will definitely come back. They take a bit of time to prepare, but I see this as a good sign, as their dishes are not only well presented but also very tasty and healthy. 5 stars!

Lovely vegan pork... a Taste-bud-orgasm cascade was the starter-platter. We had an Asian feast. Mmmmh. I / we will def come back! ❤️ #viviswelt

SUPER RESTAURANT!! Kommt her und genießt diesen Gaumenschmaus! P.S.: Bringt Hunger mit!!!! LG Anna

👍 The queue can get really long in a very short amount of time. We were lucky and waited for about 5 minutes before placing our order.
