Sehr schön an der Havel gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal .. Auf einen Platz muss man warten, aber ziemlich schnell kriegt man dann auch einen Platz zugewiesen. Das Essen ist gut, allerdings etwas wenig Auswahl für die Vegetarier.

This is my most favourite Peter Pane outlet! Their fries is always fresh, and the food tastes always better than other outlets I have been. It was long queue due to public holiday even at 3pm, but worth waiting as the food is really good, the quality and portion are really good value for money

Wir waren um 12 Uhr mittags dort und haben zwei Burger bestellt. Der Onion Jack Burger mit Sauerteigbrot war leider recht trocken. Das Rindfleisch war komplett durchgebraten und dadurch nicht saftig. Auch der Bacon war zu lange in der Pfanne und recht hart. Darüber hinaus war die Wartezeit auf die Burger als auch später auf die Rechnung recht lang. Die Preise sind darüber hinaus recht hoch und stehen in keinem Verhältnis zur Qualität der Burger, leider. Wer Läden wie Burgermeister mag, sollte PETER PANE eher meiden.

Wir waren am Wochenende hier und waren mal wieder begeistert. Hier bekommt man wirklich was für sein Geld geboten und die Qualität ist deutlich zu schmecken. Es war ziemlich voll, deshalb würde ich eine Reservierung empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Ich würde lediglich einen Stern beim Service abziehen, da wir Besteck, Karte und Bestellung mit Handzeichen bemerkbar machen mussten.

Das Essen die Burger waren super...leider nur 4 Sterne...Weil mein Burger mit fast 35 Euro...als Menü mit Pommes und 1 Cola ein wenig übertrieben zu teuer war...selbst zwei zutatten die ich nicht auf meinen Burger haben wollte...musste ich für die Entfernung dieser je einzeln bezahlen...fand ich nicht gut...sonst alles gut...

This far from the first time that I am going to this Peter Pan over the last 5 years but it went worst over the last months, here is why : Yesterday I went for dinner last night with my colleagues after work and took a promotional Peter's Abendsmenü with an avocado burger, Süßkartoffeln Pommes and a Peter lemonade for a total of 26e(much for too expensive compared to other burger restaurants in the city center). The "promotion" is basically the normal price but they remove you the 2.5e sauce that you would normally get with fries so you can save 1.5e (scam alert ! Don't take the menu). 12-25e for a solo burger (I paid 14e for mine) without side dish is much too expensive ! And the burger price is not even part of the promotion ! 8.5e for an half portion of sweet potatoes solo , and an additional 2.5e if you take the promotion make no sense when you already pay that much a burger !Additionally the prices of the burger menus in Google maps are outdated and do not reflect their real price . To the owner, please send this comment yourself to Peter Pan for critics if you really care, my job is done here.

A very tasty, but expensive burger restaurant! Great burger variations, drinks, and fries, but more on the expensive side. The waiters are all very friendly and kind :)

We wanted the Mittagsmenü which is supposed to be for 8,50. It was our first time there we asked for the clarification, but were not told that some burgers are not included in the Menü price. So we paid 49€ for two people ! 51 with tips. Just be carful of the so called offers

Great place to dine near Potsdam station. With a good selwction of burgers, salads and beers. This place also has good lunch sets. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly and speak good English. Recommended.

Tuesday Afternoon, Marty is the only waiter for about 30 min, he is overwhelmed, he ignores customers at the door, he looses patience with customers that need an extra minute to think their decision, rude behaviour, I dont understand if you dont want to work on a service area why wait tables, get in the kitchen you get to swear about customers over there, customers go to places like this to experience a good time not been rushed and look down by every single detail, stop treating customers like you are making them a favour by allowing them to spend their money at the place you work on, I sure the owner would have hated to be served the way he did. I worked on hospitality for nearly 20 years, if you want tips on how to train staff i can give a thesis size list, definitely come back for the food but the service really needs to improve, remember you need customers for a business to thrive, stop turning people away with poor service and manners.

Nice place to stop after the train journey from Berlin

Went to Potsdam for a day trip and this restaurant which located within a short walking distance from the train station caught our attention. Their fried avocados made us decided to have lunch there without second thought. They provide English menu and the waiting staff speaks English too. Their lunch deal is a good bargain and it's up to 5pm. You can get a burger with fries/salad, a drink and frozen yogurt/coffee at a very affordable price! You should also try their sweet potatoes fries with frozen yogurt. A great and amazing combo! Oh yes, not to forget to try their mango curry sauce. It went so well with the fries.

Peter Pane direkt an der Havel. Sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Schnell, freundlich und stets mit Tipps dabei. Das Essen war gut und ausreichend (feige Ziege Burger mit Salat ). Mir ist der Laden selbst zu dunkel und teilweise zu eng. Man sitzt so nah bei einander.

Essen war okay, das Black Angus hat gut geschmeckt aber es hätte etwas weniger durch sein können, daher war das Fleisch etwas trockener. Das Essen war ausreichend und es passte kein Nachtisch.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht. Das Essen war superlecker. Die Cocktails wurden perfekt gemixt. Der Service vor Ort durchgehend freundlich und aufmerksam.

Food was good but service was super slow and unorganized even tho we werent there at a very busy time. When asked to have an expresso after finishing the burger we were told "it was not possible" since the waitress assumed we wanted a different kind of coffee with the mebu and went ahead with that order lol. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

The place is very nice and cosy; the personnel was friendly, yet professional. I recommend the Onion Jack burger with black angus and fried potatoes with mango juice

Super friendly staff, great ambiance, nice location, always delicious Peter Pane experience. So why 1 star deducted? The service speed. I mean, we got used to wait in Germany but here the kitchen is really either slow or understaffed. Whenever we visit, approx. waiting time is min 1h. If they manage to resolve this, this will be the best place for lunch and dinner.

We was here with my husband for my 21. Birthday. The prices were rather high and the burgers came cold. The portions were big. Overall experience: ok, but nothing to come back again.

The place was not packed but it still took almost 30 minutes to get our order, except for a lemonade that only took 10 minutes. Considering that it was just a burger and a plate of fries, I think it was too long, also because we were dealing with a hungry and cranky toddler and would appreciate a little bit of an expedited service. However the food was good and in the end, the service person brought us a Peter Pan book as a present for the child, so it was a plus.

I have ordered food here many times now and I have never been disappointed. Always on time, always delicious. No soggy Fries or buns.

A true example of the terrible German customer service where no one cares about you. They let you wait at the door for at least 15 minutes until a person who seems upset with life and everyone else comes and tells you to sit somewhere. No welcome, no menus handed to you and it takes ages until someone comes to take your order.

Always my go to place to bring visitors from home, the menu has something for everyone and caters for gluten free and vegans. But my latest visit last week was by far my favourite due to the service. Our waiter was Tommy(i asked him his name)and he was brilliant, attentive, funny and all around great service. Be sure to keep him guys, they don't make them like that anymore 👌

Amazing restaurant, with friendly staff, very stylish decor. They have a great variety of burgers, fries, sides and salads at decent prices. The only downside in my view is the very loud music, that makes it difficult to talk with each other at the table. Turn the music a bit down and this would be a 5 star review.

It’s a nice place to get something casual like a hamburger or veggie burger or salad I must say I had a veggie burger it was delicious the hamburgers were just OK french fries we’re good Salad it was good and mint tea was good and then I had yogurt which was very good the waitress was very nice I did not get her name but she spoke English very well which I highly appreciate music was a to loud Indoor and outdoor seating

I ordered the "Holzfäller" with fries, coke and ice cream for just 20,40 €. The burgers are huge and it was very delicious! The fries are great too. They have self mixed drinks eg. with mint, mango. The atmosphere is great and they're all very friendly. The prices are okay.

Very nice place, really enjoyed the food. I recommend the "Mittags Menu", as do the staff there. Though it is quite expensive.

Food and drinks were really good, on the pricey side but ok

I am going to be generous and give 2 stars as I can not forgive myself for entering and staying for a meal here. We were greeted by a guy who was everything but polite and from the start we didn't felt welcome. Most of the personal is in their early 20es which is not always a good thing. Maybe a mix of youngsters and experienced personal would be a good match. Said we'll wait for 30 minutes, waited for an hour. After an hour burger was cold, dry and small. Patty is rather small and dry, around 100 grams. Overall burger is nothing special. Wouldn't repeat this experience. Came here because of the good reviews, left disappointed and hungry. Avoid!
