Lovely staff, rooms are spacious too. Sofa bed was super uncomfortable: better topper needed definitely! Hotel is loud at night, bring ear plugs! Room was really clean and well stocked. If you are booking a room with a balcony in hopes of having a ciggie with your morning coffee, there is a 150 euro charge for smoking on balcony. The car park entrance is round the corner so keep an eye out for it as approaching the hotel

Really great hotel in Ku'damm district which is very up market. Hotel is modern, no frills but very comfortable. Rooms well equipped and clean minimalist decor. Breakfast has a very good selection and good quality. Staff very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage for the whole day we checked out and collect it late evening with no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

The weekend room cleaning staff is the only place they dropped a star. The shower gel and hand gel ran out and weren't topped up, and the toilet roll wasn't replaced. Also, they left only 1 big towel for both of us. The room was great, the reception and kitchen staff were brilliant and the location was perfect.

Lage ist absolut zentral. Es gibt eine eigene Parkgarage. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut. Es war sehr vielseitig und vielfältig und eine gute Brot- und Brötchenauswahl. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich. Wir waren eine Nacht mit Freunden da und sehr zufrieden. Können wir ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen! Wir werden das nächste mal auch wieder hier her kommen!

The hotel is very well located, in a street full of nice stores (Nike, Adidas, Zara, Uniqlo, Douglas, Rituals, etc) and some markets. It's between 2 metro stations, 5 min walk. I don't know how much I paid for the breakfast, but is very good, with everything we needed: fruit salad, iogurt, coffee, bread, cheese, ham, eggs (scrambled or boiled), sausage, croissant and nutella. The room was cozy, but very comfortable and the bed huge and fluffy. The staff is also very friendly and warm. There is also some free candy and popcorn to get whenever you like on the lobby!

Vieles selbstgemacht und hat immer zum probieren angeregt.insgesamt eine ruhige Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel. Der Service war immer freundlich und präsent. Wir waren zwei Nächte da und sehr zufrieden.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, 5 Gehwegminuten zur S-Bahn und U-Bahn. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und ausreichend ausgestattet und sauber. Es gibt eine hauseigene Tiefgarage zu moderaten Tagespreisen. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, frisch zubereitet und gesund. Wir können das Hotel bestens empfehlen, gerade wenn man auf Sightseeingtour in Berlin ist.

Hotel in super Lage direkt am Breitscheidplatz/Europacenter.Wir hatten ein kleineres,modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit super bequemen Bett. Das Einzige was wir wirklich nicht schön fanden war das unser Zimmer trotz Ansage bei der Rezeption nicht ordentlich gereinigt wurde. Mein Mann hatte Nasenbluten doch das Kissen mit den Blutflecken wurde nicht gewechselt,es wurde nur umgedreht.Auch der Boden war nie richtig sauber,überall Staub und Krümel.

Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr groß. Offener Schrank mit genügend Platz und Safe. Betten sehr bequem. Im Bad ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeit und genug Haken für Handtücher. Sauberkeit im Zimmer mäßig, Tische und Nachttische noch von vorherigen Gästen verdreckt und Flecken auf dem Bett, die durch das Laken sichtbar waren. Leider abends viele laute rumpelnde Geräusche (vielleicht vom Fitnessstudio unter uns?). Beim nächsten Mal mindestens 3. OG .... Hotelaufteilung gewöhnungsbedürftig und die langen dunklen Gänge wenig einladend, für einen Citytrip aber auch nicht weiter relevant. Frühstücks-/Aufenthaltsraum/Lobby optisch sehr ansprechend. Frühstück sehr lecker mit gekochtem Ei/Rührei, Würstchen, Frikadellen, Pancakes, zahlreiche vegetarische Aufstriche (Hummus, Olive etc), Rohkost, Lachs/Wurst/Käse, Müsli und Joghurt und und und. Wunderbar! Personal sehr freundlich. Lage zentral am Ku'damm. Alles in allem empfehlenswert!

Stayed as a groupnof three, room was spacious and able to accomadate us all. 1 double and a single. Great base for a girlie weekend. Location great for public transport. Rooms clean and well furnished.

The staff were all really friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious; I was really impressed by how big our room was and how well appointed. Also a plus that they use a great brand for the included toiletries (soap and shampoo). The hotel atmosphere and interior design is really cozy-trendy. There were a few neat and unique offers like a self-serve cocktail bar, drink fridges in the lobby and free popcorn. The breakfast buffet had lots of nice options and was overall pretty tasty. We appreciated the hours for breakfast availability as well as the 12pm checkout time. The only thing missing was a mini fridge in the hotel room. However I would definitely stay there again.

Great modern hotel - clean and comfortable. Location is great for shopping but you will need to master the underground to get to Mitte district. Breakfast buffet had a good choice of food and when we had to get an early flight they packed us a good 'breakfast to go' bag. Staff were courteous,but not overly warm or welcoming. Would recommend hotel if you want to stay in this area of Berlin.

This place was great! Best buffet breakfast I’ve maybe ever had. Staff was wonderful. Room was spacious. TV even had streaming options, which was great for my family, who wasn’t finding much to wind down with on the German stations.

If you like to stay in West Berlin this is just excellent location. Just a few steps from KaDeWe and all other shopping places as well as very center of West Berlin. Room is large, clean and nicely decorated. WiFi works very good. Bed is comfy. We are often in Berlin and this place is a finding. We recommend this hotel 100%

I had a lovely stay at the hotel about Berlin. The rooms are clean and cozy. You get a free bottle of water in your room, and any time free coffee in the lobby. Staff where really friendly and professional. The hotel is really good and central located in the middle of the city, you have metro and buses in nearby walk distances and many restaurants or shopping stores. I can only recommend this hotel and will be back soon ❤️

I’ve spent 3 nights in the hotel, and my stay was flawless! The location is perfect! Walking distance from the zoo, bars and restaurants, and shopping. My room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and you can enjoy tea/coffee/ water or juice all day long - complimentary. The lobby offers a comfortable sitting areas- since I came for work I had few work meetings there. I don’t remember names- but the reception team were very helpful and efficient. The only negative feedback- is that the shampoo and soap in the shower is placed on the shower floor- and there was no shelf or place to put it other than that which was a bit inconvenient.

Hotel was good, the room was well equipped and with many sockets. The lack of a mini fridge to keep stuff cool was a bit bad for me. I was happy about the free bottle of water but my glass was not replaced and not even a new bottle of water was provided. Breakfast was good and very bright and friendly.

Very good, rooms are very nice, spacious and comfortable, we have ordered a baby crib, and it was there waiting for us, very recommended in terms of location and it was very quit at the same time. Our 7 months old was very happy too😁

Fantastic hotel, great price in the heart of Berlin. We loved it here. We stayed during the hottest part of summer and the air conditioner worked great! Bathroom was perfect. Spotless, everything! Popcorn machine is a big bonus!!!

In general I would say that value for money is totally 5/5 in the hotel. The breakfast is really good, the personnel are friendly and helpful. Facilities are in a very good condition, it was clean in the room and we liked the way they organized the room itself. I would definitely recommend to find a way to navigate to the parking, because it was really tough to find it and we entered wrong place. Considering Berlin's traffic it was stressful.

Clean rooms, wonderful multi-lingual staff, but I do not want to stay here again. Cost-cutting measures abound. ∙ The provided no bar soap or washcloths, so showering felt unhygienic. There is only a liquid-soap dispenser bolted to the wall. I was there for an extended stay, and they never refilled this liquid soap; It eventually ran out while showering. It wasn't even possible to repurposed hand-soap, again, because it was bolted to the wall. Very frustrating. ∙ The rooms are small, it feels like there is about 35-40 cm of clearance to move around the bed to access the rest of the room. Given the small size of the space, I could have used extra hooks for bags/coats in order to keep things off the floor. The room felt like a coffin, I could not imagine two people of my size being comfortable there. ∙ Coffee (even low-quality instant) is not provided in the rooms. Coffee is for sale for extra fees in the common area. It is difficult not to see this as a cash-grab or cost-cutting measure. ∙ There are no fly/bug screens in the windows; Wasps and mosquitoes came in. ∙ There is no mini-refrigerator, so it was hard to prepare your own meals if staying for longer. It was impossible to store leftovers for later. I felt myself constantly wishing I had booked an AirBnB instead.

We loved our time at the about:berlin Hotel - we were in town for the Berlin Marathon and found the location super convenient to the race and public transportation to visit other areas of the city. The room was spacious, breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was so kind when we needed assistance with the laundry services. Highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel!

Wir (älteres Paar) haben uns wieder sehr sehr wohlgefühlt: Das Hotel liegt mitten im Getümmel, die Zimmer auf den Innenhof sind aber absolut ruhig, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Frühstück ist lecker, die Lobby einladend, das Personal nett. Lage und Preis/Leistung stimmen.

We came to the hotel through friends recommendation, we couldn't be happier that we choose this hotel, a host name Hernando, he was amazing, every problem or request we came up with he was helpful and did above and beyond to make sure that its resolved, he even helped us to book another day at the hotel even that they were fully booked. the other staff was friendly and helpful as well, the room was big and had everything you need.

I sincerely appreciated the room they gave me was quiet so I could get much needed rest after my small operation (thank you to the kind lady at the desk whom helped me with extra bandages). I appreciated the spacious room with comfortable couches and chairs, working air conditioning, big tall bed fitting a person over 6,3, the very modern nice bathrooms with beautiful basin and shower. The breakfast was nice and healthy which was great too. Finally it was quiet so could get rest and also being in a wonderful location near to Kadewe and all shopping amenities. This was our third time staying in this hotel. Everything was perfect each and every time, from the nice breakfast to the comfortable rooms. Great location, very easy to get to from the airport, lots of places to shop, eat and entertain within a walking distance around. Looking forward to our next trip to Berlin ❤️

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und verkehrsgünstig, dennoch ist es sehr ruhig im Inneren. Das Personal beim einchecken war sehr freundlich und konnte mir sogar mit einem vergessenen Handyladekabel leihweise aushelfen! Das Zimmer ist geräumig, das Bad eher klein, aber dafür sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, es gibt sogar einige selbstgemachte Dips und Salate, die unglaublich lecker schmecken.
