Ready for “demolition”, no hard work because everything falls apart by itself!!

This hotel is simply pitiful. Not only because of the endemic dirt on the walls of the accommodations that makes you keep in mind the rest of the guests who have shared them with you. But also because of the infestation of fleas that live in their bedding. This experience can really ruin a vacation, think carefully before taking it because you will have an experience in which disgust will predominate in your night's rest.

So never this hotel again. The employees don't know cleanliness/politeness. Broken beds, socks from the landlord, general cleanliness upon first entering left a lot to be desired. The only positive thing about this hotel was the location and the fact that there was no parking fee 2 streets away. When confirming the booking, it was stated that the bill should be paid upon departure, but this was then debited from the credit card without our knowledge. The star was only given because otherwise we would not be able to finalize this rating.

Simple hotel on Adenauer Platz directly on the Kudamm. You can always get a cheap room somehow. We recommend.

The hotel is a bit old and the soundproofing is mostly it's weakest point. Though 7EUR for buffet breakfast is good enough. There are good market, drug store and many useful places near to Panorama so it's ok. The absence of minibar=refrigerator is fairly annoying. Sometimes it smells with tobacco smoke in the toilet. Windows are not closing too well and you hear car notice from the street. Though, can be a good hotel for it's price.

This hotel won't see us again. Price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. Rooms not exactly clean, everything very old and worn out. There was always a lack of something at breakfast. Sometimes there was no sausage left, sometimes there was no juice and then again there was no egg. The second elevator has been broken for ages. The other one also works poorly.

We stayed in this 10-story hotel for 4 days, in which there was exactly one old, narrow elevator, the reception was unfriendly and our room looked like an old GDR accommodation. The door had obviously been broken into several times and you would have been able to open it from the outside if you had leaned lightly against it. Even though we asked every day we couldn't get another room. The only advantage was that it was cheap. However, such rooms cannot be offered in a hotel.

Staff friendly. Something needs to be done to the equipment. Shower was broken and clean is something else. The breakfast was ok. But more attention should be paid to hygiene. Have often found hair in processed food and juice.

I spent there 5 nights. I felt comfortable in the place. It is very well located and the personal is very kindly. The internet connection is good and it the place was very clean. I think that the price for what you obtain is fine. Obviously it is not a new hotel, but it is very well conserved. I only had certain issues with the elevator, too much people and not enough place, but nothing serious.

Currently closed. Exterminators will be important to go through all the rooms before opening. I think that says it all.

The hotel is probably from the 70s. The furnishings are getting old and therefore worn out. The €27 for my double room for sole use is completely okay. Everything was clean. The €7 extra for breakfast is also justified. It was plentiful and had a good selection. The breakfast room was only opened exactly at 6:30 a.m., exactly as stated. Unfortunately, the entire offer was not available until 25 minutes later. The plants that no longer wanted or could live due to little affection could also be removed.

A hotel of the lowest standard. It's cheap, but that does not make up for the lack of cleaning, dirty linen and stained carpets all over. Bedbugs, mould on the shower curtains, used q-tips from previous guests and a total lack of maintenance on top. Only one small elevator running for the whole of our 3 night stay. In a 10 floor hotel. On the plus side, reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Food in restaurant was OK, but the surly lady chasing guests about and nagging at every breakfast and dinner time totally ruined the ambience.

It's ok. My room was small and basic, but it was clean. There are no facilities in the room (ac /fridge etc) but the bed was comfortable and the duvets clean and warm. The reception was small and very busy as they seem to be full of coach parties. The bar attached does not accept cards for payment so go with cash... Breakfast was good for €7 but due to all the coach parties it's hard to find anywhere to sit.

If I could, I would give zero stars, although one would be fair for the location. Where do I start... We were at the Panorama as a team of around 35 people. Since we go to a tournament in Berlin every year as a team, it's not always easy to find something. But definitely never this hotel again!!!! I really don't expect luxury, clean would have been enough! The walls where there were beds without backrests were dark gray, it was just disgusting. The curtains have probably never been cleaned, even after the hotel became smoke-free. The edges of the no longer existing images were also dark gray. The bathroom was very dark, the sink was so badly damaged that my daughter thought it would break apart at any moment. I wouldn't stay there again, even for free. What was much worse was that we paid a lot of money for it. For a double room 90 euros, you would have gotten something much better in many other hotels. Unfortunately, very few have 3 bed or 4 bed rooms, which is why we ended up there. Since we probably forgot the breakfast catch when booking and although the prices include breakfast, we weren't allowed to have breakfast, so I can't rate it.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are dingy, its over priced and the reception was unhelpful and rude. The soap in the bathroom was essentially dish liquid (the smell and colour). It was noisy. The windows didn't open. There was no fridge or kettle in the room either. The wifi wasn't working for several days which went unacknowledged and reception was even rude to me then when I was asking about it. No one apologised. When it was working the wifi was extremely slow and dropped out a lot. Also, it said free breakfast on the website but after I got there they informed me that I had to book a more expensive room to be entitled to a free breakfast. So its not really free.

We stayed here for two nights and can't understand the negative reviews. The staff obviously put a lot of effort into making everything pleasant. There is a locked garage for cars. The rooms are decent for the price, although the furniture is no longer that fresh. It couldn't be better to stay overnight and have breakfast in a good location on the Ku'damm.

It's an old hotel, you can notice by the state of the building, furnitures, elevator, and smell. But it's clean and comfortable enough. There's a parking space for 10€ per night. I stayed for a night there and it gets the job done as a place to rest the night. The location is also very good with a train station nearby while the price is reasonable. Can recommend for a short stay.

The three bedrom we booked was clean and was exactly like the photos. However, the bathroom’s window didnt close and it was very cold in the morning. In the first night we heard people arriving at 1 am and speaking super loud (and leaving at 6 am) and in the secound night we saw a man nacked in the wall... (This hotel looks a perfect spot for men who want some company.. if you understand whatttt i mean 🥵) Ah, the guy in the reception was very nice 😀

It was cheap . But omg, the carpet walls and beds probably remember 1970s. The woman at reception didn't know anything about parking. And was really unhelpful. The bathroom definitely seen better days. No plugs Old and worn out. Weird smell when you enter Good that somehow the mattresses were comfortable

Honestly, I don't have anything to complain about my personal experience in the hotel. I slept there for four nights together with my classmates; we went to Berlin from Italy a few weeks ago. The organized trip had breakfast and dinner reserved for us; everything I ate was good. The cook that served us the food was nice and kind; when one of my classmates had an ache on her leg, the cook kindly gave her a bag of ice for her leg. The bar connecting the hotel was welcoming when two of my classmates and I went for the first time during the last night of our stay in the hotel; there were a few people talking between each other surrounded by the music in the playlist of the bar. A guy even played a great jazz improvisation with his electronic keyboard. The room I was in together with three of my classmates wasn't of any problem to me. Sure, the door lock seemed like it was forced once, but it didn't cause us any problem since the door still closed correctly. The water jet in the shower was probably one of the best I've ever encountered (if you aren't used to having high pressure of the water in the shower). The beds were comfortable. The pillow was interestingly shaped but it was still alright to sleep in with, I didn't have any problems with it. Probably everyone of my classmates complained about the food, but I never found any bad thing to say about the food at all; just that it was nice and it made me feel home. --IN OTHER WORDS-- Your stay in the hotel is going to be good if you aren't attached to a specific kind of life, traditions and food. It is going to be alright if you already feel comfortable with some two star hotels you may have visited and/or if you are used to simpler things.

I stayed in single room. I really dont understand why this hotel gets so bad reviews. Considering the price it was really good value. Yes here and there some wornouts but my room and toilet/ shower was very clean, bed was comfortable and view super from 9th floor. And staff at the reception could not be nicer! I'll be back.

Not super very personel, breakfast not what it looked like on the website, bed was actually broken and a spring was poking through, bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, super thin walls, one (small) working elevator and a radiator you can't regulate the heat on. Basically. Good location tho..

Windows were broken and could not be closed, it is fungus on the walls in several bathrooms, and one room even had blood stains in the ceiling. Hotel management had put 4 children in each room (meant for 2 people), the capacity of the restaurant and other facilities were therefore vastly exceeded. One of two elevators were broken, the restaurant staff was constantly yelling at us for not eating fast enough, and the people in the reception were angry when we asked for help with broken beds and windows. In short, a horrible experience!
