Its a dormitory , cheapest and poorest environment. The bed even is not a bed, it is just a wood down hold with 4 bases😆😂, bathroom and toilet separated but made of plastic, similar to those in street. I booked one room for 97 euro. This is not a hotel but a tent 🏕️😅

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es kam auch jeden Morgen der Zimmerservice für die tägliche Reinigung. Das WC und vor allem die Dusche sind für meinen Geschmack viel zu minimalistisch. Ich ging davon aus, dass wenigstens ein Föhn vorhanden sein wird, weil es üblicherweise so ist, doch darin täuschte ich mich. Es schien mir alles nach wenig Seriosität und Professionalität, so, als hätte jemand Mal eben ein Hotel geöffnet. Wen das nicht stört und wer einfach nur einen Dach über den Kopf benötigt, für den ist das Zimmer vollkommen ausreichend. Aber für dieses Gesamtpaket finde ich den Preis ehrlich gesagt einen Wucher.

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal auch total hilfsbereit. Nur die Aufteilung vom Bad fand ich etwas blöd. Dusche und WC jeweils in einer extra Kabine und das Waschbecken am anderen Ende des Zimmers..

Dirty, dusty, broken shower doors, low water pressure and cold water. Very noisy, you can hear even snoring from other rooms. A hotel to forget...

Zimmer war klein, was ja ausreichend war, jedoch Heizung mit kleinen heizstrahler, da die Heizung nicht ging! Sprich ganze Nacht das summen von dem Ding damit es auch warm bleib, draußen Minusgrade. Das WC naja Wohnwagen ist besser ausgestattet alles nur Plastik und runtergerockt. Wo die Lüftung des WCs gewesen ist konnte man in die wand schauen, die tür zur Dusche war durch mit ihrem Thema. Das Furnier trennte sich von der Tür, in der Plastikdusche in denn Rändern Eigenlebende Sachen, duschen war somit gegessen! Das Frühstück war wie Ferienlager der 90ziger. Im vollen und ganzen, hätte ich was anderes in kurzer Zeit gefunden wäre mit kind gegangen. Schlusswort: besser als schlafsaal, aber nicht wirklich zu empfehlen! Danke an die Antwort vom Inhaber hier kommen die Fotos die klare Worte sprechen. Es geht auch nicht um das Buffet sondern um das was man als Geschirr und co hatte ;)

I had strange experience with this hotel. I have booked for 1 night here through booking.com. I got confirmation number and pin also,but when I visited Reception, she checked and said she was not able to see my confirmation number.she asked me to check with Booking.com,I call customer care, That customer lady said me that she will call receptionist and will make my booking confirmed. That lady called thrice to the receptionists infront of us only, but they didnt even picked up, this is really not at all good. When we said to the receptionist that they are calling, then they lift the call and confirmed me my booking. And coming to the rooms as name suggests it's really budget rooms..small room and small bath rooms..too compact rooms.over all its ok for small family, not worth for the money.

rooms were small but the beds weren't too bad. breakfast was mostly sweet foods and at first the housekeepers had forgotten to put towels in our room but, after asking, brought them in around 30min. overall, the experience was okay since we didn't spend much time in our rooms but the major this was the rooms size.

Clean and decent hotel and room, friendly staff, and good value. However, it's 600m far from the train station and 9km far from Berlin downtown.

Great hotel for people on a budget and short stays, the service was great, people were friendly and the rooms were decent. Definitely staying there again for my next trip to Berlin.

Water pressure was very weak , when complained no one cared or done anything. Service and cleaning is very low, change of bed sheets every 3 hours , room door wasn't closing compermised security and we were almost got robbed. Service in general is very bad. Expensive breakfast comparing to other hotels in the area.

Good rooms, clean and nice. Unfortunately only the AC sounded, it did not work which was disappointing as it was a heat wave when we were there. But the big windows went well to open properly so we managed anyway. Bad with restaurants around if you need to eat, but close to a Lidl. Across the street, however, is a small kebab shop, which had very good food but few seats

I have been in the hotel almost every month before pandemic, and now I am already back. For me, it's the best place for a busy man on a business trip. There's an easy access, friendly prices and in my room I can find everything what I need. The team is wonderful and kind. I've been here already with 3 of my friends and they also share my opinion. Just for information- I've visited many hotels in different countries, but it's always a pleasure, to stay here.

Just a normal hotel ! It's clean, cheap price (but it recieves 7 to 10% tax) , a room with a double bed 31 to 34 euros per night. Breakfast not included 7 euros . Private restroom and bathroom. Near to metro, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe and Eastgate shopping center. They offered 10% discount for monthly rent. the only weakness is rooms don't have Refrigerator. Not bad overall

Great hotel in a very good location. The service was excellent and the room was ready before time. They welcomed us with a smile and did their best to make us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Very rude and disrespectful staff, At 11:40 a man started banging on the door and asked me to leave, I said I will checkout at 12, he said other people are coming we need to clean the rooms, he also said, why did you lock the door from the inside, you are not allowed to lock the door from inside, this not your house, you don't own the hotel!" I needed a place to sleep for the night with my family before continuing my journey. I arrived at 2 am, at around 9 am room service started knocking on the door, several times, I opened the door, they said check out! I said I will checkout at 12. That was followed by the rude person mentioned above. I think the rude person above should be better trained how to deal with guests or fired. The following day I received an email from Booking.com claiming that I did not show up which was false and they claimed that my credit card was invalid, even though they had already charged me, sounded very dodgy, not sure why they did that.

No Wi-Fi. The air conditioning didn’t work when it was 36 °C…

Overall it’s a good place for the price. Beds, pillows and blankets are super uncomfortable… Loved the lighting of the room

Room was not cleaned. There was a smell of sewers coming from the toilets. The cutlery was dirty for breakfast

Excellent place to stay, staff was super friendly and helpful we stayed only two nights but overall experience was super good, we will stay there again next time for sure.

Booked a room for 2 people for 3 nights. Room is very very basic. 1 thin pillow per bed. We checked in via a machine in the entrance as the reception was closed (around 3pm). Got our room number and code for the room and had a confirmation that we were staying for 3 nights. Someone entered our room at 9am the first morning without knocking. On the second day (after 2 nights at the hotel) when going back to the hotel at midday, the code to the room didn't work. Went down to reception and they said they had booked our room out to another couple! All of our things were still in the room that they had booked out and were advised there were no other rooms left in the hotel. When we asked to get our things from our room the receptionist said we can have the code but we'd have to pay for the previous nights stay in cash there and then otherwise we couldn't get our things. Reluctantly paid as we needed our passports etc (had to borrow some money from a friend). Would not recommend this hotel. It may be a 'budget' hotel, even though the price we paid definitely wasn't budget price, but we would never expect to be kicked out of our room that we had booked months in advance.

Ich kann die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, lieber etwas mehr ausgeben und keinen Ärger haben. Der Rezeptionist am Telefon war unverschämt und wenig hilfreich. Es wurde jeden Tag (auch Sa+So) um 8:30 an die Tür geklopft und 2 Sekunden später die Tür geöffnet, um das Zimmer zu reinigen. Sobald bemerkt wird, dass man noch im Zimmer ist, wird wie Tür wieder geschlossen, nur um 30min später wieder genau das gleiche zu erleben. Die Dame der Zimmerreinigung war sehr höflich, aber die Zeiten sind absolut daneben und wahrscheinlich nicht ihre Schuld. Zusätzlich ist nach den Rezeptionszeiten die Eingangstür auf der Hinterseite einfach offen, es kann also jeder das Gebäude betreten.
