Wir waren für 1 Nacht im Hotel 26, weil wir zum Konzert von Maroon5 in der Mercedes-Benz Arena waren. Sehr netter Service, wir haben gleich Tipps bekommen, wie wir zur Arena kommen. Ist nur ein unkomplizierter Fussweg von 15 min. Unser Auto konnten wir für 15 Euro in die Tiefgarage stellen, völlig ok für uns. Das Zimmer war sauber, alles vorhanden. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Alles war lecker und uns wurde ein sehr guter Kaffee serviert. Sehr gerne wieder, volle 5 Sterne. Viele Grüße aus Bremen

I have been staying with my group at this hotel for the past few years and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean, and they serve a very nice breakfast in the morning.

If you plan to arrive late, you'll be stranded. Booked a room there through Alaska Air Hotels (Rocket miles/Agoda). Sent Hotel 26 a message through the hotel's website that I would be arriving late that evening. When I got there, the exterior gate was locked. There is a panel with a button for Hotel 26 reception, and also many buttons for other residents. I pressed the hotel button several times. Nothing happened. I searched for their phone number and called it, nobody picked up. A woman who has an apartment there returned to the property and let me in the gate. She told me where the hotel reception lobby was and said that they close early in the evening so I might be completely out of luck. She was right. I called the number several times. The lobby was locked and all the lights were off. I could hear the phone ringing in there when I called but of course there was no one there to answer it. NOTHING in the booking confirmations I received nor anywhere on the hotel's website warns you that you will be stranded if you arrive in the evening.

Gutes Hotel, welches super gelegen ist. Nah an der Bahn mit super Anbindung. 15 Minuten gehweg zum Ostbahnhof. Außerdem sind viele Cafes, Spätis und Restaurants in der direkten nähe. Das Hotel liegt im Hauserkomplex, welcher mit einem Tor abgesichert ist, dadurch ist es sehr sicher und ruhig. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung aber eben auch nicht Ausgezeichnet.

Hotel in ruhigem Innenhof und für Berliner Verhältnisse gut gelegen. Ideal gelegen für Veranstaltungen im Kosmos, nur 5 min. zu Fuss! Auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar (Tram oder U-Bahn in 1 - 5 min. zu Fuss erreichbar) Die Einrichtung ist eher spartanisch, aber alles zweckmässig und die Zimmer passabel gräumig mit praktischem Mobiliar. Leider sind die Türen nicht sehr lärmdicht, Lärm aus dem Korridor gut wahrnehmbar. Frühstücksbuffet für 3* Hotel gut, viele frische Sachen. Personal nett und hilfsbereit.

Room was alright, on our last nights stay we were woken up by several wasps in our room (12 total). I personally can not sleep with that, if you can all the power to you. After dealing with the issue and making sure we had no more unwanted guests it was alright. Front desk response was to tell me to not have the window open. fair enough my guy, fair enough

Kurztrip Berlin für Konzert gebucht. Hotel mitten im Leben von Berlin und doch ruhig. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und das Frühstück reichlich. Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig. Kommen gerne wieder 👍👍

Wir waren für eine Nacht Gäste in diesem Hotel, da wir in der nahe gelegenen Mercedes Benz Arena zu einem Konzert wollten. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen die Arena erreicht man innerhalb von 18 Minuten. Von außen sieht das Hotel wie der ganze Straßenzug nicht ganz so einladend aus, aber der Innenhof in dem sich das Hotel befindet und auch die hübsche und gepflegte Aussicht zu den umliegenden Häusern macht es wieder wet. Unser Zimmer war recht groß, sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war an sich eher kleiner gehalten, aber man hatte alles was man brauchte. Auch der Service ist lobenswert zu erwähnen, man wurde nach einem Getränkewunsch gefragt, dieser wurde an den Tisch gebracht, außerdem wurde ich, kurz bevor die Frühstückszeit vorbei gewesen war noch gefragt ob mir etwas fehle, sodass sie auf Wunsch noch etwas zubereitet hätten. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

I would give 10 stars if possible! It is the best hotel in Berlin i ever stayed in! Not because of the rooms or area - which is pretty decent - but because of the people working here! Such nice and very caring people! At the breackfast you will never experience disorderd food nor half empty bowls. The staff is very attentiv, friedly and mindfull! I am impressed. You get to feel welcomed! It is the small things like how they nicely fold the toiletpaper or if you get to your place at the breackfast area and return back to the buffet - then return to your table - your orderd coffee or tea is already placed for you... they pay attention where you seaded and serving you like in a nice reataurant. Also the little outside area is very quiet and relaxing. Price is pretty decent aswell! Beds are comfy and of course you get an access to wifi. In the bathroom you get a piece of soap, shampoo and a hairdryer. An elavater is also there so it is not necessary to carry baggage up stairs. Over all - i will return every time I visit Berlin

Really nice location, safe parking, good breakfast, really nice and kind people, big rooms with comfortable beds …. One thing I would suggest is: the color of the walls needs fresh painting.

Rooms are a bit worn and out of date. Breakfast is primitive and overpriced. Staff is very friendly and the location in Friedrichshain is quiet and perfect

We stayed there for 2 nights. Best value for money hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was clean but very simple. Location is good in friedriechshain, 2 minutes to tram and 10 minutes walk to central train station. Close to restaurants and bars street in the neighborhood.

We stayed here for 4 nights: the apartment was very clean and spacious (we were 2 people, but it seemed like it could host 3-4 people) with 1 toilet and 1 bathroom (not merged together), a kitchen with all the supply you could need (fridge, burner...) and a comfortable bedroom with TV included. The stay was absolutely enjoyed: a big buffet breakfast and the quiet location (the hotel is located some meters away from the street, and the noise isolation it's surprisingly good) added more value to Hotel 26. Staff very friendly. Public transportation is easily reachable (tram stop immediately near the hotel and train/metro stations 5-10 minutes of walking from there). We had a great time.

Very cool team, warm welcome, clean room with large space. Calm in the middle of Art, music place, galerie, museum, all the best of Berlin culture, and fair price!!!
