I still don't comprehend how this agency fails to get or transform their services in this Digital age. It's a great service provider only if you like the old school method. Headed to get a license translated, and I was told it will take 7 days because of Corona lockdown. Agreed the delay could exist but they could have scanned my document, set it as a translation job within their employee pool and proceed. It was beyond my comprehension.

I have ADAC, HOWEVER, I forgot to travel insurance. Same day while in line at airport..they were extremely HELPFUL! All went well and I my insurance and checked in!!! Awesome!!

They are so friendly, and helpful, that is my first time there but I was surprised, I do not exaggerate but I would 1000% recommend any one to go to them. Great work .

Very good decision, personal matters, to do. Friendly reception, fast service and, above all, what is unfortunately rarely found these days, competent knowledge of the matter. In the future I will only appear in person if questions arise again.

Went for the international driving license translation to german. It costed me 49€. The process took 3 days to get it translated.

My car broke down, ADAC arrived after about 4 hours and took an invoice, €428.24. She told me you weren't a member, then she sent me an invoice and said you were a member even though our car was sold. When I am a member and when I am not a member. I have no idea. I give zero stars for ADAC..

Very pleasant experience, got my Switzerland vignette in 5 minutes. Office looks quite good, has shop and cafeteria.

Quick help even if your cargo bike breaks down. The friendly ADAC staff were my saviors in an emergency yesterday. 9 kilometers from home and with two small children, I suddenly found myself in despair on Sunday with a flat front wheel. Both the friendly lady in the control center and the ADAC employee who then repaired my tube were very friendly and competent. Within an hour I was mobile again and was able to cycle my kids home. Until yesterday, I didn't even know that bicycle breakdown assistance for members was also one of the services covered. That's why I'm spreading this information now. Great work and one more reason why ADAC membership is definitely worth it. Many thanks to everyone involved!

You can get help to translate (driving permit) your license to drive vehicles in EU countries for 6 months . ( if you don’t have an international license or regional license, mainly you are from any Asian counties).

It was pleasant and the advice and support from Ms. Kaplan was particularly competent.

I wanted to take out legal protection insurance through CHECK24. Since I am retired I chose this one. A few minutes later I was told that the ADAC only applies to pensioners aged XX and over and that I can take out insurance for €38 - no thanks. You can't choose to be an early retiree

Hello, beautiful new office with a great bistro. Was here just to look and drink a latte. But I really liked it.

I left after more than 30 years because the ADAC no longer takes care of the needs of drivers, as it should. Instead, he tries to ingratiate himself with the cyclists. What broke the camel's back was the understanding of those responsible for ADAC for the several times higher parking fees for SUVs. That can't be the case if you agree to the rip-off of a significant number of your own members. Never again. To the ADAC's answer: I don't need in-house "experts" who want to sugarcoat the stigmatization and discrimination of a significant proportion of drivers. That's it!

Very professional, efficient and kind stuff.

You take a number then sit and wait. You get to speak with someone after a couple of minutes.They are helpful and mostly speak English too.

Very slow service. Waited for 20 min just to get a map. Most staff members justed chatted our dusted their keyboards (not kidding). The guy who helped me at the end was friendly though.
