Konstanze, the Ashtanga yoga teacher, is a very empathetic, positive person. She responds to each student individually and observes very well what the student needs that day. In this shala there is not the competitive pressure that unfortunately exists in many Ashtanga yoga places. At Konstanze it's just nice, relaxed and still focused.
