Turns out that in Berlin you need your ID to swim. Not for clubs, not for theatres, not for trains... just to swim! Also no Krankenkasse card, which has a picture, is accepted, nor the picture of your Passport. Who check the site of a swimmingpool before leaving the house on a hot day? Horrible service.

The facility is pretty good if they restrict the number of people inside. It (Pankow branch) was too crowded on Sunday. Therefore there were limited space to swim. And water was not clean enough.

It's a nice place, however the staff is very rude and intolerant. After 4pm they simply closed the gate saying that the place was full and just 4 employees to take care about everything. My wife who arrived after that was not able to ingress, there was no negotiation, even with many person's leaving the place in front of us during the discussion. In the end my daughter was crying, my wife upset and as consequence a terrible day. Congratulations for the team who was working there.

Am amazing pool, has a big slide on the kids area plus a few multi level diving boards. As always limited food options at least for vegetarians but the kids had an amazing time.

Wasted an hour of my time cycling to the pool and back for nothing because of the new rule - you can only enter the pool by showing an ID card at the entrance (??). Staff at the entrance lacks any empathy. Frustrating experience.

The pools are super big, there's a different one for children and for swimmers, also some trampolines. There's a big space with grass around to chill and enjoy. Personnel was kind. Only thing is that there is people chilling in any swimming lane, so you have to be careful not to crash on anyone.

you need a padlock for the lockers, all the showers are cold, and there’s like one washbasin for twelve toilets - but the actual pool is really nice, the water cool even on a hot day, and spacious

Terrible customer experience. The lady present was impolite, volatile, and proceeded to raise her voice. What's up with that? Fair enough if having a bad day, but should really know better as a customer service professional. Suggest to roll out a customer service e-learning to upskill your staff.

Absolutely loved it, well preserved park and clean swimming pools, what do you need more on a Berliner sunny day in the end of September?

My plan was to take an evening swim, turns out they won‘t give you access at 19:04 anymore. After reassuring that I won‘t be able to enter (4min delay) the person behind the counter raised her voice and declined vehemently. The person’s body language and tone of voice was very unprofessional and impolite. I suggest a training how to treat costumers adequately.

Oh it's great place for different activites. If you want jump to swimming pool you can this, if you want to practise swim you can this, if you want to throw party with your people you can this. I like quality of water and the bathroom. Totally recommend for relax and sport.

This place has a history - which you can see and feel. On the good side - my wife was already swimming here as a child .. on the same installations. Parking is horrible, try using public or bike. Waiting time really depends on the day (hour), today there was no one in line. Right now you pay 5.5 for the day. The grass around the place is really nice, no dry stains or spiky vegetation. Depending on where you sit down, the people around you change .. closer to the baby pool you get more families. What I don't like is smoking right next to the pool or installations for kids. Overall it's okay.

😐 Look, this is a decent burger. If we were allowed to give halves it would be 3.5 / 5, because it lacks a bit in seasoning and flavour. Also the bun is a TOUCH on the sweet side and they forgot my jalapeno's that I paid extra for but only realised when I was too far away. All in all a decent spot, b...

🫤 So insanely average. We had a fried currywurst from a random food vendor that was better than this one, dripping in an average sauce, I have 0 clue why this place is so highly reviewed, I’m baffled as my experience wasn’t worth of anything more than 3 stars. Staff were blunt and abrupt, sausage was...
