    Dear Sixt managers, The pickup in Mönchengladbach from BMW was 5 star deluxe. Berlin Südkreuz has some potential for improvement 1. Sign at the parking garage entrance 2. Sign at the DB info desk would have simplified 80% The car, a Volvo XC 60, was great

    A few days ago I needed a rental car because my car needed to be painted, unfortunately the paint shop didn't have a car available so I had to use Sixtus. After my car was brought home from the paint shop, I called Sixt and after I said that my car and the Sixt car were in front of my door, a very friendly gentleman from Sixt told me no problem, we would pick up the car A good hour later, a young woman with a Sixt wardrobe and a Sixt photo ID rang the doorbell and took the rental car with her so that I didn't have to worry about it, great thing

    There is no sixt store there. It's in the DB Travel Center... Unfortunately it's not there anywhere... Really stupid. The process of picking up and bringing the vehicle to the vehicle takes longer than usual with sixt. Furthermore, there is hardly any possibility of vehicle selection when picking up or even upgreats (no large fleet on site)

    For short-term parkers who do not want to drive into the parking garage and on Hedwig-Dohm-Str. If you park on the side of the road, the police regularly hand out tickets. There is a parking lot for short-term parkers, but it is completely too small for pedestrians during peak times. The parking lot for short-term parking is on Lotte-Laserstein-Str. The only option left is the parking garage if you don't want to get a ticket.

    Renting at the Berlin-Südkreuz train station: It cannot be the case that you have to enter all the data that you have already provided online as a customer again by hand in a log on site. Something like this either has to be filled out or you have to digitize this process. I had to wait 45 minutes before I could drive off because the parking ticket to drive out was missing and had to be brought first (Sixt employees from Steglitz came especially for this). This all took time and was more than annoying because I was late for my appointment. Otherwise everything was great.

    There was no indication anywhere in the Südkreuz train station as to exactly where the car rental company was located. In the Tabakshow we were told that the location via Google Maps was only virtual. A contact person would be at the DB travel center. The queue of travelers there was so long (distance taken into account) that this location is not recommended.

    There was no sign of Sixt to be found at the Berlin-Südkreuz train station. The contract only contains the address of the General-Pape-Str train station. 1 as a return station. It would be useful to provide information about the modalities of the return station during handover. It's extremely annoying when you have to search the Internet to find out that you should park your car in the parking garage and hand in the key at the DB Reise-Zentrum. Not to mention that you also depend on their opening times (I dropped off the car on Saturday). So there is still room for improvement.

    Simply bad, no signs, no indication of the parking garage or the travel center, not even a Sixt sticker on the door, no one at the confusing, large train station knows Sixt or knows where you have to go. Once you've found it, you have to Is it still possible to wait in line for DB customers for hours? Then you get the message to put your car in the parking garage, so get out and get in line again. Impudence! There will also be no vehicle acceptance. Service doesn't work at all. Anyone who calls Sixt experiences the same thing, namely no service. Never again!

    Endless search for the place to hand over the keys. Incorrect Google Maps information about the Sixt transfer point. No markings in the station for orientation purposes. No information in the reservation documents. We searched for about 45 minutes. After handing over the keys at the DB Travel Center, we looked for the location of the car in the parking lot. Another 15 minutes as no parking space was given. Why do you actually pay a transfer fee.....?
