With sales + invoice top, Performance + service flop (catastrophe) Specialists and skilled personnel are in short supply, sub-assembles the system. You get contracts and tons of paper, advice and service can be forgotten, customer satisfaction is a foreign word. Appointments will not be kept and you will not be informed. Bought 1.5 years ago and it still doesn't work. I can't recommend it

For example, in the Berlin area, unfortunately, it is often filled with very narrow-minded, very simple-minded people. This is clearly noticeable both in the acceptance of faults and, above all, as a (former) employee. Some truly miserable misevaluations/behavior are inevitable.

(Translated by Google) The new elevator has stood still more often since it was put into operation 4 months ago than the 40-year-old in the last 3 years since we lived here. We have several handicapped people in our 6-storey house who are "trapped" in their apartments almost every week or drag themselves upstairs with pain and great effort. The technicians don't seem to be getting the problem under control. Apparently an installation mistake was made somewhere. The caretaker (master electrical engineer) suspects a loose connection, but the Schindler company does not listen to his advice. Unfortunately, one can only speculate whether the Schindler company is paying dearly for its “quality” while exploiting low-wage labor on its construction sites. But why should it be any different at Schindler than at most of the construction industry? In any case, Schindler is by no means recommended if you are looking for an elevator manufacturer who is really worth the money for the quality it claims to have. And even if Schindler should be a little cheaper than other manufacturers, you should think twice about whether the money you may save is worth the trouble afterwards.

We just moved into a house where there is an elevator. But it's been shut down for 2 1/2 weeks because the light doesn't work. I myself am disabled and there are several other people in this building who rely on this elevator with walkers and strollers.

For me one elevator was the same as another, but knowing Schindler I understood that there is a difference. Excellent assistance service, the technicians are trained and competent and the spare parts are shipped overnight directly to their cars in order to carry out a quick repair. They also have modern and technological products and solutions to any need you may have. Whoever chose Schindler will no longer want to change.

(Translated by Google) ...thank you very much that the spare part was not delivered despite an express order from our elevator company Prüfer. For a wheelchair user, this means that he and his 7-year-old blind daughter have not been able to leave the apartment since Thursday because they are in the Live on the 4th floor of the house. Today is Friday - they will be "locked" in their apartment all weekend! Well done, my compliments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Klasse gemacht, meine Hochachtung!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Translated by Google) Schindler is anti-social and environmental protection does not exist for this company. I worked for them for almost a year, but what I experienced there defies description. I wonder how a company can operate like that. Completely new parts are scrapped, even high-quality ones, simply because they were delivered incorrectly, too late or twice.

(Translated by Google) Well, I live in a house that is looked after by the Schindler company. I have to say that I really like the service. 1. The technicians are always very friendly. 2. If the elevator is broken, it is always repaired very quickly. 3. We already had the case when someone got stuck in the elevator, that the technician got there faster than the fire brigade, hats off. I think they do a very good job.

Stuck in the elevator! The alarm button rings but no one answers, even after 5 minutes. No one can be reached at the number given in the extract! You are on hold for 11 minutes on the so-called emergency number (which is the normal hotline). Last

I have no idea what the elevators are like. But if they are anything like their driving behavior then I would rather take the stairs.

(Translated by Google) There are 2 elevators in the house I live in. One of them has been broken for weeks - nothing happened, after all there is still one. Unfortunately it's broken now too. Repair? none. With a knee injury I'm now stuck on the 5th floor and can't even get to the doctor for sick leave.

(Translated by Google) Two years ago we moved into a new building with a Schindler elevator. The elevator is new, actually serviced 4 times a year and breaks down every 2 months. Schindler then comes and bills us again for the repair. No guarantee for a new, but completely desolate elevator. I can only urgently warn about Schindler elevators and the "services" provided by this company. To top it all off, you actually have to have the elevator serviced four times a year or there is no warranty. But when they come and "fix" the elevator, they claim that the residents are to blame or also good excuse "the cold". Now you have to know that the elevator keeps going down to the basement and up again, doesn't open the doors and makes strange noises. My Opinion: This is an electronic error that Schindler cannot fix due to lack of competence. The error diagnosis is always the same, they come back, the elevator works again for about 6 weeks. And of course we get the bill for this great service. Stay away from Schindler elevators!

As residents of Rudower Str. in Berlin Buckow, opposite the Leonardo Hotel, we are repeatedly parked by up to 15 vehicles. Yesterday I asked a driver from Schindler at our front door why he wasn't using the free parking space opposite the hotel, without any reaction. When I then mentioned that I would call his company, he even insulted me. We have already experienced similar behavior from Schindler's employees here. I also conveyed this when I called yesterday and they wanted to pass this on to the person in charge. And yet today they are parking everything up again, the fact that they are forcing old people and mothers with small children to carry their purchases hundreds of meters doesn't interest them in the least. By the way, the Leonardo Hotel has its own parking spaces for a fee!! And the billion-dollar company Schindler should be able to pay its employees the wages so as not to repeatedly inconvenience the local residents, elderly people and women with small children. I've been told three times during phone calls that it would be discussed during training, but nothing has changed. Finally, it must be mentioned again that every employee comes to the training courses at the Leonardo Hotel in their vehicle!! YOU COULD SOLVE THIS BETTER ALONE WITH CAR SHARES.👆 But to do that you would first have to show understanding for the residents living here. As a company, you should perhaps think about whether there are other hotels for your training courses where you have more and better parking options for your many vehicles. After 3 calls to them with lots of promises, nothing happened from their side.🤷‍♂️ That's why, unfortunately, I can't determine at the moment that you as a company are interested in a good external representation of your company.

A glass outdoor elevator is currently being built at a retirement home in Bremen. I walk my dogs through the park at the nursing home every day. For three days, parts of an elevator car, soaked assembly instructions and cardboard boxes have been lying on a sidewalk used by old, frail people. As you can see from the boxes, the material comes from the Schindler company. The fitters did not find it necessary to secure this danger point. This morning I observed two fitters attempting quite amateurishly to obviously enlarge holes. The drill bit seized up several times and the drill thrashed around. As I walked past the glass elevator shaft, I saw a mechanic down in the shaft pit without any head protection. In the automotive industry, safety-relevant products can only be certified if you can prove that you have worked with certified development and work processes. But if you are unable to comply with even the most basic safety rules, I wonder what safety standards these elevators will have. Dipl.-Ing. Unfortunately, as elevator users we were extremely disappointed. Although our landlord had booked a service time until 6 p.m., the technicians had disappeared at 3 p.m. on Friday afternoon and the elevator, which had not worked for a week, was still broken. After all, they drove my daughter, a wheelchair user, to the second floor in an emergency. Then they asked when she would be picked up on Monday morning and we were then sent off for the weekend, knowing full well that we would be locked in the apartment without an elevator. The only reason given as to why the elevator, which is only 9 months old, cannot be repaired is that there are no spare parts left in stock. The spare parts are ordered just in time. This means that elevators are unusable for weeks and Schindler accepts that people with walking difficulties are locked in their apartments. I'm speechless! Saving at the expense of those who are actually the main argument for purchasing an elevator, namely people with walking difficulties. This is more than outrageous, unreasonable and unfortunately, from what I have heard, it is common practice for all major elevator manufacturers. Nevertheless, our elevator is from Schindler and I demand that Schindler takes its main target group seriously and treats it humanely!
