    Racist Apple Worker! My girlfriend and me visited the Apple Store to buy new Apple Watch bands. Next to us was another Asian couple looking at the apple watch bands too. After we both parallel looked at some bands, the Apple Worker suddenly said to all 4 of us that we can’t all just look and touch every band, we have to make an appointment. The other couple and us were confused. So I had to explain him that even though we are all Asian, that we are not one group, we are separate couples and don’t even know each other. So the Apple worker assumed that just because we 4 people are Asian, that we are one group. Instead of asking beforehand if we are together. Definitely the worst experience in any Apple Store I visited as a loyal Apple customer in my life. We just wanted to leave the store at that moment, but still we wanted to buy new Apple Bands and did buy new ones. No matter what, any customer should not experience this racism ever! I’m really sad about Apple and their worker in this Berlin Store.

    Was hier natürlich gut ist, dass alles gut organisiert ist. Manchmal sogar zu gut: ich war zu früh da, und man konnte mich nicht einlassen, weil ich einen späteren Termin hatte. Egal, am Kurfürstendamm und Umgebung kann man ja sehr gut spazieren und sieht wohlhabende und auch arme Menschen. Zur Reparatur war ich bei Pascal, der mich zunächst fragte, ob er mich duzen darf. Auch wenn er mich nicht ‘retten‘ konnte, war ich sehr zufrieden.

    In Greece we don't have an official Apple store when it was the first time I came to one. Honestly a disappointment. Although there were a lot of people, it resembled a public market, the staff didn't pay attention to you and you had to make an appointment at the entrance in order to be served. The only positive that he had all the devices available to see him. Honestly very bad experience.

    Apple has adapted geniusly to the German n Berlin market. Great products with bad service. Such unfriendly staff. I visited the store three times just to buy a watch. I booked an appointment after second visit and was told to wait after arriving before time. I was attended and was supposed to wait for some salesperson. After waiting for 20 min n asking some staff if someone is going to attend me I was supposed to wait again next 10 min. After checking again with the staff the apparently female manager told me that the first appointment was cancelled because I was waiting at the wrong table where I was supposed to wait. And it is always customer’s mistake as they are all genius people working at the genius bar. No apologies! Well done apple! This is exactly what I would never had expected from you.

    Had bad experience at the Apple Store regarding my AirPods issue. Scheduled an appointment, and the staff dedicated an hour to diagnose the problem thoroughly. Unfortunately, despite identifying the issue, they conveyed that a repair or replacement wasn't possible. While it's disappointing not to have a resolution, I appreciate the effort and transparency in communicating the situation. Hoping for improved solutions in the future. 🍎🎧 #AppleService #CustomerExperience

    Good service! I went there to repair AirPods. It didn’t take long at the entrance. A staff asked about the service you need then take you to the place. In about 10 mins, one staff came and assisted me. They repair was done in a good time. I was told it may take 2 hours yet it’s done in 40 mins. Overall I’m pretty happy about the visit experience.

    I am actually surprised that the service personal in the hall can't tell you if there is enough stock of extra battery for iPhone for a specified model. Because of this, I have to visit your store more than once and such a waste of time for the customer. Is it really difficult for such a big company to have the inventory list on iPad that all the service personal are roaming around with? Apart from this, some of the personal are talking so much among themselves and not attending customers. The situation was definitely not like this few years ago.

    Only after 3 months of using it, my apple watch band turned like this, I came here with my "apple care plus", and they said they can't do anything for me! Is this real Apple quality?! I want my money back

    My experience with the Apple Store has been truly outstanding. The staff members are always helpful and cooperative, assisting you with patience and professionalism. Although the wait times can be long at times, they work swiftly and efficiently when it comes to customer service. I had my old iPad repaired at this store, and they were incredibly fast in fixing it and restoring it to excellent condition. This reflects the team's expertise and proficiency in Apple products. Honestly, I'm really excited to purchase a new iPad soon, and I plan on heading back to the Apple Store for it. I'm confident that I'll have a fantastic experience there and receive the assistance I need. Thank you to the Apple Store team for their excellent service and professionalism in meeting customers' needs.

    Unlike my experiences with Apple in the US, almost no repair work can be carried out in-store. The product I also wanted to buy was not on the shelf. Staff was nice enough when I could talk to someone but there is still a „Servicewüste Deutschland“ mentality. I tried to make eye contact with several different staff members to try to check in for my appointment at the Genius Bar and was consistently ignored. In the end, I found some employees who were standing in the corner talking and they were able to check me in. At another point, a man was helped ahead of me even though I was waiting first - something that seems to happen more often than not when I purchase electronics in Germany.

    I was just at the Apple Store for a Genius appointment. Because of reasons I had no control over I was 13 minutes late. A very unfriendly young Apple employee told me that it was canceled because I was late. 13 minutes! He pointed out that there was not way to even let them know that you’re late. Also he informed me that another appointment wasn’t available on the same day. This is customer service at its worst.

    Coming here is a waste of time. How can it be possible that you need an appointment to buy earphones?????? And even if you have an appointment or a time slot you have to wait for someone to be free to come to you???? Why can’t there be products and you go, take it, go to pay and leave the store???????? It’s even faster to go to the Bürgeramt or Auslandsbehörde. Then you buy something online to avoid waiting for 10 people asking what they should buy, and go ask to pick it up earlier than the 1 h they take to process an online order, and they claim they “have to follow their processes”. As if an online purchase took > 1 h of a person per sale to take it from the warehouse to the front and then to the customer hands, and they had 60 online orders per hour or so?

    I came on the first day after the Christmas break and the place was too crowded. They booked an appointment for me to try on apple watches that’s 4 hours later. I left disappointed without waiting for my appointment and ordered online but I think it’s not their fault. It’s a holiday season after all. When my apple watch 9, 41MM got delivered I opened it and found it too small for my wrist. I made another walk to the store hoping they would replace it. I thought it will be too difficult because I opened the box or that they will request a fee but they replaced it right away without a fee and without even asking about the reason. The salesperson hasn’t even opened the box to check it out which is weird and surprising to me. I’m not one of those Apple guys who would applaud everything Apple and honestly don’t find the brand super innovative in the recent years but this experience was very satisfying. Premium after sale support. ♥️

    I went to purchase an iPhone 15 promax and I had a very good shopping experience. The people were very friendly and patient when my card declined initially. They really explained things for our knowledge. The only negative I felt was the waiting time. I had to wait for an hour for an employee to come to me. But yeah, the crowd was so much and I can understand that.

    I had an appointment, and yet was kept waiting on a sofa for 30-40 minutes before going to one person to ask for help! They told me to wait and never came back. Instead i see many employees talking to them selves and laughing.

    Came by to ask if they could replace my broken macbook screen in time, they let me make a appointment at the geniusbar and then told me they didn’t had the screen in stock while I had to wait 4 hours. Please inform your staff better, with this simple questions. The staff member didn’t want to check the stock and forced me to make an appointment.

    Constantly out of stock, even though other European shops are already stocked up. No opportunity to call directly to the store. Weird process organization with constant queues. I would recommend second Apple Store in Berlin more, however it has similar problems.

    Came to purchase a new IPhone. An employee told us to wait and booked an appointment for 30 minutes later. When our time came, we were told to wait a bit more until someone will come over to assist us. 10 minutes more, still no one spoke to us, so we left. On our way out, I told the employee who booked us, that the experience of getting a new IPhone should be a fun experience. He heard but didn’t react, let alone apologise or say something which would make us stay.

    Very busy. Had to wait about 30mins after my appontment time to talk to a service technician. He was however, very helpful but couldn't get my ipad fixed due to its age.

    Absolutely excellent service! Buying experience is great with time to try and touch everything before you buy it and the return policies are similar to shopping online (14 days from day of purchase) just without the hassle of sending packages around yourself. Repair service is great too, in August 22 I replaced the battery of an old iPhone X to give it a second life, a defective iPhone 13 Pro (camera malfunction) of my wife was replaced after a quick check, my old 2017 MacBook Pro with the known keyboard issue was repaired in 10 minutes at no cost (a key was stuck). You can think what you want about Apple products, but rather than buying Windows and Android devices every 1-3 years because they break or have no more support I pay a premium at Apple to get devices that run and are supported 5+ years. I completely can't understand comments about unfriendly staff, because even during rush hour times staff was always polite and they tried to answer even the most technical questions about Apple products. Just don't walk in the store to get a product repair without an appointment, make an appointment in the Apple support app first and everything will work like a charm.

    terrible. On 10/1/2023 at 17:20 I turned to the central store in Berlin for help. the young man at the entrance was rude, he waved me off in 2 seconds, I did not expect such a disrespect from the staff. he did not bother to give me even a minute, although I had come a long way. without listening and not helping in any way, he poked his fingers in the direction where the support number was written, although I already told him that I had applied there. A lot of time has passed since then, and I still have not solved the problem. What's the point of using products where I can't change the region and download apps? it would take this worker, I'm sure, less than 15 minutes to set it up for me. Why he is there is not clear. I'm still angry, from helplessness. The desire to visit Apple stores is no more. maybe I should have called the administrator or the director of the store, I didn’t want to get tired of disassembling because of the little things, but without this I can’t fully use your products. I hope to eventually solve the problem or switch to android

    Heute hatte ich einen Termin bei Apple, obwohl Ich kam 20 Minuten vor meinem Termin an. Ich wurde 16 Minuten nach meinem Termin abgeholt. Anstatt mir zu helfen, hat man mich, eine E-Mail zu schreiben, und obwohl ich den Fehler auf meinem Telefon zeigte, sagte man mir, dass dies kein Fehler sei, und versuchte, mich loszuwerden. Ich benutze Apple seit 10 Jahren, und das ist das erste Mal, dass mir so etwas passiert ist. Wenn sich jemand namens GREGO um Sie kümmert, sollten Sie sich besser an jemand anderen wenden, denn er ist einfach nur nervig und findet keine Lösungen Es scheint lächerlich, Apple wegen solcher Leute zu verlassen, aber ich verlasse Apple lieber, als mit solchen Leuten in Kontakt zu treten.

    The staff's lack of professionalism led to a frustrating 45-minute wait, as they had made a mistake, and no one attended to me. Eventually, I had to approach a staff member myself for assistance. I hope they bring in more competent people soon.

    I try really hard to avoid going into an Apple Store; it’s such an alienating experience. My last visit in January 2024 to pick up a product ordered online simply confirmed this. It’s a fight to speak to anyone, you have to queue to queue again and I generally know more about the products than the staff (to boast a bit). Awful place.

    If you don’t want to ruin your experience, just buy your stuff online and get them delivered to your house. I only had to pick up my order. The girl on the door was quite nice and friendly. Then I went to the girl who was supposed to give me my product. It took less than five minutes really, but I wasn’t sure about the color anymore and wanted to see if I could exchange it for another color. She said “you MUST be patient now. I am with another customer now.” And left me there to wait. I was honestly surprised of her tone, but decided not to put too much into it and I was patient for about 15 minutes indeed, while she was definitely not with the supposed customer, but laughing and talking around with her colleagues instead. Realised - she completely forgot about me! So I decided to ask another one from the “geniuses” if I can get a different color of my product. She was also not the friendliest, but did an ok job and forced herself to have a little conversation with me. Pure joy, you see. Anyway, I definitely didn’t feel welcome. I do expect a certain level of service, but in this store they have to work a lot harder, if they want to achieve even the minimum acceptable one. And from my previous experience there: these kids have almost no idea what they’re selling. I wonder if they get a proper training before they’re left on the floor. Just buy your product online. It’s going to be good, it’s Apple and you know it.

    Visited knowing what I wanted to buy. The staff was kind, helpful and able to speak in English. The transaction was simple and fast as the stock was available. Overall, I spend more time waiting than buying. I wouldn’t go with no knowledge of the products as it gets really crowded and noisy.

    I want to thank Thomas, the cool and super friendly assistant who went an extra mile for us and helped solve a rather tricky return/exchange issue. I had bought an Apple Watch the day before and only at home did I realize it was not the one I was asking for. I was frustrated, of course, but when we came back the next day, we were reassured by the staff that they would fix the mistake. We had to wait a little, but in the end, the patience was rewarded and my dream finally came true! 😍⌚️🙌🏼

    The guy checking people in today/making appointments around 530-545 was so nice (his name started with an a I believe). He went out of his way to help me and I think stayed past the end of his shift to return my phone. Really appreciated! Standout service in Berlin.

    Ich hatte dort, dass erste mal einen Termin bei Apple bezüglich meinem MacBook und ich wurde super herzlich empfangen. Ich kam sofort pünktlich ran und wurde sehr gut beraten und mir geholfen. Ich war sehr überrascht und bin mit einem super positiven Eindruck rausgegangen. Ich würde, wieder hingehen. :)
