Best Shisha in Berlin hands down. Staff is fantastic, very knowledgeable and super friendly. You feel at home as soon as you step in. Lots of flavours and strengths to choose from and also has a nice variety of non alcoholic cocktails. Even when it gets very busy, the attention to detail does not falter. Always a pleasure to come back here.

Nice, clean and neat hookah spot. All the employees were extremely nice which is why they are beyond 5 stars. We were taking care of from the minute we walked in. Hookah flavor was great and fresh. Coffee and other drinks were pretty well made and fresh. I definitely recommend it if you like to spend your time at a place that you know they well appreciate your business ☕️🚬🫖

Good place, friendly staff, they brought the shisha in 3-5 mins, that was really fast and I like it. But we ordered Darkside with the flavors that we had already tried earlier, and here seemed like it was a little bit other tobacco or flavor. It was not so bad. Anyway we would like to visit that place again

My third time in White lounge after long time. + Shisha is always amazing + this time one of the staff was very friendly and funny + they Renovated it. Now it has better ambiance - lt got bit pricey now.

Beliebter Treffpunkt für Leute die gern rauchen oder die Shisha geniessen wollen. Samstag war es voll. Die jungen Männer , Bedienung sind schnell und ausgesprochen freundlich und man kommt schnell seine Getränke, alkoholfrei, die sehr lecker schmecken.

The place is wonderful with the perfect vibes, perfect drinks and perfect hookah. The food is also really good, though the quantities are a little less. Not a 5 stars for the service as the waiter was pretty rude and we had to wait for pretty long for almost everything. Would recommend the chilli cheese nuggets, nachos, and among the hookah, do try out the Love 66.

Fantastic place! The prices are absolutely fair for the premium you are getting. The food and drinks were fantastic and service was top notch. The staff was friendly and took their time to be helpful with our questions and requests. Just overall a fantastic experience, would come here again any time. Only note for potential visitors: The cocktails offered are all non-alcoholic, which might be relevant for some.

A very nice & cozy place. Service is extremely friendly & courteous especially Yusuf is simply the best & there is an Afghan friend who speaks various languages to help you. Food & Shisha were great. Would love to visit again. Highly recommended if you want all in one service.

It doesn't look as luxurious as in the photos. It is a place mostly preferred by Arabs. The hookah order comes very quickly, but the quality of the hookah tobacco is not top quality.

Shisha is great but service unbelievably bad. Soooooo unprofessional. Service don’t concentrate and don’t listen what we say. Just bringing wrong drink, sweets and Shisha so all wrong. In the end, even staff started to complain that it‘s stressful to talk with us. Oh, it is our line. DON’T COME HERE if you expect normal Service. Service staff will destroy your nice night :))) NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!

All the shishas had Liquorice taste no matter which one you went for Very disturbing for my liking Tea was 12 euros a pop Waste of my time and money

Super Service, super Shisha, tolle Atmosphäre, absolut freundliche Mitarbeiter. Meine beste Freundin und ich sind mittlerweile Stammgäste und wir würden es auch jedem empfehlen. Wenn mal etwas nicht stimmt, wird es sofort behoben. :) Das Essen und die Drinks sind sehr lecker.
