Innen ein großer Subway mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch kann man außen sitzen, da standen eben jedoch nur drei Tische. Die große Ladenfläche würde mehr erlauben. Platz habe ich natürlich mit Ransetzen bei einer freundlichen Dame gefunden. Das Tagessandwich für 3,29.- war lecker, aber nicht wirklich heiß. Aber auch nicht zu kalt für eine Reklamation. Emmentaler gibt es nicht, obgleich auf der Anleitung noch (siehe Foto hier) aufgeführt. Wer Subway mag, bekommt hier sicherlich, was begehrt wird. Es gibt auch Frühstück. Update: Mir hat es hier heute wieder super geschmeckt! Bedienung war auch top in Ordnung!

Very unkind stuff. They are not wearing masks.... The lady from today...very disappointing. This store doesn't provide even minimum of subway standard what I know from even Alexa Subway or other countries. Sandwiches was okay but chicken teriyaki i think was not fresh cause it was hard....

It seems the staff has improved or we got lucky. Last time we came, we were served by some guy who really seemed bothered we were there and he had to work. But it's really hard to find good customer service anyway in Germany.

ordered 2 subs through uber eats, took more than 45 minutes to receive my order (40+ minutes of "preperation"), what a joke 😂😂😂

Das Subway am Kurfürstendamm hat nach Personalwechsel seinen Service stark verbessert und ist von den Zutaten auf dem Standard, den ein Schnellrestaurant auf dem Kurfürstendamm verlangt. Die Bedienung war freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell, die Bestellung wurde genau verstanden und kleine Extrawünsche wurden gerne erfüllt. Die Getränkeauswahl ist riesig und hier auch gekühlt zum Mitnehmen verfügbar. Tags wie nachts kann man sich drinnen oder draußen hinsetzen und in Ruhe etwas abseits des Straßenverkehrs und trotzdem in Sichtweite des ikonischen Kurfürstendamms eine Kleinigkeit zu vernünftigen Preisen genießen. Wer mit Kleinkindern am Kurfürstendamm eine Kleinigkeit essen will, ist hier richtig : Die Sitzgelegenheiten draußen sind etwas weiter weg vom Autoverkehr. Leider gibt es wegen dem im Moment defekten Ofen nur 4 Sterne, manche mögen's heiß.

I have been here a bunch of times and it's alright. The place is not great or the cleanest, but nothing horrific. Once they made a mistake with my order but it wasn't that bad.

Tricked me in buying a high priced sub instead of me specifically asking for the sub of the day. I asked what’s the sub of the day, she told me it’s “fajita”. The board at the top of the preparation area shows only the new subs with the older dishes moved to the billing counter. That menu is not visible from the preparation area.When I said I will ask my partner on phone she pointed at the “fiesta fajita” sub. When I got the bill I asked why is it priced so high. The billing lady said you choose a different sub. I didn’t argue since she already prepared it for me. But this is scam they are running. All subways ask is the sub should be full or half. They didn’t even ask me just gave a full sub. The glass pane in front of the preparation area is covered in subway logos so I can see it until it reached the billing. Avoid this place at all cost. I surely will.

Staff attitude is very rude. Especially the girl serving in front. She was putting less quantity and said only 3 sauce is allowed but this is not the case. I ate in other places too and never encountered such situations. I was waiting to bee served but she didn't bother to ask and everyone was watching this. Don't visit this place go somewhere else.

0 star would have been ideal rating, one women staff was very arrogant to my colleague because she was an expat. I will never visit this store again.

I was so unpleased even though i got a sandwich after work out because of a woman who made sandwich at the counter. She was so unfriendly and inhospitable. I didnt want to write this kind of comment. But i did it, the service quality needs to be improved.

Ordered twice from this store and each time the sandwiches weren't as per the order. The bread was soaked with water and carelessness put togheter. As soon as I unwrapped it all the toppings fell out and the sauce was all over the wrapper.

The staff was rude and unwilling to take additional order of coke and pommes probably because of my lack of speaking german....They were throwing food at each other....Very Unprofessional behaviour from the staff. Worst i have seen in any Subway around the world. They were also unwilling to take feedback when asked.

Staff is rude and unfriendly. The place is dirty. The food quality is subpar, 30 something euros for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks in a fast food restaurant is crazy, SPECIALLY with all these awful conditions. Also they assume what bread I want and don’t ask if I want heated or not… Never seen such bad service and quality on Subway, from any of the many different countries where I’ve been a client. Awful experience! I’ve eaten MUCH better from any gas station food in Germany… How is this possible? I don’t recommend

Nice staff. The place offers a wide variety of sandwiches and they offer you the possibility to choose which ingredients to be added to your sandwich. You can choose to eat outdoors or indoors. The location is great too.

Super leckeres Mittagessen. Habe heute das neue Veggie delite melts ausprobiert. Bin so begeistert davon, sehr sehr lecker. Super nettes Personal rundete den Besuch ab. Gerne wieder!

Da ich hier so oft esse, traue ich mich zu bewerten.. Die Mitarbeiter sehen leider sehr überfordert und öfter verlieren sie den Überblick über den Bestellungen. Sie sind aber trotzdem immer alle sehr bemüht und nett!! Die Theke ist leider, was Hygiene angeht, nicht auf dem besten Niveau, aber das Essen schmeckt am Ende trotzdem.

Waren heute das erste mal in dieser Subway Filiale am Ku’damm und auch das letze Mal. Leider hat es schon beim eintreten angefangen. Kein Mitarbeiter grüßt einen und man wird einfach nicht beachtet. Die Bestelltheke war komplett leer sodass die Mitarbeiter nur mit Bestellung über Lieferando oder Wolt zu tun hatten. Trotzdem erst nach 2-3 Minuten wurde gefragt was wir wollen. Ganz unsympathisch war vor allem der angebliche Filialleiter (Glatze mit Brille) Stand an der Kasse und zählte die ganze Zeit etwas am Terminal/Kassensystem. Der türkische Mitarbeiter war ganz nett und hat freundlich bedient(Salatteil). Ein neuer Mitarbeiter hat uns den Thunfisch Belag aufs Sandwich geschmiert. War wohl erst sein dritter Tag. Dieser hat sehr wenig Thunfisch draufgeschmiert, was wir beim Essen bemerkt und die Hälfte des Sandwiches reklamiert haben, woraufhin der angebliche Filialleiter meinte, dass die Menge normal war, obwohl nicht mal die Hälfte an Thunfisch drauf war, welches auch noch Mega dünn bestrichen wurde. Wie gesagt, da der neue Mitarbeiter das erst neu lernt, kann man das dem nicht übel nehmen, aber die Reaktion vom Filialleiter, der einen nicht mal ins Gesicht guckt, weder beim kassieren noch reklamieren und iwie damit beschäftigt ist, iwas in seiner Kasse zu tippen, war echt miserabel und abweisend. So ein Service haben wir noch nie erlebt. Selbst bei McDonald’s bekommt man eine Entschuldigung, wenn mal die Pommes zu kalt ist und diese tauscht. Auch waren die Tablets und Möbel relativ abgenutzt und nicht hygienisch. Geschmacklich war das Essen normal. Deshalb ingesamt nur 2 Sterne.

Annoyed and slightly unfriendly staff (for the most part, not all), low hygiene standards in food preparation, piadina bread served nearly raw with little to no content, women bathrooms out of service and not marked... Considering the location (Kurfürstendamm), we expected a bit more from our visit... My partner asked for a menu from the beginning and was ignored by the staff only for them to complain once at the cask desk when he asked for the complementary chips requested... Another very similar complain was then found in the reviews, so it's not the first time. Overall, not the worst but certainly not a pleasant experience which a lunch out should be. We headed to Starbucks on the other side of the road later and it gave a WHOLE different vibe. There: clean beverage preparation, all staff wearing masks, speaking a very good english and friendly enough to serve us, explain recipe ingredients without an annoyed attitude and even suggest alternatives, clean working toilets... I've been to other Subways in France and it was not the same so... beware.

Unappetitlich. How can it be that a restaurant that handles “fresh” ingredients finds acceptable to look so dirty? In the summer flies are going around the place, close to the salad bar. By far the nastiest Subway I ever been.

I work close by so sometimes I eat my lunch there. The food is actually ok, but the service is quite rude. Once I felt like a small child doing something wrong when asking for stuff to be in my sandwich...

War soeben bei euch , hinter der Theke stehen 4 vom Personal , vor der Theke 2 Kunden und ein Lieferant und ihr schafft es nicht diese zu bedienen , nein am Ende wird man pampig ( sehr unfreundlich lästert und beschwert sich bei ihrer Kollegin und hat vergessen das ich auch noch da bin ) -ihr solltet dringend euer Personal überdenken. Bin früher regelmäßig bei euch gewesen -aber der Service ist seit dem das alte Team weg ist , unfreundlich langsam und sie hören selten zu, da die Bestellung meistens falsch ist oder das sub kalt und durchgetropft ist von Massenhaft Soße . Sagen darf man aber dann auch nichts, weil man auch mit Kritik nicht umgehen kann. Schade das man nicht mehr hingehen mag und nach der Aktion jetzt ganz weg bleibt !
