I
have
been
a
patient
of
the
very
nice
doctor
Hanna
von
Bonnstorf
for
about
four
years.
Despite
my
ongoing
health
problems
and
the
fact
that
the
medication
has
not
improved
my
hormone
problems
for
over
three
years
and
in
fact
my
symptoms
have
gotten
worse,
I
trusted
my
doctor
and
that's
why
I
kept
coming
back
to
this
clinic.
I
had
hope
for
improvement,
even
though
I
felt
many
side
effects
from
the
pill.
However,
today
when
I
was
at
the
clinic
making
new
appointments
because
new
problems
had
arisen,
I
had
a
very
unpleasant
encounter
with
a
receptionist
whose
name,
if
I
remember
correctly,
is
Jessica.
She
was
rude
and
spoke
to
me
in
an
aggressive
tone,
especially
when
she
questioned
why
I
needed
another
appointment
when
I
already
have
one
in
three
months.
Her
attitude
was
so
hostile
that
I
refused
to
explain
the
details
to
her
because
she
is
not
my
attending
physician.
I
said
I
wouldn't
discuss
it
with
her
and
that
I
had
serious
concerns.
I
also
wanted
a
referral
for
a
mammogram,
which
I
forgot
to
mention
to
my
doctor.
The
way
Jessica
spoke
to
me
was
not
only
unprofessional,
but
also
insulting
and
disrespectful.
During
this
conversation,
I
asked
her
why
she
spoke
to
me
in
that
tone.
I
find
it
unacceptable
that
someone
in
a
clinic
treats
patients
like
this.
This
experience
has
hurt
and
insulted
me
and
I
am
wondering
how
I
should
deal
with
this
situation.
My
next
appointment
is
at
the
end
of
April
and
it
will
be
the
last
in
this
clinic
because
it
is
simply
insulting
and
there
has
been
no
improvement
in
my
health.
