Since Ms. Dr. When Schrempel stopped, I went to Dr. Simo changed. She is just as understanding and empathetic as Dr. Scramble. Anyone who is afraid of having blood drawn is in good hands with Peggy. Friendly and also empathetic. Thank you.

VERY RUDE INEDUCATED RECEPTIONIST but very nice doctors and a very friendly medical staff. Every time I go there unfortunately I have to face absolute impoliteness of the receptionist girl totally indifferent to the clients and totally unhappy that we (clients) exist. So every time super bad experience at the arrival but good one when I am with the doctors.

As a medical center, this clinic has a lot room for improvement starting with the secretaries. These women have absolutely no empathy for the patients and are extremely rude. However, Dr. León Pérez is very competent and thorough in her explanations. I can only recommend her.

one of the worst gynaecologist practice I have been in my life. The doctor doesn't care about the issues. They just give to you antibiotics and that's it. BE MORE EMPATHIC! The receptionist and nurses are very rude. Avoid.

After a blood test from the nurse I have sustained nerve damage which can take up to a year to heal. The nurse was very rough - I would avoid. The Doctors are good but very rushed treatment

I do not recommend them. I don,t even know where to start with the reasons.so many reasons. Appointments, reception, secretaries, the Doctor being rushy with the patient. Not being reachable at all for a whole 2,3 months. Forgetting the appointments they fixed with you over the phone and blaming it on you. Keeping you waiting for long times.

I can highly recommend the MVZ because it has very good gynecologists. I would also provide excellent advice regarding hormone replacement therapy.

It was the first time for me there I felt that the doctor Krzizanowski was impatient and wanted to skip patients as fast as possible, the receptionist (a thin young lady) was rude and misunderstood my question and let me wait more than half an hour for nothing!!

Waited three months for an appointment only to hear from the doctor that I could take chasteberry (without looking at the prolactin level first). Aaaargh😱. The evaluation of the blood results should be done by telephone!!! take place. The call came outside the agreed time window. My call back a few minutes later was unsuccessful as no one picked up. Another appointment was rather hopeless because the doctor didn't have any appointments available in the foreseeable future. These are conditions like in ancient Rome. By the way, I have statutory health insurance. Well, now I'm standing there with my blood results in hand and continuing to suffer through the symptoms of menopause untreated. Finding a competent doctor in Berlin seems hopeless.

I Had an appointment scheduled via Doctolib. Once I arrived there they just told me that the doctor was sick, they do not know when she’s coming back and that I should look for another praxis…as they can not provide me with a new appointment anytime in the future.. Really not professional!

Actually a great practice and doctors, but unfortunately it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone by phone! Even after calling 20 times. You have to go there specifically for the results because you can't reach anyone! Especially since you expect to be called back. But unfortunately not .. Even though there are so many women in front, no one answers! It used to be much better when they had someone specifically for the calls!

VERY GREAT AND NICE TEAM. Especially the ladies at reception. Always friendly and helpful with a bit of understanding when something doesn't go right. I've felt good for years and can't say anything negative. Thanks also to Sister Peggy, who made my 2-hour sugar test more than sweet, I laughed heartily. A wonderful employee 😍 See you soon dear ones, Victoria Knorr

I have really good experience here. Being a trans woman I usually face so many awkward situations but everyone was nice even despite I don’t speak any German. dr.Krzizanowski was great and very helpful!

People working here are overwhelmed to the extent that they are unable to efficiently, carry out their duties. I was promised to return call, which never happened. The receptionist stopped answering the phone about two weeks ago because of the high turnover. They are also reluctant to answer emails. Normally appointments could have been made over an app, however, this was disconnected as well. My gynecologist quit, and they just pushed me from one doctor to the next without much thought. None of the doctors I went to were particularly understanding. Each of them did try to sell me something, extra testing for the pregnancy. This is not a serious Doctors Office and if you are pregnant, I highly recommend staying away.

I don’t understand why this clinic has bad reviews. 2 weeks ago I had an urgent problem and the main clinic I’m registered to rejected seeing me. I was in a very stressful situation and contacted them and they took me in a few days and treated me perfectly. Both doctors and staff were very helpful and I will definitely continue visiting here from now on

Not even one star. Worst service possible, incredibly rude receptionist, the doctor looking only for even more money gains from main clients instead of trying to help people in need. They let everyone make appointments in Doctolib then send you back home since you wont bring them the money gains they expect.

    1) Here too, the pill is marketed as a miracle cure. When I mentioned that depression could occur more frequently as a side effect, the doctor told me that I could be given a pill where the risk still existed, but "less"... She didn't respond to it and therefore didn't offer an alternative . 2) Be careful when taking blood! This supposedly costs €10. When I looked at my bill it said that the blood test was approx. Costs 3€ and approx. 7€ for the phone call that is even forced on you to evaluate your blood values. When I brought this up to the front desk and pointed it out, the employee gave me an approving look and whispered that she didn't do the bill. Clear case of rip off. During the evaluation meeting with the doctor, I also had to hear that she was not responsible for the bill... 3) Hard to reach by phone. Blood results have not yet been sent to me.

The doctors are good. It was very difficult to make appointments especially during their move and reorganizing - it took me 8 months to see my doctor. Hope that that will change now. Doctolib appointment system doesn’t often work and I wish appointments via email were possible - for some reason they are not possible now and you have to call to make an appointment, which is problematic if you are not able to call for a reason. Originally my review was with just two stars as I was not able to make an appointment for a long time as a current patient - the doctor then explained me the reasons, apologized and promised to see what can be done to fix the Doctolib issue - so, I’m changing this review to 4 stars as the service is generally good at the clinic.

In 2021 Dr von Bonsdorff lead my first pregnancy. Competent, efficient and patient with my broken German, I felt in safe hands. The practice is clean, the ladies in the lab polite and professional (never even had a bruise on my arms, even though many many blood vials have been extracted from me). All mails regarding pregnancy issues were responded promptly, even prescriptions were mailed to my home address. I was very satisfied with the care and support during my pregnancy. I'm staying with the same doctor now as well. The receptionists can be occasionally grumpy, but I've never had a problem with appointments. Came here on google to check the phone number and I noticed the low ratings, which really surprised me. So I write a review to do the practice and the doctors justice.

almost impossible to reach them by phone. I was a patient of Dr. Scramble. Since she's been gone, it's been absolute chaos.

I have been here for 2/3 years and am always satisfied with the employees at the MVZ. Ms. Simo and Peggy are very personable, warm and I feel very well treated and informed :)

I can only report positive things. The practice is modern and brightly furnished and appears very well organized. The entire practice team is warm and friendly. The ladies in the laboratory in particular always have a relaxed attitude on their lips and their manner makes the whole thing much more pleasant. Yes, it's sometimes not easy to reach us by phone, but everything is quick and uncomplicated by email. Overall, I can only recommend it and am very satisfied!

Stay away from this place. I had to wait two months for an appointment. When I showed up on time I was turned away and told there was no record of my appointment anywhere. If you can help it look somewhere else.

Very professional, quick and friendly and helpful staff and doctor. Some doctors also speak English without problems, and getting an appointment was pretty quick given the Berliner standards. I really don't agree with any of the negative reviews, I would totally recommend this place.

Staff cannot speak English, but they were even very rude to me. Even though doctor was patient and had good English, she didn't give any examination and just concluded that I should take contraceptive pills to deal with my problem. After that, the staff ladies were inconsistent about the price of the blood test (I tried to ask for a doctor's prescription, but she misunderstood that I was bargaining, so she gave me a cheaper price than the initial price; however, another lady stop her). I wasted 30€ for 10 minutes with the doctor, 30' with the rude secretary and got nothing 🙂

Honestly the worst experience ive ever had at a gynaecologist has been here with Frau Asma, treated me with really little respect , zero confidentiality proceeding to tell the whole of reception details of my visit with other patients there as if it was some sort of hair salon. Ive never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I felt better speaking to another doctor after Frau Asma basically told me there was no solution to my issue and shrugged her shoulders at me. I left crying.

A super lovely team. Above all, a big thank you to Peggy. She is a super friendly and funny employee. The conversations during the blood draw were always very entertaining and distracted from the actual thing. She always took the time and didn't allow herself to be stressed. 🤗

I've been to the MVZ several times now and I felt very comfortable the first few times. This week I had an appointment to have my blood drawn and was again welcomed by a friendly team. I had the feeling that every person I came into contact with tried to make the situation as pleasant as possible for me. 10/10 ⭐️

I have been a patient of the very nice doctor Hanna von Bonnstorf for about four years. Despite my ongoing health problems and the fact that the medication has not improved my hormone problems for over three years and in fact my symptoms have gotten worse, I trusted my doctor and that's why I kept coming back to this clinic. I had hope for improvement, even though I felt many side effects from the pill. However, today when I was at the clinic making new appointments because new problems had arisen, I had a very unpleasant encounter with a receptionist whose name, if I remember correctly, is Jessica. She was rude and spoke to me in an aggressive tone, especially when she questioned why I needed another appointment when I already have one in three months. Her attitude was so hostile that I refused to explain the details to her because she is not my attending physician. I said I wouldn't discuss it with her and that I had serious concerns. I also wanted a referral for a mammogram, which I forgot to mention to my doctor. The way Jessica spoke to me was not only unprofessional, but also insulting and disrespectful. During this conversation, I asked her why she spoke to me in that tone. I find it unacceptable that someone in a clinic treats patients like this. This experience has hurt and insulted me and I am wondering how I should deal with this situation. My next appointment is at the end of April and it will be the last in this clinic because it is simply insulting and there has been no improvement in my health.

On January 17th I had an appointment with Anna Gafron. It was frosty outside that day and I was wearing tights, which Ms. Gafron openly mocked to my face. She said she didn't wear pantyhose so she laughed at me. I was shocked at this unceremoniousness. After the exam, she sent me for a blood test for hormones. When asked about the next appointment to discuss the test results, she replied that this appointment was not necessary and that I would receive the results by email. Question: Why do we need THIS doctor if she won't even help explain the lab test results?!

  • 5/5 Sheenam A. 3 months ago on Google • 2 reviews New
Very professional and humorous treatment by the laboratory employee Peggy. I had to have my blood taken several times in the morning for a test, but Peggy took my fears away and gave me other thoughts with her loving nature. Can only recommend her!
