Kosten ( darüber kann man sich informieren ) für Impfungen, sind nahezu überall identisch bzw. sehr ähnlich. Klar, dass dann noch eine Gebühr oben drauf kommt. Woher sonst soll alles bezahlt werden? Die zahlreichen Mitarbeiter, Mieten und Ärzte springen da ja nicht aus Gründen der Wohltätigkeit herum. Weiter - es liegt eine Preisliste direkt auf dem Tresen am Eingang. Hier ist alles ersichtlich. UND - fragt doch einfach nach, wenn Ihr Preise wissen wollt. Sich dann zu beschweren, nach diesen 3 Punkten, halte ich für sehr engstirnig. Dann von Abzocke zu sprechen, ist einfach nur dämlich! Achja - von wegen "großer Teil" der Kosten sind Behandlungskosten. Man - informiert Euch! Das einzige, was man hier extra bezahlt, sind 20€ für die Beratung. Alle anderen Positionen, die mit aufgezählt werden, sind bei Impfungen einfach Standard. Meine Rechnung: HEP-A - 71€ ( das ist soweit ein Normalpreis ( vielleicht ein paar Euro über Schnitt ) - und hier stecken natürlich Kosten drinnen, die auf der Rechnung aufgeschlüsselt werden müssen ) Das ist aber standesgemäß inkludiert und nicht irgendwie von der Praxis großartig erfunden.... Beratung - 20€ ( bei dem Service voll in Ordnung! Fazit - echte Zusatzkosten 20€ für Beratung. Das halte ich nicht für große Extrakosten. Auch wird sich darüber er beklagt, dass einem alle möglichen Impfungen aufgeschwatzt werden. Nun - damit mir etwas angedreht werden kann, muss ich das zulassen. Hätten sich die Personen, die sich hier beklagen, vorher einfach mal - so habe ich es gemacht - 30 Minuten hingesetzt, den Impfpass gecheckt und im Netz recherchiert, dann muss man sich nichts andrehen lassen, weil man selber genug Bescheid weiß. Also - bevor man anderen die Schuld gibt, sollte man erstmal auf sich selber schauen und mit leicht geöffneten Augen durch die Welt gehen. Ich kann über diesen Besuch nur das Beste sagen - freundlich, kompetent, schnell - vielen Dank!!

    The best place to go for the RT-PCR test. I just walked in after being turned down by 3 Hausarzts with prior appoitments. Team was very welcoming and soft spoken. They speak English. The doctor who took my swab test was so polite, sweet and down to earth. I got my results in 24 hours though they mention 48 hours maximum. They charged 123 euros. Only cash or card acceptable. It took me 30 mins. Its good to go with an appointment though. I had to register at the reception since I walked in with no prior notice. Social distancing and sanitisation was strictly followed. I recommed this place for quick tests.

    Price discrimination As an EU national or resident you can't be charged a higher price when buying products or services in the EU just because of your nationality or country of residence. You are entitled to have access to the same prices as local buyers. By law you should have access to the same prices and special offers as buyers living in that EU country. You cannot be charged more or prevented from buying something just because you live in another country. BCRT doesn't respect the law. They charge higher prices for English speaking customers.     Friendly staff and timely service. They could use a better way to give the results instead of asking the patient to check on the portal voluntarily. A simple email or text notification when the result is available could be very useful. The price for a COVID test is on the higher side, €123. But thay do provide a good service.

    Very satisfied with the service. I simply booked appointments via Doctolib and i was usually picked up straight away or up to 10 mins. I also booked the consultation, which broadened my knowledge about diseases in my destination country. This costs 20€ and it is not covered by your insurance. After the vaccination you pay at the reception directly. I paid by card and took my invoice and sent to my health insurance company. Here is the list of vaccinations my Krankenkasse TK - Techniker reimbursed me: typhus 1 shot and rabies 3 shots. TK does not reimburse vaccination against Dengue fever. Only thing which I find a bit annoying is that every time you come for an appointment, you gotta fill in the questionnaire. I had 5 appointments and filled it 5 times.

Everyone was very polite and the doctor took her time to give me a lot of information and answer my questions. All of the vaccines and medication they prescribed me were reimbursed my health insurance (TK) , only the consultation was not (but I find that is ok, it costs 20 euro). They speak English as well. Would definitely recommend 🌟

    As others have stated the vaccinations are expensive, but not all of them will you get reimbursed for (TKK will not cover the cost of the dengue dengue vaccination depending on where you are traveling to). The doctor who did our consultation was friendly and very knowledgeable. She was also quite patient with our son who hates needles. The office has a relaxing atmosphere, and is not your typical sterile look you get in a doctors office. It is easy to get to from the S-Bahn, as well the U-Bahn.     Made an appointment on Doclib and went to get a yellow fever shot. Didn’t have to wait long, doctor was super nice, and also informed me on other potential vaccines. You can pay with cash or card and depending on your health insurance claim some of the costs back. Great place to get a vaccine fast as they basically have appointments available every day.

    You can get cheaper vacinations in the other tropical institut in Berlin. If you dont pay 20 eur for the talk with the doctor they treat you very unfriendly and you are not allowed to ask any questions. Rude. The doctor was not being careful when giving the injection, my hand was painful and blue after.

    I got all of my vaccinations for a trip to Thailand and Vietnam here. They were very expensive, but my Krankenkasse reimbursed me for every penny. You shouldn’t give the center worse reviews because your health insurance company didn’t reimburse you; it’s not the fault of the center. I’m giving three stars because of the staff. I saw three doctors. The first was absolutely fantastic, giving me advice, asking about my travels, etc. The second was horrible as she barely spoke to me and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. And the third didn't seem to know what she was doing; she spent about 10 minutes looking for a vaccination and I still have a little bump on my arm from where she made the injection.

    I had a very positive experience in this travel clinic, the staff is super friendly and professional. They advised me about the vaccinations I had to take for my travel in a transparent and competent way. Almost no waiting time when I went there to get the vaccines shots. Everybody in the clinic speaks a perfect English. I can't think of any negative aspect, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

    You could easily make an appointment via Doctolib. Unfortunately the appointment was useless as the waiting time was still 40 minutes. I was there with my 3 month old daughter and it was unreasonable to wait so long. The practice was full of waiting patients. Since you pay for the appointments privately, I would have expected better service. The appointment with the doctor was completed in 5 minutes because I was told that there is no recommended travel vaccination for this age. If I had been told this when booking or when I arrived at the practice, we could have saved ourselves the stress, the waiting time and the consultation fee of 20 euros.

    I had a great experience there. The doctors give great advices and always take the time to explain every vaccin in detail. I recommend to have the initial consultation which only cost 20 euros as they can prepare your vaccination plan in detail.
