As
an
acute
patient
with
a
respiratory
illness
and
fever,
I
should
first
take
a
daily
Corona
test
before
entering
the
practice.
However,
there
was
no
mention
of
this
on
the
website.
I
would
also
proactively
convert
the
somewhat
harsh
telephone
request
to
get
the
Corona
test
into
a
“Sorry,
we
couldn’t
adapt
the
website
in
time.”
If
it
had
been
on
the
website
I
would
have
prepared
for
it.
So
I
had
to
go
to
a
pharmacy
first
and
take
a
test
there.
The
test
result
was
negative
so
call
again.
Great,
now
I
was
allowed
to
go
upstairs.
Since
I
wasn't
there
yet
this
year,
I
still
had
to
complete
some
formalities
when
registering.
"Please
take
a
seat
in
the
waiting
room."
Off
to
the
waiting
room,
great,
only
one
person
in
front
of
me.
Patients
who
obviously
had
a
scheduled
appointment
started
trickling
in
and
were
quickly
called.
After
1.5
hours
of
waiting,
I
thought
that,
despite
wearing
a
mask,
I
had
polluted
the
air
in
the
waiting
room
enough
with
viruses
and
bacteria,
which
led
me
to
ask
how
long
it
would
take.
And
then
I
suddenly
saw
a
lot
of
question
marks
rising.
Suddenly
questions
came
up
like:
who
are
you,
have
you
registered???????
No,
I
always
go
to
doctor's
offices
and
just
sit
in
the
waiting
room
without
registering
because
there's
nothing
better🫣😉.
So
something
must
have
gone
really
wrong.
Two
patients
forgotten!!
Apology
accepted!
I
was
called
a
little
later.
From
then
on
it
worked.
I'm
not
writing
this
to
paint
the
practice
in
a
bad
light,
it
does
immensely
important,
good
work.
However,
many
important
things
that
go
well
or
badly
do
not
otherwise
reach
those
responsible.
Forgetting
patients
is
unpleasant
but
it
can
happen.
I
was
annoyed
by
the
poor
condition
of
the
website
and
the
contradictory
or
misleading
opening
times
information
for
telephone
registration
for
acute
patients.
The
acute
consultation
hours
cannot
begin
at
8
a.m.
and
fulfill
a
pre-registration
by
telephone
if
the
telephone
is
not
activated
until
8:30
a.m.
