Unfortunately there is a lot of broken stuff here and the studio doesn't seem to be getting much support from Mcfit to solve these problems. Cabinets have been broken for months. But if people can't even wash their hands (hand basin is also defective!) or don't have water for training, then it becomes really unhygienic! Employees are very friendly and helpful, unfortunately very understaffed and if you are lucky you will find ONE employee. I really feel sorry for the people who work there. The two stars are for the friendly staff there...Otherwise there would only be one star.

UPD: I changed my rating from 3 to 1 star because today I was literally waiting for about 20 minutes to get on a treadmill. In the meanwhile, 3 devices have been staying out of order for several weeks (see the picture). I chose this studio because it's close to my place, but today I decided to cancel the membership, luckily I had a monthly membership with the studio. I will rather travel farther, but exercise in a more spacious gym with better maintenance. Also I have to mention that it stinks unbearably, the studio is not aired out properly. The smell was awful every single time I was there. _____ The studio is quite small and easily gets crowdy and smelly, especially on weekend. Some equipment is often out of order. Overall, the studio is not awful, but is also not really good.

We were new in gym and unfortunately we don’t know the german language so we were not aware about the instructions written in german but only known two instructions which was given by one the staff member said that 1.Mask necessary and 2.Covid test. so we got those 2. but when we reached in morning to the gym one staff member didn’t allowed us to enter because of only we were having one towel and i requested to him that okk we were not aware about that but from tomorrow we each will bring towel, but please at least for today let us enter but he said no you can’t enter. so it was very disappointing they don’t understand the problem. staff should either describe full instructions or write in english too.😒

Underground studio. Very old and broken equipment, very dirty and the atmosphere was very bad. There has been construction work going on there for two weeks at the moment, so a large part of the weight area cannot be used. Overall one of the worst studios I've ever been to.

Bad gym the plates are out of place it looks like chaos! I am a long member of this gym and i always put my weight plates back to the places! Its not clean its dirty toilets are horrible!

The worst mcfit gym i've tried. Dirty, smelly, most machines were out of order, lack of areas to do your own workout on the mat. Only one shower. On top of that the workout I wanted was cancelled, you should at least announce it in the app! Waste of time. Not recommending it.

The entire studio stinks extremely! For a few days now the windows have been manipulated like this, that they can only be opened by employees present. This lack of oxygen definitely has a negative impact on training and health. I observe quite regularly how members from young to old open windows, but then employees immediately close them again. Why? Why don't you address the needs of your members? Especially since this studio is also extremely dusty. Not for allergy sufferers. In such circumstances, members should at least have the opportunity to terminate without notice The door to the men's toilet is open at all times, so that the smell of feces sometimes wafts into the training area! In summer there is no air conditioning, all the windows are closed and it stinks. Very nice space, also great ventilation during summer, but the only problem is people not putting back the dumbbells. There should be announcements from time to time to tell everybody that, place the dumbbells back to their designated place !!

If you have the choice, it's better to visit another branch, because every other branch is better than this one. Good sized gym albeit often really overloaded. The air is always smelly but you get used to it each time you come in, after about 5min. They do have massive AC vents sprinkled throughout the floor but by now I'm convinced those are just decor since if it's cold out, the air is even smellier and if it's hot, it's unbearable inside. But open 24/7 so that's nice.

Treat their clients badly. Over charged me for a new card and just not good people working at this gym. Big guy Mark not nice at all, he spoke to me like i was a robber. It's very nice and equipped with a lot of resources but it is super crowded. Sometimes people come in groups and stay for hours without even using the equipment. You should go early morning between 5-8am or after 9pm for a decent workout

Number of cardio machines available are way less than the people working out! And to add to that half of the cardio machines are not working! I initially thought it's a one time thing but I have been coming here for months and every time the same thing! 😓

Good Overall. Has a nice style and tends to be clean. The classes are good as well. I just don't understand why there's so few treadmills and so many elliptical machines. I've never seen more than 3 or 4 people using the elliptical machines and I see people looking for a free treadmill all the time.

I could not agree more with the people who say this place smells and isn't aired out properly, and as a gym why does it not have something like aircon? Or if it does, they're not using it, especially on these days when it has been 30+, it's like trying to work out in a sauna. The temperature in our studios is controlled via the ventilation systems in the rental properties. We have a uniform standard in all our studios. However, it may be that the system has a defect or the temperature setting has been changed. Seasonally, the outside temperature can also cause fluctuations in the temperature inside the studio. Therefore, I will send your request to our responsible gym manager and to our facility department to find out if this problem is known. If this is the case, possible steps for a repair have already been initiated. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us."

I find this gym is very clean and everywhere Desinfektion spray was available. Very helpful and friendly worker. I got major help from one of them (Patricia). After a long gap due to Corona, return to gym was challenging and was not feeling well. That staff( Patricia) noticed that and brought me sugar immediately. Still the dust problem. The dust mice are flying around in the locker room. The music is terrible and way too loud. Most visitors have headphones on, maybe do a survey with your customers to see who actually wants to hear that. Even with closed headphones you can hear the annoying bass

I started gym one month ago in this branch of McFit and I would say that this branch is well equipped, spacious and affordable . There are many options for membership, you can choose from. Just go and ask at the reception. Staff is helpful and also they speak good English so I believe it's not a problem for people who don't know any German. 👍

Though it has all the necessary gym equipments, the place is very busy in the evening all over the week. People have to wait behind others to use the machines especially on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Price is affordable also the contract is very flexible.

A friend took me with him today and my first impression was positive. It is clearly laid out. It's full because of the New Year's offer, but if you come at the right time it's pretty clear. Staff and all in all I have nothing to complain about at Mcfit. Fabian is also a very nice employee who was able to explain Mcfit's offerings to me very well. (It's a training studio like any other, but in my experience the people are nicer than others.

I've been going to this gym for a couple of years on and off. The facilities and cleanliness are really great for the price you pay, furthermore the staff excellent: experienced; helpful and pleasant. They make the experience worthwhile for me.
