Since
an
attempt
was
recently
made
to
generate
5-star
ratings
with
a
competition
(see
photo),
I
feel
called
upon
to
make
a
more
realistic
contribution.
In
short:
It
could
be
worse,
but
there
is
a
lot
of
room
for
improvement,
but
unfortunately
it
is
continuing
to
trend
downwards.
The
basic
requirements
are
met,
i.e.
you
can
complete
your
training,
take
courses
and
take
a
sauna
here.
The
entrance
area,
the
stairwell
and
the
elevator
are
becoming
increasingly
neglected
and
in
no
way
do
justice
to
the
premium
standards
of
the
FitnessFirst
brand
(see
photos).
The
audience
is
a
diverse
mix,
although
I
also
see
a
downward
trend
in
terms
of
compliance
with
simple
rules
of
sharing,
especially:
-
The
devices
are
not
cleaned.
-
Training
is
carried
out
without
a
towel.
-
Weights
will
not
be
cleared
away.
-
There
is
sometimes
rubbish
on
the
floor
near
the
devices,
such
as
cloths,
bar
packaging
or
empty
bottles.
-
Empty
packaging
is
also
often
left
in
the
showers.
-
The
ban
on
cell
phones
in
the
wellness
area
is
ignored
and
employees
present
do
not
enforce
it.
From
the
relaxation
area
of
the
sauna,
several
cell
phone
cameras
point
in
the
direction
of
the
clothing-free
area.
Loud
conversations
and
phone
calls
also
occur.
-
Hygiene
in
the
wellness
area
fails
due
to
the
ignorance
of
many
users.
They
don't
know
that
the
towel
is
placed
between
the
wood
and
the
body;
do
not
shower
before
use;
come
out
of
the
sauna
sweaty
and
go
straight
into
the
pool
or
onto
the
loungers
-
without
a
towel,
of
course.
Because
of
the
material
they
are
made
of,
visitors'
calluses
collect
at
the
foot
area
of
the
loungers.
We
should
think
about
a
solution
here.
There
is
no
hygiene
concept
for
yoga
mats.
These
are
hung
back
after
the
courses,
some
of
which
are
soaked
with
sweat.
Here,
the
trainers
of
the
courses
could
at
least
point
out
that
they
should
be
wiped
off
beforehand,
which
is
not
really
effective
with
absorbent
foam.
The
classic
fitness
equipment
has
had
its
best
years
behind
it
for
a
while.
It's
unclear
to
me
why
defective
padding
or
small
things
like
torn
cables
from
the
pins
on
the
weight
stacks
aren't
simply
replaced.
Sometimes
identical
devices
also
run
at
different
levels
of
difficulty.
The
mechanical
parts
probably
need
to
be
serviced.
The
rowing
machines
also
work
very
differently.
None
of
this
prevents
training,
but
the
price
and
performance
do
not
match
here.
In
recent
years
there
have
been
some
innovations
and
renovations
such
as
EGYM
equipment
with
electronic
settings
and
training
guidance,
a
new
lounge
area
and
physio
equipment
-
nothing
that
I
personally
use.
But
this
was
also
accompanied
by
a
price
increase.
The
free
drinks
from
the
dispenser
that
came
with
it
are
good.
The
changing
rooms
are
pretty
dirty
at
the
end
of
the
day.
The
men's
locker
room
recently
smelled
like
a
sewage
treatment
plant
several
times.
A
friend
reports
that
the
ladies
have
dirty
floors
full
of
dust
and
hair.
Personally,
it
also
bothers
me
that
the
towel
dispensers
only
dispense
small
pieces
of
paper,
so
that
you
need
2
to
3
of
them
one
after
the
other
every
time.
Despite
this
savings
setting,
sometimes
all
devices
are
empty.
The
employees
are
mostly
nice
and
helpful,
but
they
don't
see
the
problems
being
raised
themselves
and
don't
implement
the
rules
effectively.
