Lovely, calm and soothing yoga space

Wonderful, small, family yoga school. I immediately felt good and was able to let go and start the day or evening feeling energized and more balanced. There are different classes with different yoga styles and focuses and of course each teacher has their own personal charisma and vibe. So far, she has always been wonderfully instructed, picked up and appreciated. You leave with a blissful smile :-)

I can recommend this studio to anyone looking for a little oasis. Beautifully located at Treptower Park... which is nice to wind down before class. And afterwards, to take some of the feeling from Savasana with you. The classes are manageable and there is a wide range of different yoga styles so that everyone can find their place!

I am very excited about this wonderful yoga studio. Not only the atmosphere in the room, but also the yoga teachers, the great exit to the garden, the wonderful location at Treptower Park, and last but not least Stefan's sensational massage offers completely convinced me. I particularly like that there are so many different yoga offers at very different times, so that I can always find a yoga class that suits me, depending on my working hours. My clear recommendation for yoga in the park!

I like a lot this studio ♥ As a student or teacher this space offers a peaceful atmosphere. The practice room has a door on the backyard garden and is noise-free which is quite special in Berlin (We can hear the birds in summer ♥_♥ ) I enjoy the chilling space to drink tea before or after class as well. The studio offers a big range of Yoga style classes in -German and English, accessible to all. I recommend ! ♥

Beautiful and cozy space.

Charming studio by Treptower Park, the room is big and beautifully decorated, a real feeling off calmness emerges when you practice. The teachers are excellent, compassionate and dedicated to help you improve! I strongly recommend it :)

Very nice yoga studio, I can especially recommend Brigitte Zehethofer's yoga classes. Everything body and soul need to find each other. Well-founded, versatile, competent and with heart. You can notice Brigitte's many years of experience, great knowledge and in-depth examination of all facets of yoga. You can also laugh there. I find it astonishing how many different asanas and variations she continually incorporates into her lessons. Top!

We booked a private yoga class including meditation. It was incredibly beautiful. The appointment coordination was great and Stefan organized everything wonderfully. The yoga class took place outside and would always recommend it. Thanks for the great event

Everything is really good here! If you are looking for a small studio in Berlin where you feel warmly welcome in the entrance area and can simply immerse yourself in the world of mindful yoga, we recommend this little oasis at Treptower Park. Thank you for many an hour of relaxation, which leaves you feeling inspired and pleasantly light.

What I personally found very good were the different yoga styles that were offered, so I was able to choose my favorites and also get to know something that was still unknown to me. I also think it's very good that classes are offered in the morning, lunch and evening, which meant I was able to attend a lot of classes during the week, and classes are even offered on the weekend. The atmosphere in the studio is very pleasant and all the material is very clean and of good quality. I bought a monthly pass and was able to attend as many classes as I wanted and immerse myself deeply in my yoga practice. Thank you for the wonderful time and wish you many inspiring moments in your yoga life.
