I highly recommend this hotel! You really feel welcomed upon arrival and the staff is very helpful! It is centrally localed so getting anywhere is really easy.

Mitten im Zentrum von Spandau. In der Nähe, gut zu erreichen sind S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Parkhaus und diverse Einkaufs.- und Essens Möglichkeiten. Sogar die Arkaden sind Fußläufig zu erreichen. Nettes, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Ein kleines in einer Sackgasse gelegenes Hotel. Schöne Zimmer, sehr sauberes Bad. Frühstück angemessen. Taffes Personal! Parkhaus nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Gerademal 1 Minute bis zur Innenstadt.

Our stay was made easy and the staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and quit and good location. Breakfast is a must, great variety and great selection for everyone. We have enjoyed our stay and could only recommend this establishment. peter

Nice hotel. Well located, near several transports. Clean and with a good breakfast. I only don't like the fact that the single bedroom don't have private toilet only shower

Great hotel. Good price and good location to transit in West Berlin. Lots of culture nearby and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is 6-10. No AC, but wasn't hot even at 76F outside, they provide fans and extra pillows on request. Shower is a bit small but nice. Overall good experience.

Kleines familiengeführtes Hotel. Direkt in der Innenstadt gelegen. Schönes altes Gebäude. Frühstück ist vielfältig mit großer Auswahl. Es wird auf den Gast eingegangen. Zimmer haben kleine Mängel, aber das liegt eher an den alten Gemäuer. Lage ist sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Geschäfte sowie Bus-/Bahnbahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Hotel staff was very helpful and lovely. Breakfast was very good. Hotel was in a nice venue, in a pedestrian street. Room was good size and with commodities. Quality and price were very good. I would love to go there again.

Lovely hotel managed by a family. They are really nice. Rooms are ok, breakfast is top and best position in the Spandau center.

Located in the old town of Berlin-Spandau, within short walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops. Personell ist very friendly and forthcoming. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are very tidy. Would recommend!

Hotel is located in the heart of Spandau in Berlin where only half an hour away by bus and subway from airport. Subways station and city railway station are very near. My room was without bathroom but with wash basin, clean and quiet , strong and fast wifi, The excellent breakfast was unforgettable. Management and staffs are kind , welcoming guest, and provided wonderful time in the city. I stayed in early December, the Main Street of Spandau was Christmas street with many food huts and festive attractions. In addition , ¡ I woke up this December morning and found a sweets boot at the door ! Merry Christmas ! I had great time here in this hotel.

My room was traditional and clean, a portrait of a wonderful, more thoughtful and modest time in the city's history. The owners are helpful, friendly, and decent people who made me feel welcome and were very helpful with information. Moreover, the neighborhood is picturesque and is an excellent respite from the rest of the city, while only being a few minutes' train ride from the core.

Our staying in Hotel Benn has been wonderful and enjoyable. The hardware and facility of it is nice but not particularly impressed. However, what makes me really appreciated and unforgettable is the warm and family like hospitality. Hotel Benn is a 3 star hotel with 5 star service. Should I have chance to visit Berlin, Hotel Benn will no doubt be in the top of my hotel list.

I booked with breakfast included, but I was informed that it wouldn't be -> the rate remained the same :-( I paid with my bank card and 1 hour later I was informed that the payment was not processed. Even though I showed the debit process in my bank account they took a picture of my bank card to make sure the payment was processed. They didn't care how frustrated I was at the end as a guest. Just say "sorry".

Kurzfristig wegen einer Veranstaltung in Spandau ein Zimmer gebucht. Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Mein Zimmer war ruhig und sauber und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war lecker, es gab Kaffee und Tee auf Wunsch, ein frisch gekochtes Ei, genug Auswahl und ein nettes Lächeln. Danke für alles, ich komme gerne wieder!
