    If google would allow me to give 0.5 star rating then it would be more realistic in terms of my experience with this shop. I would never recommend to buy from this shop or use their service. Their delivery times, transparency, and customer service range from horrible to non-existent. After paying for the item, which was in stock, it remained for 7 days "being prepared" and no updates whatsoever. Phone lines are of course busy so there is no possibility to have customer support by phone. By email, they sent me 2 identical automated replies after I inquired 2 times about the delay with 4 days in-between. Then they stopped replying. Now no customer service by email and by phone and they have your money and you don't have whay you paid for. The 1 star goes for the seamless cancellation that went smoothly, and it didn't take much time for them to send me the refund. They just wasted my time... If I had ordered from another shop I would have had a lead time of at least 5 days. If I had to choose a word that best describes this shop, I would go for 'dysfunctional'. I would highly recommend for any business with such a horrible service to shutdown. Why should a dysfunctional shop continue to operate and bottleneck other people's progress?

    Es ist wichtig, auch die Erfahrung zu berichten wenn einfach alles in Ordnung war. Der Versand ging sehr fix, die Ware war sicher verpackt und läuft. Es ist geringfßgig teurer als der billigste Anbieter, dafßr gab es eben einen reibungslosen Ablauf und versiegelte Neuware. Vertrauensvorschuss war berechtigt, ich kaufe hier wieder.

    So I ordered a case and an AiO at caseking. I‘m a 10+ years customer and was always really happy with them. Sadly that’s over but first to my experience: I had to wait around 6 weeks until the case was available, since it‘s a highly seeked case. That‘s ok for me, not casekings fault. After all these weeks I finally get a shipping notification. Super happy after around 1 week without the package I checked the tracking number, the package didn‘t move at all and I contact caseking. Until here no problems, caseking responds super fast and tells me that they asked the shipping company and they should get back to me within the day. No problem, this happens, not their fault. After 2 days and still no answer from caseking I contact them again. They tell me that it can take up to 4 weeks… so now the stress begins, since first of all I don‘t understand why first they say „within the day“ and now „up to 4 weeks“ and if it‘s rly lost then they will send a new case after these 4 weeks. I ask them if there is no other option, like send me another case, and they can check with the shipping company to get the other case or the money back, but apparently that‘s not an option. Knowing that this case is highly seeked I already imagined that it would be out of stock after 4 weeks and I will have to wait another month until it‘s back in stock… To my surprise after 1 more week the package arrives at my house. Without any information from caseking (I want to remember at this point that I asked multiple times and they always told me „can take up to 4 weeks we are sorry“… for me they just didn‘t care to ask the shipping company again! But oh well that‘s how you lose a year long customer, last time I ordered there. I want to support local companies but if that‘s the customer service for a yearlong customer then I‘m more than happy to buy at the big online seller we have. It’s even cheaper and there the customer service stands at the top. Edit: had to repost since they flagged my review as off content. If that‘s the case again I won‘t take time to even write my opinion and just give 1 star

    This is my go-to shop for PC components in Germany. The processing and shipping are extremely fast (promised 3-5 days, shipped in the morning and delivered on the evening of the second day), packaging is flawless (with an extra Haribo surprise) and no hassle customer support. Their prices are very good and I would rather pay an euro more here and know that in case of a defect they will have my back than buy from some unknown shop and be stuck on my own in trouble.

    Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von dem Service. Als ich Caseking kontaktiert habe, habe ich klar gesagt, dass ich einen Rechner konfigurieren wollte, um Spiele wie Resident Evil 4 in Full HD zu zocken. Aber nach etwa einem Monat habe ich festgestellt, dass ich weder Resident Evil 4 noch Indie-Videospiele in Full HD spielen kann. Jetzt muss ich mir eine neue Grafikkarte besorgen. Es gab viele andere Probleme. Erstens mit der Lieferung. Zweitens mit der Retoure: Zehn Tage nachdem ich das Paket erhalten hatte, rief ich an und fragte, ob ich die Grafikkarte umtauschen konnte. Der unfreundliche Mitarbeiter am Telefon sagte, dass die Retoure nicht mehr gewährleistet werden konnte. Daraufhin habe ich die Website gecheckt und herausgefunden, dass die Widerrufsfrist vierzehn Tage beträgt. Folglich schickte ich eine E-Mail und niemand hat mir geantwortet. Letztendlich wollte ich die schlechte Grafikkarte zurßckschicken und eine neue von Caseking kaufen und die Differenz bezahlen. Ich wurde geghostet.

    -schlechter Service keine Hilfe (keine Bereitschaft eine Lösung anzubieten wie man dem Kunden aushelfen kann keine Bemühung) - unfreundlich am Telefon, zusätzlich wird man am Telefon persönlich angegriffen Service und Umgang mit Kunden sieht anders aus. Meine Person: 20 Jahre Selbständig und im Dienste des Kunden kein wenn und aber ! -Ticket eröffnen für viele Dinge auch technische Fragen. Manche Sachen gehen am Telefon viel schneller. Schade sehr sehr lange Kunde gewesen und so was ist ungewohnt schade. +Produkte nahezu Einwandfrei +akzeptabel und schnelle Bearbeitung NACHTRAG 28.02.2024: Anscheinend hat man mich immer noch nicht Verstanden worum es wirklich geht. Ich betone das ganze damit auch Herren wie Sie es verstehen. Es geht nicht um das Produkt selbst das beschädigt ist und ich nach 2 Monaten das Produkt reklamieren möchte und Entschädigung dafür haben will. Nein nein ganz und gar nicht. ES GEHT NUR UM DEN SUPPORT. Niemand hat das Gegenteil behauptet! Es geht lediglich nur um den Umgang mit dem Kunden. AGBS habe ich selber und desen bin ich mir schon bewusst. Da brauchen sie mich nicht zu belehren. Hinsichtlich wurde der Support frech und beleidigend. Aber eins kann ich sagen das was Sie hier machen ist reine Vertuschung meiner schlechten Bewertung gegenüber. Aufgrund meiner schlechten Bewertung, wird hier „aufgehübscht“, mit schönen Bildern; den Sachverlauf hinweisen und irgendwelchen AGB‘s sich erklären… Niemand hat das Gegenteil behauptet! Es ging lediglich um den Umgang mit dem Kunden, keine Hilfestellung oder Lösungsvorschläge. Hinsichtlich dessen, wurde der Support auch noch frech und wurde persönlich und beleidigend. Dafür könnte man ggfs. ein anwaltschreiben aufsetzen. Das Gerät ist kaputt ja aber unsere Frage war ob man sowas noch reparieren kann. Ein einfaches nein oder , neu kaufen ist billiger als reparieren zb wäre vielleicht sinnvoller gewesen als jemanden als Betrüger zu bezeichnen oder direkt zu beleidigen. Ich bin immer noch Kunde und ein leihe was sowas angeht. Kurz und knapp! An ihrer Stelle würde ich mir Ihre Antwort auf meine Rezession noch mal überdenken ggf. ändern.     Wanted to take the time to write a well-deserved 5-star review for these guys. I have spent probably close to 10,000 euros with them and EVERY order has been spot on. Delivered on-time, package extremely well (best I have experienced) and everything is well communicated. They have amazing availability of parts and their website is very easy to navigate. To top it all off, they even sent me a free tub of a focus supplement (full size) in my last order with no expectations in return. Pay attention retailers, ALL businesses could learn something from this team! Keep up the great work, guys & girls over at CaseKing!

    I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Caseking.de, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. After purchasing multiple cases from their website, I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of my order. Little did I know that I was about to be caught in a whirlwind of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. Upon attempting to track my order, I was stunned to discover that Caseking.de had decided, apparently on a whim, to label me as a "commercial customer." As a result, they refused to send me the cases I had purchased. Now, I'm no expert in their business model, but last time I checked, purchasing multiple cases for personal use doesn't make one a "commercial customer." In my frustration, I reached out to their so-called "support" team, hoping to resolve this matter. To my utter disbelief, their support representatives displayed a level of apathy that I have rarely encountered. It was as if they couldn't care less about the predicament they had thrust upon me. My attempts to explain the misunderstanding fell on deaf ears, and I was met with nothing but indifference. What adds insult to injury is the fact that I had paid the stated shipping costs, without even asking for a multiple item discount. Yet, instead of addressing the issue professionally, Caseking.de had the audacity to mock me by laughing in my face. As if that wasn't enough, they promptly refunded the money I had paid, essentially telling me, "Sorry, not sorry, you're not getting what you paid for." Oh, and let's not forget the irony of their name - Caseking. It's almost comical how they've managed to completely embody the opposite of what their name implies. In conclusion, my experience with Caseking.de has been nothing short of a complete and utter disaster. Their mishandling of my order, their dismissive support team, and their outright refusal to fulfill my purchase have left me both frustrated and disappointed. I wouldn't recommend Caseking.de to my worst enemy, let alone to anyone seeking a reliable and customer-oriented shopping experience. Steer clear of this "case fail" of a company if you value your time, money, and sanity.

    These guys are absolute legends! I can’t thank Demetrius from Customer Service enough. He was super patient and knowledgeable on the phone and in person when he helped me with an issue I had due to a delivery company damaging my build. Demetrius walked me through every step and made me, a first time PC user in 20 years, feel confident in using and learning about PCs. 10/10

    I recommend ordering from here, if you're based in Ireland. I preordered PC parts for upgrading my own build. I had called and spoke to them twice, over the past 2-3 weeks, to ensure all was on track. Staff were curteous and spoke better English than me! It is the famous German efficiency here. Items were packaged well. Building a PC is nearly the same as paying for a decent old car nowadays. This build will see me out....

    Ordered a asus noctua 4080 and it arrived without branding and after reporting it they said they will see what they can do. That took a couple of months and they began talking about a replacement or refund and they came to the conclusion that missing branding on a 1600 euro gpu is not enough to issue an rma claim then they said they will contact asus to see if anything can be done and then there was no reply for a month up until today when i sent an email again and they said that the best they can do is offer me 20 euros as compensation for the missing branding. I understand that they cant see into the box when they ship pc parts and that this is a fault on asuses side but offering 20 euros as compensation without a chance for a refund or replacement is very insulting. This whole ordeal took place over the span of 4 months and i am very disappointed at the way this was treated. The responses on the support team are extremely slow sometimes i had to call them directly to even get an answer I was surprised that i even got an answer today on email because when i called i got no answer. I do not recommend buying from their website because if they cant handle a faulty gpu i cant imagine what they do to pre-built pcs if anything happens to them or any other parts that get shipped. Again not recommending buying from them. 9.2.2024 :Update on the whole ordeal after posting a bad review i got an email the next day and they suddenly had a solution, they now have a used 4080 noctua that a costumer returned and they offered me a used card as a replacment As to the response below the review just because the transaction was over 2b2 it shouldnt take 4 months to come up with a solution led alone a 20 euro compensation. As for the used 4080 that i was offerd after thinking about it it makes 0 sense to take the used card over a new one with missing branding. And to top it all off they offered me the card and told me to change my review to something better. I will not be doing anything of sorts. Ahh yes the snazy replies for your department was waiting for that, and no you seem to have skipped the part where i typed in the email that i would PAY the diffrance. Seeing the way you reply to other costumers this does not surprise me. But i guess the ego in this company is is enormous, sad to see that German quality and professionalism does not exist anymore and to your replacement note in what world do you think its ok to replace a new gpu with a used one?

    I have preordered the LianLi Lancool II Mesh Performance case in mid July. Altough the website said availability from 07.31, they shipped the case on the 27th with international shipping and I got it on the 30th, with the usb type-c cable gift :) The case arrived intact (was worried beacause of the glass side). Also I know preordering is stupid but hey...it's just a steel and plastic box, and the reviews are already online :D (thx GamersNexus :D )

Da wurde mir dann gesagt das die Reklamation wohl nur in der Reihenfolge geht, das ich erst den kompletten Tisch von der Spedition abholen lassen soll und sobald der im Lager ist wird mir ein neuer zugesandt. Wie der Tisch dann für den Transport eingepackt werden soll konnte der nette Mann am Telefon auch nicht sagen. Den Vorschlag das ich erst den neuen Tisch bekomme und dann den alten zurück schicken muss, damit ich den auch wieder vernünftig einpacken kann, wurde direkt verneint aber man wollte alles intern noch mal abklären. Die Mail mit den Antworten sollte ich mal wieder noch am selben Tag bekommen. - Heute (11.06.20) habe ich nun die Mail mit der Antwort bekommen, es sei nicht notwendig den kompletten Tisch in der Original Verpackung zu versenden. Das Speditionsunternehmen meldet sich in den nächsten Tagen für ein Termin. Direkt angerufen, es geht halt nicht anders aber ich muss dafür sorgen das der Tisch mit Glassplatte Transportsicher ist. Ich verstehe ja das im Moment die Leute mit anfragen und Mails überflutet werden und nicht schnell antworten können. Zudem ist der Tisch neu rausgekommen und es gibt noch keine Ersatzteile usw. Aber grade deswegen hätte ich mich um eine leichtere Lösung gefreut. Sowas lässt man ja nicht so rumstehen, nun heist es 2 PCs ausbauen mit den ganzen Spezial Befestigungen vom Tisch und das ganze Kabelmanagement war natürlich auch für die Katz. Update 13.06.20: Ich hatte noch mal angerufen und nach einer Begründung gefragt wieso das nicht möglich ist erst den neuen Tisch oder die Glasplatte zu liefern. Meine Beschwerde wurde weitergeleitet und ich hatte am nächsten Morgen eine Antwort bekommen. Die Glasplatte kann nun doch einzeln geliefert werden und kann bis zu 2 Wochen dauern. Die alte muss ich einpacken und versandbereit halten. Kein Problem, alles besser als die andere Lösung ? Warum nicht gleich so ??‍♂️ Update vom 09.07.20: Die 2 Wochen sind überschritten aber ich hab endlich einen Anruf von der Spedition bekommen und die Platte wird schon morgen 10.07.20 geliefert. Bleibt nur noch abzuwarten das dann alles in Ordnung ist ? Update 28.07.20: Die neue Platte ist da und sieht bis auf einen Fehler ganz gut aus... Support am 14.07.20 angeschrieben, bis heute keine Antwort.

I ordered it from a 3rd party website, and it took 2-3 weeks before my payment was verified. After that, when I finally received my chair, the armrest was damaged. So, I called the 3rd party website and they told I needed to send the whole chair back. Luckily the great customer services from CaseKing were able to send me a new armrest in a 2-3 days.
