    I visited DB Filale Branch today and Ms. Irene helped me open a bank account and provided me with very detailed information about various insurance and saving options available. She was very helpful, considerate, and kind. My bank account opening process was smooth and I am very happy with the service provided. She was also kind enough to explain to me everything in English.

    Can not complain. Mostly just get money here. Everything inside is neat and mostly clean. Also haven't seen any homeless people hanging around lately. But it's probably a matter of time before this branch closes too.

    I met one of the most amazing workers in the Deutsche Bank. Her smile did not only make the atmosphere so peaceful but made me very comfortable. This eloquent lady called Mme Irene Böhl took her time to explain to me in the English language all that I needed to know, this is what i call good customer services. With such a dedicated and outgoing worker like Mme Irene Böhl the world will be a very peaceful and better place for everyone. I will recommend her anytime and any day.

    One of the best Banking experiences. Customer service is top notch. We went in to open a new account. - On time appointment no delays. - Helpful staff. We were attended by Irene Böhl. She was polite and explained all the nuances in detail. - No communication issue. They were able to explain every procedure in English. - Timely communication. The only problem is DB bank in general is very slow. It's taking forever for our IBAN and documents to arrive.

    Me and my wife wanted to open a fixed deposit. We had a very professional experience. We were greeted at the bank by a financial advisor, Nicole Müller. She was punctual, assisted in opening the accounts swiftly and addressed all our questions in English clearly. Nicole also extended the appointment beyond the lunch hours to ensure all our queries were answered. Highly recommend the services at this bank.

    I have had the best customer service experience at this branch with Frau Irene Böhl. This bank only requires the passport and the Anmeldung document for opening the bank account. No need for Tax ID or resident permit. Irene was very helpful. She understood that I do not speak German and spoke to me in English throughout our meeting. She spent a lot of time (more than our meeting duration) to discuss and share the essential product options that I could avail. She was highly welcoming and brought a personal touch to the experience. I highly recommend opening an account here and that too with Frau Irene Böhl. Thank you.

    Hi, I got to wait a lot for my online banking problem plus Berlin is a metropolitan city and we expect there should be someone in Deutsche bank who can speak English as well so that it doesn’t take that much time to communicate. I have been living in Germany since 2016 never had that much bad experience as I had it today. Das war eine Katastrophe. The Deutsche bank in Mainz is awesome and wonderful employees are being working there although it’s a small city but customer services there are just outclass. Higher authorities should take this in account.
