Very well balanced, not too sweet, a nice spiciness of the ginger, one of the best drinks I ever had (even if I didn't have that many). The ambience is very nice and relaxed. The service was fantastic, our waiter was extremely friendly and polite. We all took just one drink, but we could stay the whole evening and it was no problem at all. In fact, instead of them trying to thirst you out into buying more, you get free water and always get it refilled. Very recommended for those more interested in drinking than me, but also as a recommendation if you go out with friends even though you aren't a big fan of drinking.
