After eating here i realized that i haven’t had a real sushi in my entire life. Their ingredients are super fresh especially the aroma of salmon was incredible! They also handle special requests very well.

It wasn't bad but it was not what you could expect from the high price. Some things yes, others not. For instance, the "Udon" and the "Japanese Mushrooms" were very good but the sushi... pretty standard "Berlin-vietnamese-like", definitely not authentic Japanese. The Yakitori was very dry and had a lot lf cartilage chunks, not really grilled the Japanese way. Even one thing that cannot really go wrong (and it's not really very Japanese but my guilty pleasure) is the Crunchy IO rolls.. but I got the Salmon ones and.. the "Tempura" was not really Tempura, the Salmon was too cooked (dry) and the cucumber was totally dominant in flavor.

I chose this restaurant just by my intuition and and it didn’t fail me. Loved every single dish I ordered, 8 in total plus cocktails. The meat dishes were so deliciously tender. I tried Est. Steak and Wagyú Tataki. Highly recommend. Sea food: Octopus salad and Flamed tuna were just WOW. Edamame - the best I had. Pickled greens had all their different flavors. Maki OTORO with tuna were sublime. Sashimi Smooth like Butter did feel like they were melting in my mouth. Their dessert Green Tea Mousse was the best choice to sweeten the evening.

Came for lunch. They have wonderful lunch menu. Since i have gluten problem so i took sushi menu. I liked the quality of the fish and rice as well. Not cold, not too warm. I loved it. Service was great. Friendly and caring. I will def come again, looking forward to try their other menu.

The food tasted good aswell, but unfortunately for my fried prawns the batter was exceedingly thick (so much so that some were quite soggy). The steak was a bit too done, but I did not tell them how far I wanted it done. The last dish was just some sushi, here I picked upon recommendation the Otoro maki, which turned out to be quite nice. I really liked sitting outside in the location near Kurfürstendamm but in a very quite side road. So overall the only downside would be the price, as I payed 45€ for three dishes slightly smaller than side dishes and a sweetened iced green tea.

Have been here two nights in a row. 1st night I had more traditional Japanese dishes (Tempura and sashimi) which were very good. The 2nd evening I had a Udon dish which was prepared in a French inspired cream(?) sauce with Japanese mushrooms and pak choi which was absolutely superb. Will definitely come back should I be in Berlin again.

Simply the best sashimi we've had outside Japan, where we lived for over 3 years. The yakitori had that rich texture from a mix of grilled and fatty bits like we never get other places. Maybe an acquired taste, but definitely the way it tastes in Tokyo. Their fusion items, like cauliflower tempura with hot sauce, were all really well done. Same for the avocado tuna tartare. Their udon was a bit too rich for my wife's taste, due to the butter in the sauce, but by then we were also too full as the tempura portions were larger than anticipated. Highly recommended.
